is florist 0 stars and still write a review, I would. I ordered flowers through the funeral home for my brother-in-law’s mother’s funeral. I ordered through the funeral home because I wasn’t familiar with florists in the area and the reviews for all were pretty mixed. I ordered a premium arrangement that was fairly expensive. I attended the viewing and the flowers that were sent looked like someone took two, days old grocery store arrangements with colors that didn’t go together and threw them in a jar, not a vase. A Jar. The couple of roses that were in the arrangement were wilted. The water in the arrangement was dirty and the arrangement arrived during the viewing, not before as promised by the funeral home. I’ve called the funeral home, the florist that they sent the arrangement to and the final florist that they sent the request to when they were too busy. While everyone I’ve spoken to has been very apologetic, the person in charge of this florist that sent the arrangement has yet to contact me. I understand that if you don’t have the flowers to do the purple arrangement I requested you will replace them. However, you should not be replacing roses with dyed carnations. I believe the standard is to replace with same value or greater. Or, perhaps, call me. You had my contact info. I was very disappointed with the arrangement but after reading the reviews for this florist, it seems that they don’t care what they send to funeral homes. I think if they don’t think you will be there, you won’t know what they sent. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and I’ve already filed a dispute with my credit card company. You should get what you payed for or something comparable. I did not. I will also be calling Rusiewicz Funeral Home to recommend that they no longer send business to this florist. It seems like pretty bad business to send your worst flowers to someones funeral. If I do hear from the owner, I will change my review, if not, that is why it’s still here. I think the only appropriate resolution would be a large discount for the arrangement that will be sent to the in lieu of flowers charity that was requested by the family. Shame on you.
