Overall an amazing place that made our day special.
I would not recommend this venue. We recently had our wedding here in October 2023 and we could not wait to be done. They do an amazing job selling the place to you and communicate...
s very well in the beginning. However, once that contract is signed and deposit is paid they make you feel like a number. The communication got worse, we felt like we constantly kept repeating information, there was just an overall lack of professionalism and SO many small things that built up over the course of 11 months planning. When you compare the amount of money spent and quality of services received, it makes it not worth it at all. Sadaf (owner) didn’t even have enough decency to acknowledge us the day of our wedding and working with Alex also wasn’t so pleasant. I don’t believe they treat everyone equally. If I could have changed one thing for my wedding it would be the decision to have it at another venue.

atmosphere, and sound were perfect. The beverage service team were great. We really liked the signature drinks. The venue was kept clean throughout the event. Our event timeline was kept accordingly. It was a memorable and wonder wedding day.

as my primary point of contact and she was AMAZING! She ensured all the details were handled regarding the food, decorations, and additional small details that I missed. Susan had great communication skills and she was swift to respond if I had any questions. Spring Hall made sure they enough staff members on my wedding night which contributed to my family raving about how great the staff were that night. My family has been talking about my wedding for the past 5 days complimenting how great the food, drinks, and staff were on my wedding night August 21st. Thank you so much Spring Hall for giving me an unforgettable experience!

oom rooms and wardrobe. They created colorful palate utilizing those funky yet sophisticated lights, the classy furniture and the artificial staying on the wall, everything was seamless. The glow bar was one exquisite décor for the drinks as those neon lights were eye-catching.
