There are not enough STARS to say how AWESOME and Amazing Oya Thomas is. Her name and her spectacular voice is one that should be at the top of the charts and I fear that soon it ...
will be! Not only is Oya an amazing person and spirit, her voice is out of this world. We asked her to sing some of our favorite songs for our wedding and she NAILED everyone of them. From Alicia Keys, to Mary J. Blige to Sade, our guests were mesmerized. She also sang one of her original songs, "LOVE" for a ritual that we created about LOVE and gratefulness. It was amazing. I worked hard not to cry as she sang. Oya Thomas is a miracle because she is such a genuine, talented artist. Oya is truly a gift to anyone she meets and sings for. She transforms any event. What a beautiful memory we will always have of our wedding because she anointed us with her beauty and her God given instrument.
I feel incredibly bad that I am so late in writing this review, as when dealing with Oya from the very first time I reached out to her and her team they were always so prompt. I b...
egan my wedding planning from London, and she bend over backwards to accommodate me and the time difference constantly. She went so far and beyond from a customer service perspective as she even helped me find a new venue once I had to let one go. Her positivity shines though in every interaction and I was so thankful for what she did for me. Her professionalism and positivity seemed like its couldn’t be topped by anything she did, but she proved me wrong on my wedding day when her and her MOST AMAZING bad put on a simply spectacular show. The energy was unbelievable. We have a small wedding of 40 people, so it was really intimate and personalised. My husband even played saxophone with the band. The sound engineer was UBER cool, he was having a great time and was a fabulous edition to the party fun. Im so pleased that I found spirit of Oya, it was the best wedding decision I made!! Thank you Oya, your hard work and positivity mean more to me than you’ll know.
Where do I begin? Oya sang at our ceremony and throughout our reception dinner accompanied by a keyboardist. They were amazing! My guests could not stop asking where I found these...
two amazing performers. They wanted to know where the could go see Oya sing.
From our first interaction through the wedding, Oya was very professional. I originally requested an acoustic guitarist, but based on our conversations and Oya listening to our desires, she suggested that a keyboardist might be better. I relied on her professional opinion, and was not disappointed.
Her performance wasexceptional, personable and interactive just like we wanted. I can't say enough good things about what her performance added to our special day. I would recommend Spirit of Oya to anyone looking for amazing talent for their event.
Oya is a very talented singer. I had her and her band sing at my wedding Mass. Her attention to detail and musical advice help our ceremony flow. Oya was a joy to work with and s...
he was very flexable with my last minute changes. Her band is wonderful. I've never had so many guests compliment and enjoy a wedding mass. Everyone said she was wonderful. There is NO rating high enough for Oya. 5 Stars just aren't enough.
