Really, you’ll just have to see it to believe it! As you delve deeper into the property, you’ll find the essence of Spring Lake—a tranquil, picturesque retreat perfect for any celebration. With a sprawling 12-acre lake (with a huge 50-foot-wide fountain with bright white LED lights for beautiful nighttime photos), and gently rolling hills, this serene setting merges natural beauty with state-of-the-art amenities, providing a luxurious experience like no other.

The Manor: Currently available for bookings, this elegant 6000 square foot venue can host up to about 85 indoors. It features high ceilings, expansive windows offering breathtaking lake views, and private balconies. The Manor also includes a spacious bridal suite and a large, stylish groom's suite, both with private restrooms. Fun fact for football enthusiasts: The Manor was constructed by Jack Sharp, whose company also built Arrowhead Stadium, home of the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Grand Hall: Slated to open in 2026, this impressive 12,000 square foot venue will accommodate over 300 guests, offering both grandeur and sophistication. Come check out our building plans and virtual images!
Outdoor Celebrations: For those envisioning an all-outdoor celebration, we can accommodate guest counts of 600+.
Custom Multi-day Packages: We are pleased to offer customized multi-day packages that may include overnight accommodations before and after your big day, bachelorette and bachelor parties, the rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, and reception.
Overnight Stays: The Manor offers overnight accommodations for the wedding party or guests both before and after your event (some date restrictions apply).
Spring Lake also provides a range of comprehensive services, including full bar offerings with beer, wine, and available liquor. We also offer champagne toasts, signature cocktails, and unique add-ons. The entire day is included in your rental rate, giving you the freedom to prepare the space and get ready at your leisure.
Spring Lake is also an ideal location for on-site engagement photo shoots, allowing couples to capture their love story amidst our captivating scenery.
Pricing for a full day at "The Manor" ranges from $3499 to $6199, excluding the optional bar packages. Pricing for “The Grand Hall” ranges from $4,950 to $12,500 (pending construction completion in 2026).
