rate 1 star. We asked, and were told that the venue planner would be at the venue the day of the wedding. A different person was on site for the rehearsal and day of the wedding. She was late - and yelled at me. She was mia for most of the night - our wedding director and the dj had to hunt her down several times - she was busy hiding on her phone. We paid for open bar - but no sodas were available during the cocktail hour for those who don’t drink alcohol (even though sodas were included in the quote). The week before the wedding - emails were not answered. In the end, our wedding director and the dj pulled off a magical evening. If you book a wedding here - just make sure to bring your own people to help and have as little interaction with the staff as possible.

Their communication was always prompt and clear, and they worked tirelessly before, during, and after the wedding to make sure everything was perfect. The venue was beautiful and clean and I'm so glad that we had our wedding there.

nate or understanding. They are definitely all about money. The owner however ended up accommodating us with a plan b but the venue would not and did not set up or even help with our ceremony space. We had a micro wedding package and it’s probably the worst thing we could’ve done. Here’s the included things: cake, bride’s bouquet & groom’s boutonnière, wine & beer, etc. Our wedding cake was very beautiful but it was FROZEN solid so we could not cut it or eat it. We ended up throwing it away before we could not eat it at all. We were able to keep the top layer for our 1 year anniversary but we are not looking forward to eating it at all. Our guests were left really disappointed. My bridal bouquet & groom’s boutonnière were the wrong color AND the groom did not even receive his boutonnière. Thankfully my mother made him one just in case. The wine & beer was fine but the bartenders that they provided were not very pleasant or knowledgeable and were the only ones there from the venue. So we were left with a bunch of unanswered questions. Their contract definitely needs to be done over and they need to care about the couples that choose and pay to have their weddings there. The event director wasn’t even there when their contract states that someone from their venue would be there during the duration of the wedding. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s not worth the trouble at all. There are better venues out there that have compassionate and caring people. Take time to find them and ask the RIGHT questions. Be specific and definitely have a great wedding planner. You will need it because this venue will leave you on your own on one of the most important days. This venue will go downhill for sure. They may think they’re prospering but people will catch on to them. If you love yourself and your loved ones, PLEASE DO NOT HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE. It will be a disaster like mine was. It was the worst day of our lives and they have not reached out to us to extend apologies or congratulations. I got married there on Friday, October 8th, 2021.

Truly a perfect day. The only negative thing I would say is we weren't able to get wine/beer while getting ready. It didn't affect me but I know some of my bridal party were disappointed. I think it was just miscommunication. I would recommend this venue to anyone.
