We count have been more satisfied with the service we received. We received so many compliments from our guests.
My wife and I attended an event out at Erin’s Pavilion this past weekend and had a great time. The staff were very nice and friendly and did a great job with the event.

in’s Pavilion if you’ve just started your venue search in Springfield. You will not regret it.
Very professional and great customer service.
Beautiful reception venue
This venue is absolutely gorgeous and you will have the wedding of your dreams here. However, before booking, you should know they are pretty strict (have to use their pre-approved...
caterers, reminded us about 10 times that no outside alcohol was allowed even though we would have absolutely no issue with that, no types of confetti, etc.). There was a miscommunication about the package we wanted. We had communicated over the phone several times with this venue that we wanted the venue for the whole weekend, then when my dad and I went to sign the contact they had written up (I figured the contract was written up right and just signed it without reading it thoroughly) it was only written up for just Saturday. I take a lot of responsibility for signing the contract without reading it thoroughly, however, Erin’s took absolutely no accountability for writing up the contact wrong. They had already booked other events on the Friday and Sunday so the issue couldn’t be fixed, however, they did allow my wedding planner to come in on Thursday and do the draping and start some decorating, so that was a positive. Overall, the wedding was absolutely gorgeous and the pictures turned out amazing, but there were a couple hiccups when it came to working with them. But my wedding turned out amazing in the end!
