We booked speechless to handle music throughout our wedding and we were not disappointed. Their three piece acoustic musicians brought the right mood and tone to our ceremony with their pop classics. We heard nothing but great things during our cocktail hour as they kept the energy up. The musicians truly shown during our reception. We loved the mix of music we requested but also wonderful additions to both keep the dance floor humming and fit in with the strengths of the musicians. Special shot outs for helping to craft lovely moments during the evening like our niece singing "Pink Pony Club" with the lead singer or the multiple Zumba dances with the mother of the bride. Worth every penny for a fantastic show!

nderstanding of how to curate an experience in real time were stunning to witness. I looked at a lot of bands in the lead-up to our wedding and at the end SpeechLess was the obvious choice. professional, communicative, and fun! Our situation was rather unique in that my husband and I, who had already been together for a decade, were finally "officially" blending our families, including 5 adult children. I told Scott that literally everyone at the party was either 25 or 55 and to choose the music accordingly, which is exactly what they did.
We had a trio play at our ceremony, which included accompanying our daughters who sang "To Make You Feel My Love" by Adele. They only had a few minutes to rehearse but the musicians put the girls at ease and made it sound as if they had all been practicing for weeks. During cocktail hour we had a jazz trio who knocked it out of the park and created exactly the right "vibe" that I was looking for. We had an upright bass which was the perfect elegant, jazzy, and original touch. My husband asked for a saxophone player and a keyboardist rounded it out perfectly.
After planning for a year to have a gorgeous outdoor wedding on the water, mother nature did not cooperate and it poured all day. Once we walked into the reception space, all of that disappointment melted away. The room was even better than I imagined, the band warmly welcomed us, and then the music started, and the party never stopped. In my opinion, the band makes or breaks the wedding, and these guys were amazing. They played everything I wanted and then some. They got the mood of the crowd exactly right and literally everyone was on the dance floor for hours on end. I have never seen anything like it. You would look out at the tables and only a handful of people were left. My 85 year old mother, who has never "danced on her own" as she put it, was the hit of the party and never sat down. Every one of the musicians and singers was incredibly talented and I am a tough critic! Lizje was an amazing emcee, singer, and kept the energy high for 4 hours. At the end of the night we were exhausted but so happy. At brunch the next day I heard nothing but wonderful comments about the music.
I have to say my favorite thing of all is that we had a professional videographer who put together an 8 minute "film" about the wedding. He put in so many clips of the musicians and they look like they are genuinely having a great time. Huge smiles on their faces, dancing, laughing, and enjoying being in the moment playing together. Thank you all for truly making this the best night of our lives!

Using speechless was perfect - we were able to book a pianist for the ceremony, jazz duo for cocktail hour and dinner, and a DJ as an MC and for dancing all through one vendor. On top of that, all of the musicians were wonderful! Working with them was so easy. They definitely werenāt the budget option, but if music is a priority for your event, you wonāt regret it!

The musicians were so incredibly talented, they even learned two specially requested songs to play during the ceremony processional and recessional. The dynamic quartet brought an intimacy to the ceremony and then played well known pop songs during the cocktail hour to get people energized.
We were so impressed with DJ Rickās ability to read the crowd. Who knew that āSince U Been Goneā by Kelly Clarkson would be such a hit! Our guests could not stop asking us how we found the band and loved the energy the Speechless team brought to the dance floor (DJ Rick doing a split will forever be remembered!). We could not have picked a music combination for our wedding night.
Throughout the planning process, the Speechless team was extremely organized and professional. They truly thought of every aspect when creating their event questionnaire and were able to execute to the plan without any hiccups.

There wasn't a single person not on the dance floor, i mean people were dancing before dinner started... that doesn't happen. The number of people who came up to us and said this was the best band they've ever heard was overwhelming, my parents were actually speechless when they started playing.

ll in 2020, but the pandemic shifted our plans so we got married in my parents' backyard in June 2021. SpeechLess was originally hired for a string trio, a jazz quartet and a 6-piece band. We still got married in 2020 but were able to book the band for a new date that worked with all of our other vendors in 2021. All of our guests were so impressed with them! Everyone was on the dance floor the whole night which was so fun to see. My husband got accepted to Berklee for percussion and I was a competitive dancer in my days, so our band was super important to us! We can't say enough how awesome they were! They also did excellent renditions of our songs we asked them to learn for our first-dance and father/daughter dance. The one thing that was a bit tough (especially for a covid couple): we told them that we were still going to get married in 2020 and asked to move our services to 2021. We weren't going to have a ceremony anymore, so we no longer needed the strings. When we received the request for our final deposit, it was the same as it would've been for 2020. I asked the coordinator why the strings were still included and received the response of "we didn't have enough notice to cancel the Strings, so you need to pay in full because they already turned down other gigs." Okay, no problem - I totally understand and we were able to request that the strings play during dinner instead. The week-of the wedding, I reached out for the names of each band member to add the appropriate name to the tip envelopes for the end of the night. When I received them, the band members were the same for all three bands: strings, jazz and 6-piece. It wasn't a huge deal, but it left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. They didn't turn down other gigs, they were already scheduled to play at our wedding for the other bands. I just wish the coordinator was more honest and understanding.
All in all, I would hire SpeechLess again! Amazing band and you won't regret your decision!

