I had the most incredible experience with Cathie. If i could give her more than five stars i most certainly would! Throughout the entire month leading up to the wedding, she flawlessly organized vendors, attended meetings with meticulous attention to detail, and displayed remarkable flexibility in handling last-minute changes. Her calming presence alleviated any stress, and on the big day, I trusted her completely. My husband, parents, and I were beyond pleased with her exceptional service. Her dedication, going above and beyond, made her hands down one of the best investments for our wedding. Special mention to her mother, who was also lovely to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a phenomenal wedding coordinator!

Cathie's responsiveness, attention to detail, proactiveness, and focus made our wedding planning and wedding day smooth and easy. She anticipated our every need, asked all the questions we hadn't thought of, and got back to us so quickly when we had questions. Cathie also has a wholesale florist license and helped us purchase flowers at the Milwaukee flower market. I talked to her about my plans, color scheme, and vision, and she got there early and had almost everything ready to go before we even got there. It made our day assembling flowers super easy and smooth. The day of the event was so smooth with her help - she and Deb helped put out our centerpieces with very little instruction and made the room look gorgeous. There was some ambiguity in when some of our centerpieces were coming (we had friends bring growlers from all over the country), and she dealt with that so gracefully that I didn't even know it was an issue. Thank you so much Cathie - I really hope I don't get married again, but if I did I'd hope Cathie would be there to assist again! Cannot recommend enough!

5 stars for both Cathie and her mom Deb! We booked Cathie as our Day of Coordinator for our wedding in September, and I am SO glad we did! I am forever grateful to both Cathie and Deb for helping execute our vision. As someone who is Type A and works in events myself, I was anxious about handing things over and entrusting the setup and logistics on the day of to someone else, but Cathie delivered, and then some! She and Deb are so personable, comforting, and it was truly a joy to have them around. Cathie also takes charge and means business when needed, which was a huge relief. I was able to be present and relax – which is not an easy feat for me. Family members, friends and other vendors all had great things to say about this duo! They are true professionals with a ton of knowledge and experience. They assisted and had the tips to help with an unforeseen stain on a bridesmaid dress, were attentive and reactive to little things that came up and were so organized, professional, and just on their game. They even had our favorite drinks ready for us and in our hands as soon as we made our way back down the aisle! Our day went off without a hitch and I credit that to Cathie. You won’t regret working with her.

If I could give Cathie (and her assistant Debra) 100 stars I would! My husband and I booked spellbinding soirees for the month of coordination package, which included day of coordination and Cathie managing our rehearsal dinner! This was hands down the best decision we made and truly what made our wedding so special and run so smoothly. Cathie exceeded our expectations in every way possible. She was there every step of the way-answering all of my questions and just giving advice. She even met with us in person with our vendors and took over vendor communication a month before the wedding (so helpful). Having Cathie as part of our team alleviated so much of the stress of planning a wedding, especially managing the day of timeline. Not only is Cathie an expert in the field, but she was so fun and personable to work with! There were so many things I was anxious/worried about as the bride but each time we spoke to Cathie (via text, phone call, etc) I literally said to my husband how much better I felt because we were in such great hands! Cathie truly shined on the day of our wedding. She handled everything and then some. So many people have told us after the wedding that they have never seen a wedding executed so perfectly and run so smoothly and we owe that all to Cathie and Debra! Having Cathie there allowed us to focus more on each other and get to be present on our special day. I could go on and on about how wonderful Cathie was and we will always be so grateful that she was our wedding coordinator. Hiring her will be the best decision you make :)

