From day-of coordination to full-service packages, Spotlight Events Company offers a variety of planning options for couples to choose from. All bundles boast services such as consultations, budget analysis, timeline creation, and vendor selection. The Full Spotlight package, day-of coordination services, and the special request package are all customizable. In addition to arranging marital celebrations, Amanda can orchestrate social and corporate events.

We had a few check in meetings the monthish leading up to the wedding and Amanda even drove 45 min on a weekday to tour our venue to help with my stress and nervousness. She emailed me to do lists to make sure I was on track with my planning and printed out my planning documents to make sure she was all set for our wedding. On our wedding day, Amanda was right on time and began setting everything up. She realized we had forgotten to pack our table numbers and instead of stressing us out, she went to the venue manager first to try to solve the issue, which was much appreciated. ng vendors and engaging with some of them on our behalf. She checked in on me several times over our planning year, even though she was contracted to fully engage until closer to our date and she always offered to help. When our Rehearsal event was cancelled by the venue a few weeks in advance she scrambled to find a few options for that as well and got really creative with some of her local contacts. When it came to the wedding weekend we were able to get access to our Reception space the day before and Amanda actually took a half-day from her other job to meet with me to go over my decorations vision and get started prepping the space. I left her to it and she truly exceeded my vision! I had included some random signs and mini terrace chairs and she really pulled everything together beautifully! I completely put my trust in her for the decorations and day of execution and everything went smooth, it was great to not to have to stress about cleaning up the space, I danced the night away while she worked hard cleaning up. I really put her through the ringer too with Decorations rented from 2 different Vendors and some provided by us, I could tell she was nervous about remembering what went where but she did this perfectly and everything got back to the right person. Amanda is absolutely someone you can trust to take care of everything on your wedding day. I'm so glad I put my trust in her!

She was able to use her experience to suggest the best flow for all of our extra tables as well. I was able to just show her where everything was and she went right to work setting everything up elegantly. She also cleaned up everything, so our families didn’t have to worry about it at all.
During my initial conversations I mentioned My family offered to help make decorations, but I didn’t know if everyone would actually be able to or not. Amanda checked in with me around 6 months before the wedding just to make sure everything was going well and to see if I needed any additional help anything. It was awesome knowing she was there if anything changed and I needed more help than I originally planned on.

g, months before my wedding, she made sure to get all the details and take notes. She helped me with my center pieces and helped me make lists of things I needed to remember. She did a great job helping with rehearsal and taking charge to make sure we all knew what we would be doing on the big day. On the actual wedding day she did countless things to keep my wedding from going haywire. She kept in contact with all my vendors, helped with set up and take down, she smoothed out any hiccups and was so friendly with all my guests. My family came to me to tell me how helpful Amanda was and we were all glad she was there! My husband and I agreed that we could not have had such a great wedding without her help.
