e buffet. House flies were bothersome but with so many doors opening it was to be expected. The ice tea was soured so I suspect it had sat too long. It was pricey, but it was a holiday and it was mentioned and posted. But this is a day and time that fast food can cost $30.

were friendly. The gift shop was expensive. We bought Carmel cinnamon popcorn and we both felt a little sick on our stomachs. We went to bed which was comfortable. At 1 am the fire alarm went off. Very loud. We got out and everyone was outside. It lasted a while. Then someone pulled up and didn't say a word. Eventually it was shut off. No one came to tell us what happened, or if it was safe. Everyone started going back in. It was hard to go back to sleep afraid it would go off again. We finally fell to sleep. Went down for breakfast and nobody knew what happened. We would've appreciated some information of what went on. A free breakfast would've been good management for all our inconvenience. We have plans to go down New Years Eve but they will be changed.. This was not handled in a professional way at all. The price you pay for a room deserves some respect.

night stand one chair so we had to sit on the bed. The bathroom always smelled like an outside toilet even though it was clean. There were ants in the bathroom also.We waited over an hour for our meal at the restaurant.We wanted to love it like we did before but won't be coming back.

e. Front desk area is now in the middle of the beautiful doors out to the balcony, ruined the lovely sitting area and view. We tried so hard to be open minded and let alot go but no ice machine on the second floor did it for me. A small, petty complaint by itself but piled onto other stuff it gets bigger. There are certain things that are a given from every hotel. The breakfast buffet makes sure they don't have anything on it like yogurt or muffins because they don't want you to take anything to go. This one wants the same money but expects you to tolerate a lack of basic amenities found in most hotels across the country. Charge less if you're going to do less. You don't even have a pool anymore.
