Beautiful venue! The service from management, however, is the headache! 12 days before our event, they told us they had issues with the landlord and had lost 1/3 of the venue! For...
two days they gave me the runaround about not getting a refund and not offering a solution! They ended up negotiating it back for our event but almost gave me a heart attack in the process by not responding to my calls or requests for a refund if they were no longer offering the same space. I lost two days of work because I was looking for another venue and they came back and said they negotiated it back. Offered nothing to compensate for the headache or the heartache.
The food tasted good but was served 40 minutes late and we were told that we were out of food when they had not even served our guests at the reserved seating tables or the court of honor! It was hot in the venue too! They withheld part of our deposit to pay for food that we were forced to buy! We had an over bad experience with their management here for my daughters 15. For a wedding though, I would highly recommend The Springs Magnolia! We had a wedding there last year and everything was exceptional!!

Maravilloso lugar, tiene un ambiente mágico gracias a la decoración, lo que hace que el evento sea un cuento de a hadas y tengas recuerdos inolvidables
Les recomiendo es lugar para realicen sus evento, yo estuve en una de sus fiestas y que totalmente sorprendida de lo bien organizado estaba todo.
Estupendo salón, el evento que asistí fue fantastico, se los recomindo tienen que vivir esa experiencia.

We had a date set on a specific day and they switch up everything. We had everything planned on 2020 and was pushed to 2022 on February due to COVID whic...
h we completely understand. We kept calling to verify the date and everything but now we’re a few weeks from the event and turns out our event has passed. How did our event pass? We have paper work for proof that we had the correct date.
Here’s the story
We came by to sign things to have everything sent. For the event. Once everything was signed. We handed to a guy named (Elvis ). Once we gave them to them they kept insisting to look around the reception hall.(We have already seen the hall so why do we need to see it again we think is just to distract us but we didn’t think of it at that time.)
We later hear the manager ask his assistant to bring BLACK COFFEE. Minutes later the assistant calls the manager and tells him an accident just happened. She spilled black coffee all over the important documents about our event. (Keep in mind they all been sign with the correct date and everything). We wanted to take pictures of the documents just in case but they said no that he’s gonna send us a Copy of them.
We received the copy but THE DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED.
And today was supposed to be the tasting but turns out it was just to talk about the event has passed already.
The guy that was supposed to be helping us with this situation right now is (Juan Carlos). He was being very helpful but it all changed when it came to the paper work. He didn’t want to give us the original paper. And if we were to have it he will not help us.
We have money already invested in the event this is crazy.
We’re still hoping for a solution but for the mean time we might have to get a lawyer involved.
PLEASE DONT DO YOUR SPECIAL EVENT HERE. ITS A PRETTY PLACE BUT HORRIBLE SERVICE.
