Operating out of the Central Coast of California, Spirits & Nature Cocktails offers a range of wedding packages inspired by the Central Coasts bountiful produce, botanics, and culture. Mixologist Vanessa Share brings an artistic twist to your celebration staple and has decades of experience, including the role of Bar Manager and Curator at Post Ranch Inn, Big Sur’s most sought-after accommodation, since 1997. Vanessa has created a menu of original cocktails and mixers, using fresh pressed local citrus and fruits, plus handcrafted syrups, using ingredients sourced from local farmers’ markets, home gardens, and wild harvesting on her 5 acre homestead. Vanessa’s service includes setup and breakdown of the bar, cocktail, beer, wine, and non-alcohol pouring throughout the event, provides all bar tools needed and can recruit bartenders to serve your guests depending on the size of your event. As you will need to provide the alcohol, Vanessa will assist you in selecting wines, beers, and liquors for your signature beverages. Together, you will discover which recipes best suit you and your guests, and will add a unique one of a kind touch to your occasion.
