The flowers and floral arrangements at my wedding were more beautiful that I could have ever imagined. Susan knew exactly which questions to ask to help me verbalize my vision and was communicative through the entire process. I showed her a few inspiration pictures initially for some larger arrangements, and her designs were even more beautiful than the pictures!! Susan helped me stay within my budget and get the flower arrangements of my dreams. The venue coordinator said that the space had never looked more beautiful because of the flowers! Susan Hill and Specialties were great to work with. Susan took some simple Pinterest ideas and ran with them to create beautiful pieces for our ceremony and reception this past Saturday. We saw their van about an hour before our ceremony began and right as the reception ended, and they were otherwise invisible to us, which is exactly what you want from a florist. Their decorations, vases, and flowers were all just gorgeous and we couldn't be happier, especially with my wife's bouquet. We would 100% recommend hiring Specialties for your special day.

Selecting Specialty Florals and Events was one of the best decisions we made! We met with several florists but Susan was different- she took the time to listen, demonstrated that she really heard my daughter's vision in her detailed quote and offered numerous creative suggestions, not only to achieve the design vision, but also to stay within our budget. Susan and her team did a wonderful job on the flowers for Lauren’s wedding! Everything was exquisite- from the boutonnieres to the brides’s bouquet and the statement pieces. We had numerous compliments from guests on the flowers, but more importantly the bride has fallen even more in love with Susan's designs each time she has seen friends’ photos on Facebook and the early sneak peak video. We will not hesitate to book Susan again when our second daughter gets married.

As you can well imagine the flowers for a wedding are one piece of the puzzle that have to be right. It is imperative that the floral designer be able to see the brides vision. Quite frankly I can't imagine trying to do that kind of work, given how important this day is particularly to the bride. I am the mother of the bride and the wedding was at the Bradford in New Hill. When I arrived to begin getting ready all of the flowers for the bride and bridesmaids were already in the room and it took my breath away! The colors were magnificent, the gardenia and rose scents carried through out the room and although I may be partial, I honestly have never seen flowers done more beautifully! The groom had built an arch to be married under and they painstakingly placed all of the floral materials in place one at a time. I know this because we watched from the window from above in utter amazement. The entire front entry of The Bradford, the interior, along with all of the dining tables, the arch... were absolutely stunning along with hints of the gardenias fragrance! Just magical! There were flowers used I had never seen before and I'm a gardener so that too was very impressive. Lastly, when my daughter and I sat down for our initial consultation we obviously felt that they understood her vision, but the kindness we were shown and fair pricing we were given make "Specialties Florals and Events" my only go to for any events in my future! Thank you for making the wedding so beautiful! The attention to detail was fierce!
