Spinasse is a venue in Seattle, WA, ideal for rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, and related occasions. This Italian restaurant offers a memorable setting for couples and their loved ones to gather. Complemented by the culinary selections, the eatery helps enhance a nuptial-related event.
Spinasse opened in 2008 with a focus on providing handmade pasta and traditional dishes from the Piedmont region in Northern Italy. Chef Stuart Lane, since 2015, has continued in this culinary direction while working to incorporate ingredients from Pacific Northwest farmers and artisans. The seasonally inspired menu can be paired with a vintage on their thoughtfully curated Northern Italian wine list.
There is a private dining space with its own entrance at Spinasse that is well-suited for events. It features audiovisual equipment, a Sonos sound system, and a private ADA bathroom for your convenience. The food can be served in multiple ways, such as a family-style selection from their menu or a multi-course meal with regional Italian wine and hand-cut pasta.
