This venue acts as a blank canvas for you and your partner to build your dream day from the ground up. Chairs and tables will be provided, along with two bars, a dance floor, and an elegant tent rental. In addition to the big day, Spring Hill Estate is perfect for engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and other prenuptial events.
As you arrive at our estate, you will be awestruck by the breathtaking scenery. Our property spans 300 acres and showcases rolling hills, picturesque eucalyptus trees, unparalleled views, and a magnificent backdrop for ceremonies. From here, you can see the town of Tomales and Mt. St. Helena in the distance. Relax and enjoy observing our Jersey cows grazing peacefully in the fields, enhancing the tranquil rural ambiance. Whether you are planning a small, intimate ceremony or a grand celebration, our venue provides a magical setting for your special event. Our spacious barn is truly impressive, adorned with elegant chandeliers and ample space to accommodate up to 250 guests. It is a perfect location for weddings, anniversaries, and corporate events. For more intimate gatherings, our cozy barn exudes charm with its rustic wooden beams and can host up to 70 guests. ng site was gorgeous because of the photos and in-person visit, but then when it came to the reception itself...those little lights all over the barn twinkled like little fairies and the whole atmosphere felt so magical. Which is kind of ironic because I wanted to cut costs and go with simple barn/rustic décor but man those twinkling little lights made even my most simple decorations seem dreamy! High ratings for this venue and am so grateful to Teresa for helping make our wedding celebration the most amazing event ever. Thank you!!

eative, bring in our own vendors, and - most importantly - offer a weekend of events for our guests with room to stay overnight since many were traveling to celebrate with us. Spring Hill Estate was PERFECT for us, and served as the setting for the most magical weekend of our lives. Months later, we are still hearing from guests who remind us that the venue was stunning and unlike any other they’d seen before. Kim (the venue coordinator at the time) and Larry (the owner) were a pleasure to work with. Fun fact: Larry also owns Petaluma Creamery, among a number of other businesses, and we were fortunate to enjoy/share a variety of his delicious cheese, ice cream, and butter! We highly recommend that you consider Spring Hill Estate for your own special celebration!
I would never recommend this place to anyone! I like to have all of the info before I start setting up tours; venue fee, reception/ ceremony fee, catering, Bar, etc.
I was dealing...
with Andrea for weeks on info for catering and then out of no where she she emails and says she’s no longer with the company.
I then started working with Julie for re-scheduling our tour and picking up with Andrea and I left off. I was supposed to have my tour today. We are 2 hours away from Tomales. There was an accident along the way so we got delayed about 20 minutes. I called to let them know, and the First Lady said she couldn’t help me she’s transfer me to her manager. The manager gets on an says Julie has left for an emergency which I completely understand. Life happens, but then says no one else can give me a tour? I said no one? Not a single worker can just show me the place and if I like it I’ll come back ? At this point I was only 30 minutes away. She said no and she’s text Julie and call me right back. 20 minutes had passed and I called and it would go straight to voicemail. I turn around to head to my next app. I called back to give a piece of mind and now all of a sudden Julie is now the manager and is back. I was so upset I lost my shit. She then tells me “Larry” was waiting for me. Didn’t try to re schedule, offer any sort of discount, just her story as to what her emergency was. very unprofessional! Never again!!!
We couldn't be happier with our entire experience at Spring Hill. From the moment we met with Kim to tour the property we knew it was perfect. Kim was helpful, kind, and reliable...
from start to finish. She always responded quickly to our questions and was very accommodating. Once we arrived for our wedding weekend on Friday morning we were able to settle in, relax, and prepare for our on-site rehearsal dinner. There were several options for the rehearsal dinner and wedding ceremony sites so we really felt we could make our celebrations our own. The homes were equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. The main barn is even more stunning than we imagined when the sun goes down and the lights and chandeliers are sparkling. The landscaping crew continues to do an outstanding job at enhancing the ranches natural beauty. From the time we first toured to our site walkthrough with vendors and finally the big weekend, the grounds became more and more stunningly designed. Our wedding and the weekend surrounding it was just wonderful and in major part to Kim, Spring Hill, and everyone who works so hard to make it the perfect wedding venue. If we had to sum up our weekend at Spring Hill Estate up in one word: MAGICAL!

