he property itself is beautiful and has that relaxing Napa Valley charm, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring.
Even though it was a quick visit, I really enjoyed the atmosphere, and I wish I had stayed longer to experience more of what the hotel has to offer. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay in Napa!

Spacious rooms. Fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker and blow-dryer. There is a well-supplied breakfast.

I had a great stay at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Napa Valley. The location is convenient, close to wineries and downtown Napa, yet still quiet and relaxing.

and living areas. Everything felt modern and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable.
I’ve stayed at a lot of Marriott properties over the last several months, and this by far was the best. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredible, from the front desk team, to the bartender, to the employee working breakfast. They were all friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making the stay enjoyable.
The complimentary breakfast was also a great perk, with a good variety of options to start the day.
Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay in Napa Valley. I’d absolutely come back again.

It was my first time staying overnight in Napa, and choosing SpringHill Suites by Marriott Napa Valley turned out to be a great decision. Unfortunately, it rained that evening, so we didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit or the hot tub, which was a ...
bit of a shame. That said, the overall stay was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room and bed were extremely comfortable. I had a great experience and would definitely come back again.

So me and my lady had flown in from out of state for the valentine's weekend, and I decided to spend a night in napa.
Are our first mistake was choosing spring Hill suites, are second mistake was trusting that they would hold to their word..

woke up monday morning to there being absolutely no hot water in the whole hotel.
Management on-site told us they could not have it resolved before our checkout and long trip back home.
I was promised that they had reimbursed for half of the cost of our room.
To date, I have not received any compensation.
When I reached out to Stephanie, the operations manager. She acted like she had never heard of me.
Future travelers beware, this is a old hotel and the management does not care about your comfort or complaints at all.
What they are good at is lying.
I have done over 700 reviews. What's more than that 4,500,000 views on my google reviews.
I plan to make this place as famous as I can.
Furthermore, I will take this as high as I can. Until I get the compensations that I was promised.