If you're thinking about booking Cathie, DO IT! One of the BEST Decisions I made for the wedding. We booked Sepllbinding Soirees for our 9/9/23 wedding in Milwaukee and Cathie and her mom, Deb, were literal lifesavers. Not only were they more affordable than a lot of other day of coordinators, but they were more fantastic than I could have ever imagined (even with all the great reviews I had read already). Cathie and Deb anticipated every need, were so prepared and professional, took ALL of the stress off of my shoulders, and helped execute our vision SO well. You can't teach experience and Cathie and Deb have IT. They were so sweet and we loved having them with us throughout the day but also down to business which I really appreciated. Their communication was amazing- they handled all of the vendors and everything was seamless. I am a type B bride and we didn't have a rehearsal but we didn't even need one with Cathie's guidance/direction. She told everyone where they needed to be and when, had great reminders and ideas. They always had scissors or tape or bobby pins when you needed them. They know veils they know dresses they know HMU- they helped me with everything! The decorations looked amazing (we also rented candles, hurricane vases, arch, chargers, etc. from her that looked great). I was worried initially about how we only had a short window of time to get decorate at our venue (Cafe Centraal in Bayview) and Cathie and Deb were so efficient and got everything done in record time. My bridesmaids have been in a lot of weddings and they raved about how Cathie and Deb were more impressive as Day of Coordinators than many of the full wedding planners they've worked with. I am SO GRATEFUL and happy that they helped the best day of our lives go off without a hitch! Book them!

Cathie was superb every step of the way for my daughter’s wedding! She communicated with vendors , gave excellent advice, listened and responded with great patience and attention, helped coordinate our rehearsal ceremony and day of was at my daughter’s venue from early in the morning until 1130pm. Everything went flawlessly, thanks to Cathie and her mom, Deb who assists her . Cathie was amazing to work with and highly recommend! From the start of working together she was very responsive and supportive. I'm an overthinker, and she definitely kept me at ease and worked through all my questions. I felt very prepared for my wedding with having her as my month of coordinator. The day went so smoothly because we had Cathie and truly don't know how the wedding day would've happened without her. Cathie was amazing and filled in all the gaps as our day of coordinator. She communicated with us in the months leading up to the wedding and asked great questions about details we hadn’t even thought of. On the day of Cathie was a life saver with all of our set up. It was a rainy day, but Cathie and her assistant were so helpful during pictures, helping me with my dress and holding up umbrellas so I didn’t get so wet. They went above and beyond making sure all of the days details were in order and that we were enjoying the day too! I definitely would recommend Cathie. I work in the bridal industry so I thought I knew most of the questions to ask vendors, boy was I wrong! Cathie asked questions to vendors that I didn't even think of or forgot about which was so beneficial! Cathie was willing to hop on all vendor calls, attend the final walk-thru, pick-up food, be there the entire wedding day and pack-up decorations. Cathie was absolutely one of the best vendor decisions that I made for my wedding. I was able to do almost all of the planning for my wedding myself, but having Cathie there to organize and direct things during the rehearsal and the day-of was SO helpful. As a bride, a lot of questions get directed towards you the week and day of the wedding. Having Cathie around allowed me to have a point person for any questions, which then allowed me to fully relax and be present in the day. Even my other vendors were impressed by how organized and great Cathie was! She made sure that my husband and I had drinks waiting when we got to the reception, and took care of all decor setup/teardown. Cathie was worth every penny that I paid, and then some! If you're on the fence about a day-of coordinator, definitely go for it!

My wedding would not have been nearly as close to perfect as Catherine and her mom, Deb made it. They were hands down amazing, true angels. Catherine did multiple check ins before the wedding to go over all the details and on the day of the wedding - it was just amazing that they were there for every step of the way and beyond. She loaded up all the decor and drove it to the venue to set up, she made sure all of the bridal party was up and going, prepared and on time. Throughout the night there were multiple members of my family, the wedding party, and guests commenting on how helpful they were. Catherine even loaded up the decor and dropped it off the next day 😭😭 it truly brings tears to my eyes for how beautiful and amazing they made my wedding and for making it go off without a hitch. When I look back at my big day I will remember how Catherine and Deb did just such a brilliant job and I’ll forever be thankful!

IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT IT DO IT! Hiring Catherine to help with our wedding day was hands down the best decision we made. Catherine went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our day. Not only did she meet with us 3-4x before the wedding, she also came to our venue final meeting and set up rehearsal dinner and directed the entire wedding party with clear instructions with how to walk down the aisle. She made sure we all felt comfortable and we’re ready for the big day. The day of Catherine started helping us around 8am by assisting with getting breakfast and launch, coordinating all of the flower drop offs, and helping all the boys with their pocket squares, ties, and boutineers! During the wedding Catherine was amazing. She made sure everything got set up properly, she even helped manage logistics with our dog, and checked in on me and kevin all night. All of my friends said how amazing she was and I couldnt agree more. If you need a day of coordinator look no further. SHE IS IT 👏👏👏

