Located in Springfield, IL, Springfield Parks Weddings at Erin's Pavilion is a park venue ideal for couples who want to host a wedding near nature. It is a part of the larger Springfield Park District, which was founded in February of 1900. Nearly 60 square miles, the Park District offers golf courses, parkland, bike trails, a nature reserve, and more to the local community. Erin's Pavilion itself allows soon-to-be-weds to plan a wedding complemented by the beauty of the great outdoors. Erin’s Pavilion is a large facility that opened in the spring of 2010. It leads out into the 80-acre Southwind Park, which has gardens and gazebos suited to photo sessions.
