easy enough to schedule with at the start of the process. Where I had some issues is with the communication after we had booked. There were several times that I would email with questions or concerns and receive no response or acknowledgment of my text/email. This was frankly really stressful for me. On the day of the wedding I had not heard back from Eric regarding a question I had asked two weeks prior and at that point I was just resolved to figuring everything out day of. I was not given the name or contact info of the photographer who would be at the wedding so when they were 15 minutes late I didn’t know who to call (I could have asked for this information myself during the call but did not think to). Once she arrived she seemed confused as to the schedule that had been sent to me by Eric. I had to spend a few minutes explaining it to her which added to the stress of an already stressful day. It was a bit of a rocky start but overall she was very professional, gave good direction and took plenty of photos. The lack of communication continued until receiving the photos almost two months after the wedding. I sent several messages again asking for an estimate of when we could expect the photos and received no response. I called Eric directly 2 weeks after the wedding and he did answer and gave a two week estimate. I followed up two weeks later via text and received no answer. Overall, I found the lack of communication very stressful and frustrating. The photos were lovely, so if you’re considering this vendor you may have to be more assertive in calling and asking questions than I was.
