s very well in the beginning. However, once that contract is signed and deposit is paid they make you feel like a number. The communication got worse, we felt like we constantly kept repeating information, there was just an overall lack of professionalism and SO many small things that built up over the course of 11 months planning. When you compare the amount of money spent and quality of services received, it makes it not worth it at all. Sadaf (owner) didn’t even have enough decency to acknowledge us the day of our wedding and working with Alex also wasn’t so pleasant. I don’t believe they treat everyone equally. If I could have changed one thing for my wedding it would be the decision to have it at another venue.