I don't know what we would have done without Cathie, truly. We chatted with a few coordinators before Cathie, and I knew right away she was the perfect fit. I was planning our Wisconsin wedding from France, and she worked well with any funny time zones and a lot of emails! She is incredibly down to earth, will tell you it straight, and will support your vision through and through. We had her for day-of coordinating and she offered more support than many other coordinators we found and she is very reasonably priced. I know she must have other brides she's working with, but I would never have known. We had her full attention the entire time. I felt like Cathie was a friend I could talk to about my concerns, I trusted her opinion, and she had answers to ALL of my questions (and my mom's!). Our day went 100% smoothly. If anything went wrong, I still don't know about it. Cathie coordinated our vendors perfectly and took control where needed. Going into the day, I told Cathie she had free reign to make any decisions, and she took that on and was great for the small details that needed tweaking on the day. Everywhere I looked, there she was, making sure everything was going well. I could go on and on....Cathie is AMAZING. I would recommend her to anyone any day. She's a LEGEND!

Cathie went above and beyond for our wedding. I hired her for full-service wedding planning. She had great ideas, vendor suggestions and was knowledge about the local area. We used her for a two-day wedding event and she made everything easy and worry-free for us throughout the entire weekend. Additionally, I think she is extremely reasonably priced.

Cathie Campo is truly the best in the biz! I knew I needed a day-of coordinator but wanted someone I could truly trust to execute everything as well as she did. My mom is so hands-on when it comes to events, and she didn't have to lift a finger! I last minute decided to do a flower wall with loose flowers, and Cathie and her team willingly helped put that together to make my vision come to life. She is organized, communicative and so kind. In summary: BOOK HER :)

Cathie was AMAZING. We realized late in our wedding planning, that we were in over our heads. We called Cathie with about 4 weeks to go until our wedding. Cathie jumped right in and got started. The minute we spoke with her, we felt relieved. Cathie and her mom are a dynamic duo. From the rehearsal, to the ceremony, to getting our reception room ready... those ladies did it all! We never once worried on our wedding day. I knew they had everything under control. If there was a problem during setup or the reception, I never heard about it. Everything was perfect and seamless on our end. No detail was forgotten. The day after our wedding, both sets of our parents separately told us." Cathie was the best decision you guys made." We couldn't have agreed more. It meant so much to us and our families that we could all relax, sit back, and ENJOY our wedding. I'm not sure we could have said that had we not had Cathie and her mom helping us.

Booking Spellbinding Soirees for day-of coordination services was easily one of the best choices my husband and I made while planning our wedding! We knew we wanted to plan the wedding ourselves, but feel free to relax with our family and friends on the actual day, knowing everything was taken care of. Cathie provided that peace of mind! We met via Zoom and phone a few times before our wedding to go over our vendors, timeline, decor vision, and other details. She even asked us some questions we hadn't thought of, so no detail was overlooked! When our wedding weekend came, Cathie handled our rehearsal, set up our decor, distributed our tips and kept everything (and everyone) moving according to plan the entire day. We felt totally calm the whole time, knowing Cathie and her assistant had everything under control! We also rented a good deal of decor from Spellbinding Soirees, including our table number frames, easels, and mirror for our welcome sign. Cathie even personalized the welcome sign for us, and it looked lightyears better than if I had tried to make it myself. Everything looked amazing, and we really couldn't have asked for a better wedding day. We really can't recommend Spellbinding Soirees enough - Cathie took away all of the anxiety I had about things running smoothly on our wedding day and just allowed us to enjoy the time with our guests and each other.

Cathy was such a game changer with planning our wedding. My husband and I had no idea what to do after booking our vendors and we decided to hire a wedding planner. Enter Cathy. She knew exactly what we needed after we first talked to her and helped create a custom package to fit our needs. Leading up to the wedding, she kept in contact with us to make sure we stayed on track with planning and the day off, she handled everything so my husband and I could enjoy our day. Cathy was one of our best decisions and I couldn’t recommend her more.

