La primera vez que visito este Salon y tengo que decir que fue simplemente impresionante, tan hermosa, la forma en que estaba decorada fue impresionante. El personal fue muy atento y muy profesional. ¡La comida y los cócteles eran perfectos!

Gran espacio interior de servicio completo es genial. Es una buena elección de idea para casi cualquier evento. Tienen una selección de "looks" para casi cualquier ocasión. Además, es fácil trabajar con el equipo de administración y el precio es razonable.

No entiendo, porque aqui algunas personas se zañan, el salon es exelente, problemas los tienen cualquiera, pero porque mienten algunas personas tratando de difamar el esfuerzo de muchas personas que trabajan duro? Spring Reception Hall es un GRAN salon para celebrar cualquier evento.

Completely unprofessional We had a date set on a specific day and they switch up everything. We had everything planned on 2020 and was pushed to 2022 on February due to COVID which we completely understand. We kept calling to verify the date and everything but now we’re a few weeks from the event and turns out our event has passed. How did our event pass? We have paper work for proof that we had the correct date. Here’s the story We came by to sign things to have everything sent. For the event. Once everything was signed. We handed to a guy named (Elvis ). Once we gave them to them they kept insisting to look around the reception hall.(We have already seen the hall so why do we need to see it again we think is just to distract us but we didn’t think of it at that time.) We later hear the manager ask his assistant to bring BLACK COFFEE. Minutes later the assistant calls the manager and tells him an accident just happened. She spilled black coffee all over the important documents about our event. (Keep in mind they all been sign with the correct date and everything). We wanted to take pictures of the documents just in case but they said no that he’s gonna send us a Copy of them. We received the copy but THE DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED. And today was supposed to be the tasting but turns out it was just to talk about the event has passed already. The guy that was supposed to be helping us with this situation right now is (Juan Carlos). He was being very helpful but it all changed when it came to the paper work. He didn’t want to give us the original paper. And if we were to have it he will not help us. We have money already invested in the event this is crazy. We’re still hoping for a solution but for the mean time we might have to get a lawyer involved. PLEASE DONT DO YOUR SPECIAL EVENT HERE. ITS A PRETTY PLACE BUT HORRIBLE SERVICE.

WOW, you guys did a great Job. Wait staff was amazing, food was amazing, decorations were amazing, I can go on. Everything we asked was attended too.We were beyound pleased. We couldn`t of asked for anything more. I would of given a 5 star but there was a hycup with the party bus, it happens. I couldn`t thank you guys enough.

Worst service, food is served cold and on plastic plates the the meal was small portion and not very appetizing, the person in charge of the event was rude to the guest and was drinking while the event was going on. Not worth the money
