EATHTAKING!! So many pictures and every single one looked like it was out of a magazine. I couldn't of asked for a better outcome with the photography. They were so fun as well! Very go with the flow but still capturing every special moment. I am so grateful we had Splashes of Time Photography at our wedding and I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone!! Thank you so much!

y, later on we wanted to add videography, but he wasn’t responding to calls/emails until we were worried that we should put a deposit down for someone else just in case. Finally we got a response that videography was a go, but he had lost our response to the photography questionnaire (style/vibe we wanted, must have shots, family pictures wanted, etc) and could we recreate it over the phone. No big deal, these things happen. Fast forward to the weeks before the wedding. We kept reaching out to him to ask him for the contact info of our actual team so that we could chat with them before the event. No responses. We kept reaching out to him because our venue needed his liability insurance. No responses – even up until TWO DAYS before the wedding when I was in tears because our venue coordinator said the team would not be allowed on site without this proof of insurance. Come the day of our wedding (April 2022), our team (two photographers and a videographer) had never met each other or worked together before, and had never received our questionnaire response or shot list. As such, they ended up missing some photos we’d asked for and focusing on photos we really didn’t care about. I tried redirecting/instructing them in the moment but of course as the bride I had 100 things on my plate. After the wedding, Eric said to venmo him tip money and he would distribute it. A month later we checked in with one of our photographers and he still hadn’t received his tip. To this day I still don’t know if our team got their tips. It was pulling teeth trying to get an update on when we could expect our photos – his contract guarantees within 3 months and we ended up getting them around 4 months. The photos turned out ok. They look nice but they’re not the photos we asked for given that our day-of team didn’t have the prep/info they needed. We also paid extra for all video footage in addition to the 5 minute recap and still haven’t received it 9 months later. I’ve reached out to Eric several times with (surprise) no response. I hesitate to write a bad review based on just my experience, but over time I realize I have only good things to say about every other vendor we chose. Splashes of Time was the most money we splurged on a vendor by far, yet the only one who totally stressed me out, made me cry, and left me disappointed. I’m not including the names of the photo/video team as none of this is their fault and they did the best they could. Edit: Eric reached out to me to confirm that the team did get their tips and sent me the video, so we are financially squared. It's sad that it took a bad public review to make that happen.

nd video! Love love love! We managed to work a boudoir photoshoot in the morning of the wedding - I was pretty nervous but they were nothing but professional and made me feel comfortable and beautiful. Worth every penny and more!

wedding. They arrived on time and shooting with them was sooooo much fun! Throughout the planning process they really listened to what we wanted. For example, when we were taking our engagement pictures Eric would put me in certain poses that feel really awkward in person but make you look great in pictures so I went with it. When we got our pictures back I DID look model-like! But those poses were still very awkward for me because I’m an awkward person lol & I really didn’t want to feel awkward on our big day so I let Eric know. He was really understanding, and on our wedding day I didn’t feel awkward at all with the alternative poses he suggested. Eric and his second shooter didn’t get in the way at all during the big day, in fact, I didn’t notice them at all during the ceremony AND the reception. I haven’t gotten our pictures back yet so I’ll make sure to update this once I do, but we got a teaser back from the wedding and OMG! I cannot wait to see the rest! The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars (would give 4.5 if I could) is because in our engagement pictures my husband! had a pesky little cowlick that was pretty distracting and it showed up in almost all the pictures. I felt like they could’ve easily photoshopped this out (because I did it myself lol) but I think at the time Eric had a newborn so its understandable! All in all, I would recommend splashes of time to any and everyone!!

e perfect lighting and background. They also gave us instructions on how to pose. I didn't realize having two photographers was a big deal; we definitely recommend it. When it came to taking bridesmaids and groomsmen pictures they split us up. Laurie did bridesmaid and Mark did Groomsmen. It helped us out on time. They also did a phenomenal job editing our photos. It wasn't too much or too less. They made our wedding colors pop and blend perfect. I definitely recommend them.

ling...but Laurie knew exactly what to say to help me pose and make the right facial expression/body language. I highly recommend getting an engagement shoot prior to the wedding to practice posing and working together. Prior to the wedding, Eric was helpful and insightful organizing the photo timeline of the day. I've never planned a wedding before, so all his comments helped me to understand timing, logistics, etc. Mark was the 2nd photographer , he was friendly and kept groups participating & entertained. If you are like me, choosing a photographer is stressful. With Splashes of Time you get a friendly insightful team, and great shots. Overall, very happy and will treasure these shots! Thank you to the Splashes of Time Team! :)

ed all the questions we had. Our wedding day was amazing and Eric was fantastic. He really is a great photographer and he definitely knew how to use natural light to his advantage. Our wedding photos turned out beautifully! The only minor complaint I have is that he's not the best at returning messages right away. There was a moment when I was a little concerned with the lack of communication but in the end, everything worked out and our photos are gorgeous. I can't wait to finally see our wedding video when it comes out! We will make sure to update our review once we see it.

Eric and his assistants did a great job of capturing all the pictures and ensuring there was enough time for our family to go back and enjoy the cocktail hour, as well as, get all of our bride and groom pictures. Also, Eric does a great job of coaching you through poses, when needed. I found this so helpful. We chose to hire splashes of time for photographs and videography, and we are really glad we did! The two teams work together really well and my husband and I both agreed, that we didn't feel like we were being chased by cameras all night. They captured everything, but did so is a non-evasive way. The pictures we received are beautiful and with the added video, we are able to relieve some of the greatest memories of that day. We paid to have the drone footage in our video and I think it was so worth it! We haven't received our photo album yet, but the photo albums that Splashes of Time use are so unique and pretty! When we were deciding on a photographer, Eric's photo album really stood out to us. We got many comments from our family and friends about how friendly the photo/video team was and we couldn't agree more.

Photography a pleasant business, they are pure talent! We LOVED the photos! We highly recommend Eric and his team. You will not be disappointed!
