SpitfireZ was born out of the necessity for people to have quality, real non-processed food, for large amounts of people, prepared fresh as possible, at a fair price. Since the late 90’s the creators of SpitfireZ have been honing their culinary skills working in pizza shops, short order kitchens, large country clubs, banquet facilities, and ultra fine dining restaurants. Turning all that cooking knowledge into one of Pittsburgh’s fastest growing catering companies.