The venue is exactly what we were looking for- A beautiful barn, gorgeous views, private and somewhere our friends and family could enjoy a weekend together and not feel rushed. We loved that we were able to do everything there, our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception. To this day we are still receiving compliments about our wedding from our guests. Spring Hill Estate was the perfect venue for us and we feel so lucky to be able to celebrate with our family and friends there. Overall wonderful experience and we highly recommend it!

Kim is the most wonderful property manager that you could ever imagine! She helped us with vendors and gave us a treasure trove of ideas to work with. She helped us put together the wedding of our dreams ... A party that we're still being complimented on, some months later.
In a few words, I would describe Spring Hill Estate as picturesque, secluded, serene and stunning. And there are simply not enough great words to say about Kim. We are truly grateful to them for helping us create such wonderful memories ... The pictures speak for themselves!

My husband and I got married at Spring Hill Estate in August of 2018. Our experience with the venue was incredible. There were a few very large perks:
-we were able to accommodate...
all bridesmaids, groomsmen and family on the property (saved our guests lots of money, and also created a very fun environment over the wedding weekend)
-Kim was extremely accommodating with anything we needed. We were planning a wedding from the east coast and she was always available to send pictures, ideas of layouts, and site tours at the last minute. Her customer service was over and beyond and it made our experience so enjoyable!
-We were able to cut down on rental costs because so much was included. We were able to save a few thousand dollars being able to cut out rentals of chairs and tables. The barn is so gorgeous aesthetically that there very little rentals were needed within.
-We got married at the top of the house overlooking the hills, had our cocktail hour outside on the side of he barn, and reception in the large barn. The guests loved the fact that they didn’t need to drive to another venue for the reception nor wedding. It was extremely convenient for everyone, yet gave such beautiful and different scenery for each part of the night. I got so many compliments from our guests saying that they’ve never seen such a unique and beautiful venue. It had an amazing romantic/rustic vibe that really made our day one of a kind.
I can’t thank Larry and Kim for such an amazing experience. We are so grateful and blessed we had our wedding at Spring Hill Estate! 10 out of 10 would recommend. :)

ave been great. But Spring Hill Estate won us over from moment one and we could not be happier with our decision to have our wedding on this beautiful property.
This venue is every bit as beautiful as the pictures suggest--and more. The fresh air. The setting. Every single bit of detail was more than we could have imagined--and we went through the details in painstaking fashion. It all came together, culminating in one beautiful celebration.
Our wedding was, in many ways, very custom--almost DIY, except we could not have done it ourselves. Spring Hill Estate was the fulcrum and Kim was able to accommodate all of our vendors without a hitch. She was generous with her time and quick to respond to our requests. There are some other hidden perks when you choose this venue, but I'll let you discover those on your own. This is your day. Ours was more than we ever imagined and Spring Hill Estate was the foundation of our special day. Highly recommended.

cely for a seated dinner, bar, and dance floor. You could however do you more or less people. Behind the barn is a user friendly area for caterers. Ample parking. And my favorite was the beautiful Jersey cows in the background. This venue is very versatile in you could get married up by the big beautiful house on top of a hill overlooking all of tomales, you could get married inside in the barn, or like we did get married on the patio with stairs cascading down. With these options you could get married all year round. However this venue is good for more than just weddings you could have any event here and it be perfect. We had a wonderful experience and we use Whitney Nelson As our wedding coordinator who was wonderful everything went flawless that day. The only thing I had to worry about was not tripping while going down the aisle lol. Overall experience there was wonderful I highly recommend this venue to anybody seeking a country wedding!
