rice range. We booked the venue about a year and 3 months out from our wedding date.
Throughout the year and a half process every staff member was friendly, easy to work with, and accommodating to our needs. The communication was thorough and we were never made to feel like we were bothering them. No question was too small.
One frustration in the planning process was organizing our food tasting day. My husband and I are out of state and the food tasting availability slots were all during the work week. It took a a lot of negotiating on our part to not be charged for our “free” food tasting because we had to have it on a weekend. However, they did eventually understand our position and accommodated us with no charge. The food tasting experience was fantastic. The food and staff were wonderful.
Some areas needing growth for Spring Mill Manor is to allow more than 2 hours before the ceremony for set up and the bridal suite. Decorating the venue DIY would have been impossible to complete in two hours if it wasn’t for our very large family all helping. Although Spring Mill Manor includes the bridal suite two hours before the ceremony, it is not enough time. There is a option to have more time but it was at a very high rate. Four hours should be included in the package for the bridal suite and set up.
Most of the staff was wonderful to work with, but Alyssa created an environment full of stress and feeling rushed. As a bride, we spend countless hours envisioning our perfect day. For me I’ve dreamed about this moment since a child. From the moment I arrived I felt that there was no respect for my privacy and my girls in the bridal suite. I thought me and my bridal party would have some time to enjoy one another and get dressed with our photographer. However, Alyssa ruined many moments that I had planned, and created an extremely stressful environment for us. This did not let up the entire night. She was rude to my photographer and even tried to tell me what pictures weren’t gonna happen. My dream was to have my first look with my Dad on the grand stairs (a huge seller for me for the venue) and Alyssa tried to stop us from doing it until my mom got involved. Many guest complained about her being rude.
There were last-minute table changes and they gave my Mom an extremely difficult time about sending the dinners to those guests. They took it upon themselves to cancel food orders although we already paid for 140 plates. The dessert bar was apart of our package. It was set up in the previous cocktail hour room beautifully with delicious dessert and coffee. But because of the location and no announcement to our guest very few people enjoyed the desserts which was a waste. In hindsight, I should have had the DJ make an announcement, but I assumed the serving staff would have made their rounds to the tables to communicate that to the guest.
Our wedding night was amazing despite these few unexpected situations. Our ceremony and wedding is still talked about by both sides of the family and how seamless it seemed to flow. I would still recommend Spring Mill Manor to anyone. As a venue it is stunning with some great people. My purpose for my review is for them to continue to grow their wonderful business and fix the shortcomings that I have experienced.

We choose Spring Mill Manor for a lot of reasons and we were not disappointed. The venue was wonderful from first contact until our big day and after. We got married in April 2026 ...
in the North Wing. There was another wedding in the South Wing, but the way the venue is we never saw or heard them or their party. Our guests had no issue with parking and we were able to get all the photos we wanted around the venue.
Our guest were impressed by Spring Mill and its aesthetic. It's pretty and open. It's modern but classic. We loved the outdoor space, including the large back patio and the ceremony space on the pond. The cocktail hour and reception ballroom are bathed in light and also look pretty when night falls. The cocktail hour food -- the quantity, quality and selection -- wowed our guests who were huge fans of the mac and cheese bar. Desserts also were plentiful, but you do bring in your own cake here. (Buy less than your guest count, but also tell them you want it cut and served.) Our main course was delicious and presented nicely. We did filet mignon, salmon and chicken cacciatore. Our vegan friends told us the tofu vindaloo was one of the best meals they've had at events.
The wedding coordinators, Kyle and Alyssa, were helpful, responsive, accommodating and kind. They helped the planning and the day run smoothly. They were knowledgeable and had good suggestions when we asked, but were not intrusive. The venue photographs beautifully. We looked at many Bucks County venues and packages, and Spring Mill cannot be beat in price, offering and modern, updated space and a very generous meal package. It recently went through a multi-million renovation. There are also nice upgrades if you want them. We only did the champagne bike.
The bridal suite is gorgeous and the lounge and black bar are a total vibe. You have options at this venue, whether you want classic outside country manor or inside cool modern. I loved that. We had an overall amazing experience. We were able to truly enjoy our day because the Spring Mill team made us feel confident that everything was taken care of and under control. I highly recommend this venue.

food during cocktail hour. The mac and cheese was a crowd favorite. The Spring Mill Manor team was phenomenal especially Alyssa the event director. Everything was so structured and organized. The staff was kind and accommodating. If anything went wrong that day, I was NOT aware of it. The venue was absolutely stunning and they made sure me and my husband were taken care of and happy. If we needed something or someone they made it happen on the spot. I had a wonderful experience and so did my guests (seriously they keep texting me telling me that they loved the venue). Dinner was great, the bavette steak was everyone's favorite. The decor that comes with the venue is stunning and timeless. ZERO notes (and that is something coming from me)!! My photos from my photographer hasn't come in yet but I attached photos from my content creator. The grounds are GORGEOUS.