I found Cathie on the WI Brides Facebook Page, as others were recommending her. I am so glad we hired her to be our day-of coordinator. Our venue didn't open until 10 AM, and we had to start hair and makeup before then, so we had to do it offsite. Cathie met my husband there to get all of the decor and get right to work. She sent me progress pictures of the tables, to make sure they looked how I expected them to. She was very thorough in her questioning on calls prior to the day-of, to make sure our vision came to life on our big day. I had some miscellaneous items that I said to "put wherever you think they look good" & she did such a great job with everything! She made me feel so at ease. After the ceremony, she made sure to grab my husband and I signature cocktails, so that we didn't miss out on those. She also brought us waters later on during pictures & checked in on us several times throughout the night, to see if we needed anything. She cut the rest of our cake after our cake cutting & handed it out to our bridal party. She lined everyone up for the ceremony and grand entrance. She took care of the set up and tear down of all of the decor and loaded all of our gifts into someone's vehicle. When boxes were being packed up & I asked what I could do after the reception, she said "you can go get on the bus with your friends." I seriously couldn't have done the day without her & greatly appreciated her calm, kind demeanor. Our venue owner also commented on how great she was! THANK YOU CATHIE! If you need a day-of coordinator, hire her! You won't regret it!

Without a doubt, my wedding day would not have been the same without Cathie. We hired her for day of coordination, which I was initially drawn to because it was so affordable but it ended up being so much more than I ever expected. Multiple meetings leading up to the actual wedding day are included in the day of package. Cathie was always responsive and happy to answer any and all questions I had (which were endless at times). She made me feel super relaxed and totally rolled with all of the punches that presented themselves on the actual day. Everything went perfectly, and so much of it was thanks to all of the help she provided! Would recommend her and Spellbinding Soire's to anyone!!

We hired Cathie for day-of coordinating and she was, hands down, an absolute godsend for our wedding and is the reason our day went on without any hiccups (that we know of!). We also had her help at our rehersal dinner, which kept us on track but also helped that she knew our wedding party and family going into the day. During the day, she would periodically check in and keep us in the loop on anything happening, ran to pick up lunch, made sure we had drinks during dinner, coordinated with all of our venders, set up, tear down, put our gifts in a safe area, the list goes on and on for all the little things she helped with throughout the day. We almost didn't hire a coordinator because we thought we could manage it, but I'm so glad we had Cathie in our corner that day.

Our wedding day could not have gone more smoothly if it wasn't for Cathie and her team at Spellbinding Soirees. Cathie was absolutely amazing! We hired her to be our day of coordinator and through all of our prep meetings, she knew exactly what to ask not only to make sure she had all the info she needed but to make sure I was prepared as well! She gave me great recommendations as I was assembling my decor and signage. She flawlessly coordinated our rehearsal and kept our 15 person bridal party in order, and knew what needed to happen at all times to stay on track. On wedding day, she arrived at 8am to setup the venue and it looked beautiful! She coordinated a few last minute changes so well I didn’t need to worry about anything as the day progressed. At the end of the night she packed everything up neatly for us to grab from the venue the next day as well. I can’t recommend her enough!!!

Book Cathie for your wedding! We are so happy that we did. Most people planning their own weddings have never done so before and we were no different. There were so many pieces of the day, large and small, that we wouldn't have considered or known to plan for without Cathie helping us a long the way. Starting with the rehearsal dinner, she took charge and made sure everybody knew where they had to be and when. My husband and I were able to relax and have fun on our wedding day because Cathie was making everything else happen. We both wholeheartedly recommend her and Spellbinding Soirées for a flawless and fun wedding day or party.

My wife and I have joked in the last few days that if we could, we'd hire Cathie from Spellbinding Soirees to run our entire lives. Cathie did an incredible job and went above and beyond on everything we asked for. We hired her for last-month coordination (but she actually started more like two months in advance), and for help with planning and executing DIY decorations and floral arranging. We did a lot of our wedding in nontraditional ways - unusual vendors who hadn't done weddings before, an out-of-the-way venue, and so on - more complexity than the average. Cathie handled it all perfectly. She directed and coordinated all our setup and same-night teardown (and left instructions for the next day), she helped our families feel included and involved while keeping them from bearing down on us too much, and she was there to solve every and any problem that came up. Plus, she keeps lists upon lists upon lists - she knows everything that is supposed to happen at all times. We had layers of backup plans for all of our vendors and every contingency - but thanks in large part to Cathie, we didn't have to use them. We are anxious people and Cathie kept us feeling relaxed and secure on our wedding day. We got to enjoy the moment free from worry. That alone was worth it. We recommend Cathie unreservedly to anyone looking for her services.

