Spencer Pierce Little Farm

I was born and raised in Newbury, MA, so needless to say; there was no were else I could have had my wedding besides Spencer Peirce Little Farm. It holds so much sentimental value to me that it was the perfect location, and boy did the location pull through! Bethany is a dream come true to work with. She is so helpful and was always there to answer all of my millions of questions. Our wedding was October 25th, 2015 so the foliage was at its peak, and it was breathtaking. Not only did we get to have the wedding of our dreams at the location of our dreams, but also a year membership to all of Historic New England's properties! YES! All of my guests loved the landscape, the house, and especially the animals. Best of all...the donkey gave his approval by braying right during the ceremony! I loved it!!! Thank you so much for my fairy tale wedding!

The Farm was a beautiful place for my spring wedding! It was a beautiful backdrop for our reception, and the farm animals, house tours, and large yard made for a special and memorable evening. I would recommend the site, but would strongly encourage couples not to work with coordinator Tara. She was quite difficult to get in touch with, and proved to be unreliable and often rude throughout our planning process. Aside from that, you will be able to create a unique event here! Be aware that you'll need to rent a tent, tables, and chairs, hire outside caterers and bartenders, and do your own decorating. It's a very DIY site, which was perfect for us. Such a beautiful day!

Incredible! Our guests said it was the most unique wedding and just the most gorgeous, postcard like setting. There are rescued farm animals, big open spaces, and a wide open sky that we viewed the full moon from. Tara on site is a huge help from the planning of the schedule to managing people and the day. We absolutely loved working with her! It's simple, but if you bring some flowers and candles is just gorgeous with the fields in the background. Just what we were looking for.
