in the North Wing. There was another wedding in the South Wing, but the way the venue is we never saw or heard them or their party. Our guests had no issue with parking and we were able to get all the photos we wanted around the venue. Our guest were impressed by Spring Mill and its aesthetic. It's pretty and open. It's modern but classic. We loved the outdoor space, including the large back patio and the ceremony space on the pond. The cocktail hour and reception ballroom are bathed in light and also look pretty when night falls. The cocktail hour food -- the quantity, quality and selection -- wowed our guests who were huge fans of the mac and cheese bar. Desserts also were plentiful, but you do bring in your own cake here. (Buy less than your guest count, but also tell them you want it cut and served.) Our main course was delicious and presented nicely. We did filet mignon, salmon and chicken cacciatore. Our vegan friends told us the tofu vindaloo was one of the best meals they've had at events. The wedding coordinators, Kyle and Alyssa, were helpful, responsive, accommodating and kind. They helped the planning and the day run smoothly. They were knowledgeable and had good suggestions when we asked, but were not intrusive. The venue photographs beautifully. We looked at many Bucks County venues and packages, and Spring Mill cannot be beat in price, offering and modern, updated space and a very generous meal package. It recently went through a multi-million renovation. There are also nice upgrades if you want them. We only did the champagne bike. The bridal suite is gorgeous and the lounge and black bar are a total vibe. You have options at this venue, whether you want classic outside country manor or inside cool modern. I loved that. We had an overall amazing experience. We were able to truly enjoy our day because the Spring Mill team made us feel confident that everything was taken care of and under control. I highly recommend this venue.

solutely not worth the stress or poor communication we went through. From the beginning, the venue was disorganized and unprofessional. They required insurance certificates for every vendor — something none of the three other venues I used before ever asked for. Even after we sent everything, they repeatedly claimed they didn’t receive it, even though I have emails and screenshots proving otherwise. On the wedding day, the bridal suite was dirty when we arrived — trash in both rooms, mirrors unclean, and not at all ready for a bridal party that was paying extra. They even charged us over $1,000 just to get in two hours early so the bridal party could start getting ready. For that price, we expected the space to be spotless and welcoming — it wasn’t. They refused to provide any light refreshments or even allow me to bring simple fruit and snacks for the bridal party, unless everything was purchased through them. It felt like they were constantly finding ways to charge extra for everything, even for simple things that other venues include,after a lot arguing and showing proof of the bakery insurance they let me bring food for the bridal party. Communication with the staff was extremely poor. Nobody answers the phone, and even during meetings I had to call my DJ and hand the phone to them because he had question for the venue and nobody answer him calling a lot of times. On the day of the wedding, there were last-minute issues with vendor meals( they didn't want to give the food for all vendors and unnecessary arguments about small details like putting the charger plates on the tables without an extra charge,that should have been handled smoothly and professionally before not in the day of the party. After the event, they even accused my group of damaging a mannequin and threatened to charge my card — something that absolutely did not happen. There was a party before ours that could have been responsible, but they didn’t care to check. The only positive thing I can say is that the venue itself is pretty, but the staff, especially Kyle and Alissa (the directors), made the entire process frustrating and stressful. Their lack of communication, poor customer service, and rigid attitude completely ruined what should have been a joyful experience for my daughter and family. I strongly do not recommend this venue. There are many other beautiful places with kind, organized, and professional staff who know how to handle weddings smoothly.
