You'll have to see it to believe it. As you explore the property, you’ll discover the essence of Spring Lake—a tranquil, picturesque retreat perfect for any celebration. With a sprawling 12-acre lake featuring a grand 50-foot-wide fountain illuminated by bright white LED lights for stunning nighttime photos, and gently rolling hills, this serene setting merges natural beauty with state-of-the-art amenities, providing a luxurious experience like no other. Spring Lake offers versatile settings for both indoor and outdoor events 365 days per year. Our ceremony and reception spaces combine elegance with modern conveniences, ensuring your event is spectacular in any season: The new venue is available for Spring 2026 bookings, this elegant building will soon include a large reception space to accommodate approximately 284 guests with banquet tables or 200+ with round tables and a large dance floor (Construction starting March/April 2025). It features high ceilings, expansive windows with breathtaking lake views, and abundant natural light. The Lakeview Manor also includes a spacious bridal suite and a large, stylish groom's suite, both with private restrooms. Fun fact for football enthusiasts: The building was initially constructed by Jack Sharp, whose company also helped build Arrowhead Stadium, home of the Kansas City Chiefs. Custom Multi-day Packages: We offer customizable multi-day packages so you can celebrate with family and friends during the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, bachelorette and bachelor parties, and the following day, the wedding ceremony and reception. Choose your own vendors! Spring Lake also provides a range of comprehensive services, including full bar offerings with beer, wine, and available liquor. We also offer champagne toasts, signature cocktails, and unique add-ons. Your rental rate includes the entire day, giving you the freedom to prepare the space and get ready at your leisure. Ceremony included at no additional cost. Spring Lake is also an ideal location for on-site engagement photo shoots, allowing couples to capture their love story amidst our captivating scenery.
