Springs Ballroom

Only rating one star because I can't give zero. My partner (26 female) and I (22 female) reached out to this venue in hopes to find our dream venue. I emailed the venue and talked on the phone with them as well hoping to set up a tour. I hadn't released any information about myself or my partner in doing so, other than the typical "new bride looking for tours" spiel. They seemed polite and interested over the phone, and then they emailed me back. The email consisted of them declining my interest due to a same sex marriage and lecturing me on the Bible in the same email. I would also like to say that I understand it is a venues right to refuse service, but I was shocked because there was nothing on their website that mentioned they were a christian venue or anything about their stance on same sex marriage. My partner and I are both Christians, the result being discouragement in our wedding planning. As someone who grew up in the same town this venue is located, I was very disappointed. All that to say, we hope to let other couples avoid the hurt and disappointment that we did while planning our wedding. Overall very judgmental, discriminatory, and homophobic management.

Stunning venue. Absolutely loved getting married there. Loved that everything was included. It made my entire experience so much easier and less stressful! Wish I could get married again there now that updates have been made!!

This venue is absolutely beautiful and very affordable. They take care of everything in terms of set up and tear down (except for any decorations that you are bringing yourself) which makes everything much less stressful. They do their own catering which was also very good. We were so happy with this place in the end and everyone agreed how beautiful the venue was.

The Springs Ballroom staff were so professional and help for every step of the wedding planning, and pulled off the wedding night without a hitch. Every guest raved about how beautiful the venue was. It was a perfect night.