solutely not worth the stress or poor communication we went through.
From the beginning, the venue was disorganized and unprofessional. They required insurance certificates for every vendor — something none of the three other venues I used before ever asked for. Even after we sent everything, they repeatedly claimed they didn’t receive it, even though I have emails and screenshots proving otherwise.
On the wedding day, the bridal suite was dirty when we arrived — trash in both rooms, mirrors unclean, and not at all ready for a bridal party that was paying extra. They even charged us over $1,000 just to get in two hours early so the bridal party could start getting ready. For that price, we expected the space to be spotless and welcoming — it wasn’t.
They refused to provide any light refreshments or even allow me to bring simple fruit and snacks for the bridal party, unless everything was purchased through them. It felt like they were constantly finding ways to charge extra for everything, even for simple things that other venues include,after a lot arguing and showing proof of the bakery insurance they let me bring food for the bridal party.
Communication with the staff was extremely poor. Nobody answers the phone, and even during meetings I had to call my DJ and hand the phone to them because he had question for the venue and nobody answer him calling a lot of times. On the day of the wedding, there were last-minute issues with vendor meals( they didn't want to give the food for all vendors and unnecessary arguments about small details like putting the charger plates on the tables without an extra charge,that should have been handled smoothly and professionally before not in the day of the party.
After the event, they even accused my group of damaging a mannequin and threatened to charge my card — something that absolutely did not happen. There was a party before ours that could have been responsible, but they didn’t care to check.
The only positive thing I can say is that the venue itself is pretty, but the staff, especially Kyle and Alissa (the directors), made the entire process frustrating and stressful. Their lack of communication, poor customer service, and rigid attitude completely ruined what should have been a joyful experience for my daughter and family.
I strongly do not recommend this venue. There are many other beautiful places with kind, organized, and professional staff who know how to handle weddings smoothly.

Kyle as our event coordinator. Alyssa would also step in to assist, so it felt like all hands were always on deck to help us. We had a short timeframe due to a last minute date change to accommodate our offsite ceremony and Spring Mill Manor made it possible. The staff were extremely responsive to questions and extremely helpful in making the experience seamless. I'm so grateful I booked with this venue. My guest had nothing but the nicest things to say about how amazing the food was and how beautiful the property was. Thank you staff of Spring Mill Manor for making our wedding exciting and memorable, and overall stress free. Although the venue was far from our church, it was completely worth it. If I could do it over again, I would definitely choose this venue.

Although our interaction with Spring Mill started with some difficulties, the introduction of some quality individuals really turned around our experience to be an absolute dream.

We decided to go with Spring Mill right around the time of the ownership change and significant building and site renovations. There were difficulties with communication, clarity in agreements and requirements, and different visions of what the venue would be providing. Just be careful to check all details of your contract, so no surprises arrive later on, ask plenty of questions!
We truly loved working with Alyssa and our bridal attendant, Danny. Both were incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout the entire day. We truly felt like a princess & prince who were waited on hand & foot!
Our guests could not stop raving about the cocktail hour food stations, and the outdoor fire pit was a huge hit. One of our decorations was misplaced, and Spring Mill immediately replaced it without hesitation, which was beyond appreciated and speaks volumes about their level of care and professionalism. There wasn't a bite of food from start to finish that wasn't fabulous. EVERYTHING WAS SO YUMMY!
The recent renovations are absolutely gorgeous, with so many beautiful spots for photos. The bartenders were quick, friendly, and made excellent drinks all night long. Our bridal suite was stunning—multiple bridesmaids commented that it was one of the nicest bridal suites they had ever seen.
One small piece of advice for future couples: I would recommend having a family member or trusted person help put out decorations. Some of ours were not set up correctly, and a few photo frames we had dropped off at the rehearsal went missing. Everything was ultimately found and fixed, but it did add unnecessary stress to the day. Spring Mill even reimbursed us for a missing decoration to pay for its replacement.
Overall, we were incredibly impressed with Spring Mill and couldn’t recommend it more. It was the perfect venue for our wedding day. All of our guests were extremely impressed! 10/10 recommend!

We toured the venue in December 2024 with Samantha and immediately fell in love. Upon arrival, you’re greeted by a beautiful, grand space with picture-perfect staircases on either side leading up to the bridal and groom suites. We chose to have our reception in the North Wing, which features all-new décor, furnishings, and a gorgeous new bar. The space felt grand, elevated, and exactly what we had envisioned for our reception.
On the day of our wedding, Spring Mill Manor absolutely nailed it. From beginning to end, we were extremely satisfied. The venue felt very spacious for our 100-guest count, and our bridal party was able to get ready comfortably on-site. The cocktail hour appetizers were plentiful and diverse, and we appreciated the option to add enhancements to both the space (charger plates, colored napkins, chair sashes) and the food experience.
I noticed some reviews mentioning cold or late food, but that was the complete opposite of our experience. Dinner was served well before 7:15-7:30 PM, giving guests plenty of time to eat, drink, dance, and socialize. We received many compliments on the food and the wedding as a whole.
If I had to mention one downside, it would be the policy requiring couples to take all décor and belongings home the night of the wedding. This can be a bit challenging without someone designated to handle it—but overall, it was a very small con compared to the overwhelmingly positive experience.
We truly couldn’t have done it without the incredible team. Alyssa, Director of Sales, was attentive and always willing to answer our questions leading up to the wedding. Kyle, the Event Manager, was extremely helpful and ensured the night ran smoothly. Lastly, our bridal room attendants—especially Kelly and Giselle—took wonderful care of the bride, groom, and parent table. They were timely, attentive, and helped make the evening seamless and memorable.
We highly recommend Spring Mill Manor for your big day or any special event—an incredible space with outstanding staff, food, and drinks. Cheers! 🥂

The entire staff was polite, professional, and on top of every detail. The bartenders kept the drinks flowing with great energy and speed, and the chefs outdid themselves — the food was absolutely delicious.
The venue itself was spotless and stunning, setting the perfect backdrop for our celebration.

! They are very detail orientated and worked hard to make sure our wedding day went smoothly.
I also had a bridal attendant (that the venues gives as part of the package), Alyssa, and she was amazing as well. She helped me and my groom the day of with anything we needed.

ke over my planning (the company was sold to Pen Ryn in June), they took away all my fears quickly! Both Colin and Jordan really made sure my feedback was heard and I can't thank them enough. Day of is where they really shined. I was blown away when they finished renovations, the biggest change was the floors, no more carpet!! Guests were raving about everything and I'm so happy in the end things worked out, thank you Spring Mill!!