I can't recommend Cathie enough! We did not originally plan to hire a day-of coordinator, but ultimately decided to a few months before. I am SO HAPPY we made the decision to work with Cathie! Our meetings with her before the wedding day kept things on our radar that we needed to do, and on the wedding day we were able to just enjoy ourselves knowing she took care of everything. She dealt with issues as they came up and made sure we had everything we needed.

I cannot rave about Cathie enough. I would have been so lost without her as our day-of-coordinator. An absolute lifesaver. She foresaw so many potential issues of things I would have never even thought about and made sure they never became issues. Decorated our outdoor venue beautifully. Did literally anything we asked her to do - from restocking the bar, corralling the wedding party, getting us drinks, coordinating vendors the day-of, keeping the schedule of events on track, leading our rehearsal dinner… the list is endless. This is who you want on your team come the big day. She showed up at 8 AM on wedding day and did not leave until close to midnight. Literally 100000/10 recommend Cathie. My absolute favorite ‘vendor’ we had - thank you Cathie!!

I can’t recommend Spellbinding Soirees highly enough. She went above and beyond as a day-of-coordinator, quickly and efficiently heading off potential problems. She was able to wrangle all of our relatives and wedding party members easily, while keeping everything on schedule. And she had a great eye for aesthetics and details. We had a lot of florals/decor, and she made it all look amazing! We also ended up hiring her to design a grazing table for our rehearsal dinner/welcome party, and it turned out even better than we imagined it would. Long story short: if you’re thinking about hiring her, do it!

Cathie was a key piece of my daughter's wedding. I only heard great things from my dtr the months leading up to the wedding. At the rehearsal,I could tell that as the Mother of the Bride, I could relax because she had EVERYTHING under control. The day of the wedding with so many elements that needed to quickly fall into place, she was spot on with helping the event flow beautifully. I was able to enjoy all the emotional, fun moments of the ENTIRE wedding. The venue looked just how we imagined. I recall how I just arrived with my dtr to the venue after being at the hairdresser. We were a little behind schedule and I felt so panicked inside tending to my dtr's dress. The photographer wanted to take photos and I wasn't even dressed. I mumbled to myself wondering what was the next thing that I should do...She sensed the urgency and my scattered brain.. and simply said- "Get dressed." She tended the entire evening with a quiet attentiveness to what needed to happen next. The night ended with her helping the wedding guests light up sparklers- so fun !!

Our experience with Cathie was nothing short of fantastic. Initially we were skeptical about the need for a day-of coordinator, especially since we had planned so much of the logistics on our own (plus, we were on a tight budget). However, our first consultation with Cathie changed our minds almost immediately. She has a clear passion for this type of job, and she made us feel welcomed and comfortable at all points during the process. She offered her expertise without being overbearing, allowing us to create our vision for the wedding while still being realistic about what was and was not feasible. In the run up to the wedding and on the day of, it was a massive weight off our shoulders to have someone that we knew we could trust take care of any unexpected details or last minute changes. Leading up to the wedding, she offered additional resources as I planned my DIY wedding and on the day of, she did a wonderful job executing last minute DIY details, as well as ensuring that our ceremony and reception space matched our vision. Her communication was always on point, and she kept us on track, even thinking of things that had completely slipped our minds (like an emergency kit to save the day when I got a smudge of car gunk on my dress 😩). Overall, we highly recommend Cathie; her professionalism, expertise, and infectious enthusiasm were exactly what we needed to make our special day everything that it could be!

Oh my gosh! Where do I start. Cathie went above and beyond and my planning experience and wedding day would’ve been a disaster without her. Cathie was my backbone, tear wiper, nerve calmer, smile keeper, crowd tamer, but most of all the coordinator of my wedding. Spellbinding Soirees did such an amazing job with planning/coordinating the small and intimate outdoor wedding. Beautiful flowers and decor all around from the seating tables to the gift table, etc.. I was also very impressed with the design of the menu and how the food was served on wooden handmade lazy susans. It went so well with the theme and was so unique to me.
