Spring Brook Farm

Really great Venue with a great view! Yvonne was really helpful and very nice to work with. Would recommend anyone for a small wedding!

Unsure of where to start! We got engaged in feb 2020, and while looking at other surrounding venues, we somehow stumbled on Spring Brook. We are from the area, and have been to Penning’s (directly across the street) since we were kids, and literally had no idea this place even existed! The farm and property are also owned by the Pennings family, and they were nothing short of helpful. Yvonne, the caretaker of the grounds, lives on the property and was always available for questions, suggestions, and gave us some really great ideas for how to set things up. The best part about this place is that was decorated exactly how we would have wanted our wedding to look to begin with-a rustic, vintage vibe. You will need contracts with all vendors (food, bar, tent, tables, bathrooms, etc.), as this venue is just for the property, BUT- the price is well worth the FULL WEEKEND rental. We had everything booked within 1.5 weeks we loved it that much. Then, covid hit. Yvonne was nothing short of extremely helpful, supportive, and accommodating. In the end, we were still able to keep our original 10/10 wedding date for a micro wedding and postponed our large reception here for July 2021. Yvonne also recommended a wedding coordinator, Brooke Heller, (also great and affordable) who has worked events at the space before, so she was able to give great suggestions also. Would recommend this venue to anyone (A friend booked a baby shower here after telling her about it!). Even with COVID guidelines, we had our ceremony here, and it was perfect. We can’t wait to have our original envision come to life here in July!!

This place is AMAZING! A BEAUTIFUL rustic barn with outdoor bar/patio space, gorgeous grounds, plenty of parking space and the sun sets right over the field in the back!! Your photographer will have no shortage of location photos here. The staff were extremely helpful in accommodating all our needs from booking to clean up. From a small intimate wedding to a large one, this place is perfect. An absolute DREAM venue. And the chandelier in the barn, HOLY COW! Our guests texted us for days about how amazing our wedding venue was, you will NOT be disappointed. Reserve now because this is a hidden gem that will be booked solid in no time!

Charmingly picturesque location!!! The Barn is fabulously rustic with contemporary flair! We really enjoyed the event we attended at this venue so much that we're considering using it ourselves for ourselves in 2021! Highly recommend!