Lizje (lead woman vocalist) was someone we saw on one of the videos and knew we needed her to be at our wedding... her voice is amazing. We were lucky enough to have her... when we met her she was so sweet and seemed to genuinely love what she did! Aside from the amazing voices by the lead singers, Lizje and Eugene, the saxophonist, Matt, sang as well and had an amazing voice. The whole band was phenomenal and so nice. Other than the amazing voices and instrumental playing... our favorite thing about this band was that they joined our family and friends on the dance floor... they interacted with our wedding and seemed like they were having a good time and not just doing their job. Scott, Amanda, and the band created the perfect playlist, were incredibly organized, professional and kept the party going through the night. Our guests could not stop raving about how good the band was... it was like a really good free concert. My husband and I wanted to mingle with guests, but we found we couldnāt get off the dance floor because the music was so good, the playlist they put together was amazing. We had a last minute request for a custom song and it got overlooked... instead of saying too bad, they had the band record it and sent it to us! Everything about working with Speechless was amazing from their coordination to the execution. We highly recommend Speechless, their team is so talented and will make your wedding day unforgettable!

ustic instrumentals for our ceremony, and rocked out during our reception. All of our guests continued to rave about the music the next morning at our farewell brunch. Working with them leading up to the wedding was very low stress. Their team was quick to answer any questions we had, and handled themselves with incredible class on the day of. We are so glad that we went with them to help us celebrate, it wouldn't have been the same without them!

YouTube and immediately reached out. They were quick to respond and so helpful during the whole process. They walked us through every step and were very organized and thorough in their planning. It made us feel very comfortable.
As far as the reception goes, everyone kept commenting on how good the band was. They are excellent, professional musicians who know how to carry a room.
Overall we were exceptionally happy with SpeechLess. So much so that weāve already recommended them to a friend and theyāve already booked them!

the crowd beautifully and all our guests kept coming up to us after the wedding to sing their praises (even the music snobs amongst them gave their enthusiastic stamp of approval). We knew we wanted SpeechLess to perform at our wedding right from the start, we only had to play one of their sample videos and we were 120% sure we would/could shuffle our wedding budget around to accommodate this band (this is with way more confidence than I can say for my wedding dress!). We were also blown away by the teamās efficiency with all correspondence. We got an email reply and a list of songs from Scott literally an hour after we hit send on the website form (this was at 1 am?!). The comprehensive (but straightforward) documents and suggested songs for each part of the ceremony (and their reassurance that they could read the crowd for us for the reception) was also extremely helpful and professional, and we loved the personal touch having a band lent to the wedding itself. We loved the band membersā warm and cheerful personalities, it was as if we had our close group of friends playing at our wedding (but at celebrity-level standard!). Their music was beautiful for the ceremony, full of energy for the reception in the evening and for those of us in the āI hate dancingā camp, the full dance floor and empty seats told us otherwise! We definitely recommend SpeechLess without reservation and wish there was another event we could host just so we could hire them again! Thank you so much Scott & Co! :)

ff their usual repertoire as my bridal entrance song. Leading up to my big day I was a bit nervous since there was no way to hear the song in advance. Well, I had nothing to worry about because they played the song BEAUTIFULLY and I couldn't be happier with their work. The team was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process, and I highly recommend SpeechlessMusic. They're a little pricier than other area quartets...but you definitely get what you pay for! :)

feedback from all of our guests. The dance floor was never empty and they were so much fun! They were also so professional and made sure everything went smoothly during our intro, speeches and dances. Lastly, they did an amazing rendition of Miley Cyrus's Malibu that was nothing short of amazing. They exceeded our expectations (and they were high to begin with)! If you are not sure which band to hire for your wedding, party or event - look no further...you have found THE band!

genre: Top 40, blues, jazz, hip hop, rock. We had some special requests for our featured songs, and they pulled off Alicia Keys, Adele and James Taylor flawlessly. To my pleasant surprise, we all got down to a fantastic cover of Lil Jon and the Eastside Boyz "Get Low" as the final song, and the energy of the night was palpable.
Guests are still telling us every time we see them that Speechless was the best live band they've ever heard.
Lastly, Scott + team were amazing and accommodating during every step of the process. They are all fantastic!
