ABOUT Vino Solera
Born in 2008 as the first self-serve bar in San Diego, Vino Solera (formerly Splash Wine Lounge) has been a North Park neighborhood favorite ever since. The wine bar and bistro was reborn at the end of 2019 when Yali Ruiz and her daughter Kelsey Bair purchased the space.
Due to the rapidly changing landscape of the food and beverage industry’s future, we will now re-open as an excusive event venue idea for luxury micro weddings and intimate events.
As the only Latina-owned wine bar in San Diego, culture is proudly at the center of everything we do. By curating interesting and unique wines from around the world — prioritizing those made by womxn, BIPOC, and family-owned wineries — we remain dedicated to diversifying the wine community.
