family and she got us the best deals and worked around my husband's crazy schedule. We were able to get every reservation we wanted and even got that hard to get fast pass with Anna and Elsa. She made every step of planning easy and smooth. If we had an issue even while there she was able to help. My son is ASD and she offered tons of tips to make WDW fun for him as well and not so overwhelming. She has a heart of gold and truly loves planning magical vacations ? We recommend her to everyone! She has booked several of our friend's vacations and they rave about her as well. Cannot go wrong with Siera! She will be the only person we will ever use :)
