s the day got closer. Hiring her was truly one of the best decisions we made. She was an absolute godsend. From the beginning, Sharlee was warm, organized, and incredibly accommodating. She worked around our crazy schedule without ever making us feel rushed or pressured to do things a certain way. We had two in-depth Zoom meetings to go over our timeline and all the small details, plus a venue walkthrough where she made sure everything was accounted for. She also attended our rehearsal, which was such a huge help in getting everyone on the same page. On the wedding day, Sharlee, and her amazing assistant, handled everything flawlessly. She communicated with all our vendors and key people so that my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Because of her, the entire day ran perfectly smooth; we truly had zero issues. We could just enjoy our wedding knowing she had it all taken care of. Our family, who originally helped encourage us to hire a day-of coordinator, even commented on how fantastic Sharlee was. She exceeded every expectation. She is worth every single penny and then some. I literally can’t express how grateful we are that we hired her. If you’re even remotely considering a day-of coordinator, Sharlee LaLime is the one you want.

She was organized, calm under pressure, and truly cared about making our day perfect. Thanks to her attention to detail, everything went smoothly and we were able to relax and enjoy every moment. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made! I could not imagine doing this without her help!

Her assistant, along with her, fixed my shoes multiple times when the little details fell and descaled a situation that could have ended really badly. She was very accessible and responsive before the event, has just the right number of meetings included in her base fee, and has an assistant with her on the day of the wedding who also knows what's going on. On the wedding day, she was everywhere making sure things ran smoothly. I didn't have to interact with a single vendor on the wedding day; she took care of all of that. She does SO many things that other coordinators I have heard about don't include. She did a reception layout, and ceremony layout, a detailed wedding day timeline, that was indispensable and she kept us all on track. She didn't come to me with a single problem during the wedding, so if there were any, she solved them herself. She will keep your guests in-line and going where they're supposed to. We had some friends and relatives that we asked to help with clean up (we asked before the wedding) and they said they had never seen clean up go so smoothly at a wedding. We were out of the venue in plenty of time. We have already referred her to several friends and I would use Spotlight again with no hesitation!

and planning i was beyond stressed. Only a month a way from the wedding we hired Sharlee to be our coordinator. She was quick to relive my stress and was available 24/7 for a quick chat. The day of the wedding she stepped up in ways i didnt know i needed. The wedding was absolutely beautiful and i know i couldn't have done it without her. - She was also breaking it down on the dance floor! She was so so fun to work with. My husband and I were even talking after about it and are so upset we cant get married again just so we can have Sharlee there!! Seriously if you are thinking of hiring a coordinator hire Sharlee!!

There's so much you have to think about when planning a wedding, and my only regret is not booking Sharlee earlier in our planning process. When we showed up to the rehearsal and Sharlee had call sheets for the whole wedding party with a timeline of ALL wedding events, including hair and makeup and photos, a map of the venue, and other key details about the wedding day, we were beyond grateful and in complete awe of the effort she put in to make our day run flawlessly. Our wedding day was the PERFECT day, and I honestly believe Sharlee was a HUGE part of making that happen. I cannot thank her enough for everything! BOOK HER! You won't regret it.

She grabbed all the information she could from my brain and my inbox (and dealt with receiving all of it in pieces, because who has the mental fortitude to collate that kind of information?) and that was it -- she deftly handled the rest. She was equally adept and incredible on the day of the wedding. Multiple people commented on how Sharlee was helpful, kind and organized with our guests. For example, I had high hopes for capturing a lot of group photos in a very short amount of time. Sharlee ensured everyone was lined up and ready to go, and we got them all in what must have been record time, because when we were done I heard our photographer comment, "That was incredible." THANK YOU SHARLEE for making our wedding the day of my dreams. You made it absolutely unforgettable.

on my big day. As with any wedding day, there were challenges and hiccups and she didn’t miss a beat, course correcting and solving any and all problems sent her way.

ridesmaid didn’t tell me. Sharlee was on it. For our rehearsal she made sure everything ran smoothly and kept our rowdy bunch on track. She was wonderful with our kids and even impressed the mother of the bride which speaks volumes. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator! Thank you for everything Sharlee.

Sharlee was patient but persistent in getting all the details of our wedding together. We had a couple of meetings before the wedding, which helped us identify things we hadn't planned for enough yet, and she made some suggestions that helped us figure out what we wanted. Our guests had only positive things to say about how she performed on the day of, and some of them specifically noted that she was amazing for running through the ceremony with us in the detail she did at the rehearsal. We were very happy to have hired Sharlee on for our wedding day; she took the lead on interacting with our vendors all day and made sure everything was set up how we wanted it to be so we could focus on being present in the moment. Her assistant helped out a lot with setting up the decorations and other logistics.

My maid of honor managed to get a camera and Sharlee and her assistant spent the whole night shooting pictures all while making sure the night still ran smoothly. She was a God-send! I highly recommended hiring her as your wedding planner!!!
