r condition and was looking for a decent and clean hotel. I walked in and spoke with a manager, Jasmine regarding the rooms and early check in availability. Jasmine provided above and beyond service by showing me the room, explained regarding area, restaurants, parking and everything in detail. She also checked me in early due to being stressed at the other hotel.
Rooms: Super clean. I have been to many Marriott locations but this hotel is probably the cleanest and most spacious room we have stayed in New Orleans.
Service: Top 5 star from manager, supervisor Angel is Angel. I have never seen such professional, kind and friendly staffs at any hotel. I travel quite often. I also have a small pet, and never felt so comfortable and welcome with dog. Jasmine is just wonderful. I actually extended my stay because of Jasmine. Her service was incredible and I’ll be back again for sure. Compared to Hilton chain Marriott hotel rooms and staffs are much better.
Location: I love the location of the hotel. You can get to Bourbon street/french quarter in 5min by car, maybe 20 min walk, many great restaurants near by. If you stay in French quarter/Bourbon street might be too loud if you are sensitive to noise. There is a club called republic near by but I slept very well when I’m super sensitive to noise.
If you have a pet, there are plenty of grass area block away, and there are trees and few places right beside hotel where you can take your pet.
I recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone who wants to stay in clean, spacious, newer building with FREE BREAKFAST from 6-9 am every day! Loved the breakfast! Specially fresh spinach, cheese and scrambled egg, oranges, yogurt, muffins and many more!

At breakfast, there were no pork alternatives, so I asked Candra & Diana if there were any other options. Not only did they make turkey sausage for my family and me, they found us and brought to my table amazing food from the "secret menu" and apologized for not having it readily available to begin with. Each day they saw me, they were prepared to give me food that my family could eat. They did so each day with so much love and a hug. Awesome place to stay!

Stayed here for a trade show at the convention center which is 2 blocks away, so location is good! Rooms are nice, we had a sliding door that lead to a courtyard on the 2nd floor. The first night when I got back my door had a malfunction and I ...
had to go back down to the front desk 3 times to get new room keys. When the new keys didn’t work the 3rd time, I couldn’t walk back anymore. I had to wake up the person I was staying with! The room was also a VERY long walk after getting out of the elevator. We stayed in room 240. The hotel lobby doesn’t have a bar, but has a little food mart open 24 hours.

eption, they picked up but didn’t respond at all when we asked about the issue. When we went there in person, they offered no real help - just conveyed that we’d have to adjust. That’s not the response I expected, especially when paying $200 a night. I came here for a vacation, not to be woken up and disturbed for hours.
When I asked the management person why we weren’t informed about this at the time of booking, she brushed it off saying it was not “planned maintenance” or anything major. But when I went upstairs, there was a full remodeling project going on. On top of that, the manager’s tone was very cold. I understand staff have to deal with many guests, but there’s no need to be dismissive when we’re raising a valid concern.
This is not the experience I was hoping for.

Where do I even begin……Upon my arrival the first room we checked in was dirty. There were stains on the sheets and curly black hairs on the pillow case. If I had not paid $324.00 plus a $100.00 deposit, I would have left immediately.

t does not end there. We checked-out properly from the hotel and the hotel still tried to run my card for $319.00, this is insane! This is called fraud, in which my bank denied the charge resulting in my card being disconnected, because of the continuous attempt to charge $319.00.
Please do not stay here the customer service is horrible, the attempted fraudulent charges are unacceptable, and the fact that I have to wait to get a new card 2 weeks from now is crazy.
The charges have to settle everyone knows when you run credit cards it will be pending for 2-3 days. The level of incompetence is shocking, especially on a management level. Stay here at your own risk, do not say you were not warned.
