I had my wedding ceremony and reception at the Spring Lake Bath and Tennis Club this May 2021. I cannot express enough how helpful Rob Albanese was throughout the planning process....
Especially with planning during COIVD, we got updates throughout the process when changes were made regarding state regulations and the plan already put in place to manage those changes. I felt safe and confident having my wedding at the Spring Lake Bath and Tennis Club. Thankfully, a lot of those changes were lifted in time for my wedding! Working with Rob was easy. He was professional, quick to respond, understanding, and detailed oriented. My wedding day went smoothly, and the staff was attentive to our needs throughout the day and night.

The cocktail hour on the terrace was beautiful. Everything was set perfectly. The food across the board was phenomenal. The staff was amazing as well consistently about taking care of guests. Highly recommend doing the big tent out by the pool for a reception.

The onsite coordinator Rob was fantastic, he helped us every step of the way and was extremely responsive to all my emails and calls.
I think my favorite part about this venue was that it was completely customizable! If you wanted to change anything or bring anything in they let you! We pretty much stuck to the menu they provided and were so happy we did! We honestly couldn't have imagined having a wedding anywhere else!

a relaxed, yet glammed up feel to it. We got married on a Friday and felt that the this made things more affordable. It has amazing views of the ocean and we got married on the deck that overlooks ocean avenue. Our cocktail hour was outside and our reception was inside in their newly updated ballroom. We worked with Robert who was phenomenal and made us feel so comfortable and worry free leading up to our big day. There were no restrictions on what we could or couldn't do and each package was completely customizable. Our guest could not stop raving about the food as well and we were told multiple times that it is not "typically wedding food." For cocktail hour we added the raw bar, which made a huge difference. We had clams, oysters, shrimp, and crab legs. The service was amazing and made us feel so accommodated. My husband and I never had an empty drink and there was also our drink of choice waiting for us at our sweetheart table.
Because we are not members, we had to bring in our own alcohol which was not a huge issue at all. The liquor store they recommend delivers throughout the night and buys back any unopened bottles. This venue fills up very quickly and they reserve a couple months in the summer for members only weddings. We had the last non-members date of June 21, 2019. Overall we couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else and are praying we get to go to another event there.

ouraging me to call him "anytime" with any last minute worries I might have (I didn't, for the record.) The place looked beautiful, the staff was incredible--how many other weddings have you been to where the guests tell you they never even had to get up to go to the bar because their waiters remembered their drink orders and kept their glasses full? In retrospect I wish the lights had been a little dimmer after dinner, but that's really the only thing I can say that wasn't perfect. Highly recommended!

organized and accommodating people we’ve ever worked with. He went above and beyond to make sure that every detail of our wedding went exactly as we wanted it to and made the entire planning process and night of run exactly as planned. Everything from the set up of chairs to the timing of appetizers to coordinating with the band and setting aside meals for our guests with allergies went perfect. The venue itself was gorgeous with a personally decorated hallway when our guests entered, a ceremony overlooking the ocean on the balcony, cocktail hour by the pool and reception indoors. Being located next to the ocean you can imagine the delicious seafood selection we had for our guests and the Surf n’ Turf combo was a huge hit. We could not be more impressed with the staff at the B&T and could not be more appreciative of their efforts in making our wedding such a special day. We cannot more highly recommend the B&T!

d they were so flexible with when I could come by to look at things and drop things off. The day of they were ready and waiting for us when we arrive. (the bridal party got there a little early.) The food was so fabulous, it all melted in my mouth. I had ordered a special cupcake for my mom b.c she has allergies and they made sure it made it to her plate at dessert time. The bridal party had a major spill on the head table and before I had a chance to ask for help, several staff members were there and the first thing they did was create a damn between myself (the bride) and the water to protect my dress! I was so impressed, and in mere seconds they had reset the table over the spill and it was like new. I could not have been more impressed with all their staff and the whole presentation.

hing from beginning to end went off without a hitch. The setting for our ceremony (the East Deck) was gorgeous. The food at the cocktail hour and the reception was amazing, the maitre'd and every staff person I dealt with were very polite, friendly and helpful. Jackie was as calm and nice as could be during the entire planning process and on the day of, and I had complete confidence that she would handle everything impeccably and she did. The one thing to note that I didn't think about and didn't turn out to be an issue for me but brides should be aware of is that this is a private member club, and if you have your ceremony there, which I did, there could be people still using the pool during your ceremony. We didn't hear a thing from the pool area during our ceremony but there were people there then and during part of the cocktail hour - just something to be aware of if you have a June wedding! I don't think you could be disappointed in choosing this venue though - it was perfect and we couldn't have been happier with our choice!
