We tried 3 cake places and Melissa was the best. The frosting was not too sweet and she home makes all of her fillings-- we used a lemon curd, and raspberry preserve in our cakes and recieved several complements on the cake. She even did the set up which helped us immensely.

Merissa is an artist! I could not have been happier with how my cake turned out. She was great to work with. My husband was away with the military during the planning process, and she packaged up a sample of cake for me to take to him when I was able to visit! She gave me lots of ideas, but also encouraged me to share my vision with her regarding how I wanted my cake to look. I'm looking forward to working with her in the future when I need a cake!

I loved working with Spring Lake Cakes!!! Marissa was wonderful. The cake not only looked perfect, but was delicious too!! We got many compliments from our guest =) I would recommend the vendor to anyone! I hope to order more cakes from her for birthdays and such in the future.

Merissa was great to work with! She made a beautiful cake that also tasted great! It even stood up to the 80 degree temperature at our outdoor wedding! She was also very reasonably priced!
