SLE is such a beautiful venue, it is vibrant with character and soul. Rebekah, which is the owner along her husband, is amazing. She's great with responding quickly to all questions you have. It made the experience less stressful knowing she was available and had so many recommendations to caters, photographers, makeup artist and more! She also provides brides with a guide and sends reminder emails. This was very helpful because in the middle of planning, things can easily be forgotten. My husband and I were very satisfied with their help. One of the reasons why we chose SLE for our wedding was our first interaction with Rebekah. Right off the bat, she had a list of recommendations and was very attentive! Apart from their great help, its such a beautiful location. The barn, along with the lawns and ponds add so much beauty. Table cloths and a center piece my be the only thing you need for decorations. The venue will do the rest in your photos, see for yourself! Thank you Rebekah!!

Springwater Lakes Estate is an absolutely gorgeous venue, so many of our guests’ first note about our event was about how beautiful the grounds are and how much they enjoyed hanging out there! The owner, Rebekah, is so organized and helpful. She even has an extensive planning guide that was super helpful to me in the lead up to our wedding. We absolutely adored our wedding here and would recommend it to anyone!!

Rebekah was incredibly easy to get a hold of and very quick to respond. She and her husband have made this a truly magical property for couples to start their lives at. My husband and I had 150 guests attending, many of which have told us that this was the best venue they've seen. We had our ceremony on the lawn and the reception in the barn, both of which were breathtaking. We even took pictures in the row boat at sunset! I couldn't recommend this venue more!

The venue is magical! It has the best natural beauty anyone can ask for. Very rustic but chic. We had the option of dazzling it up or using minimal decor since the barn really speaks for itself. The outside ceremony site is beautiful, we had nothing but compliments. The lakes were a huge hit with family, as well as the groomsmen for the fishing aspect! It was very easy to work with the owners as they were super helpful with any questions or concerns we had. I would definitely recommend using the venue staff for day of coordination as they were amazing help: facilitating and encouraging all your ideas to really bring our dream wedding to life! 10/10, would recommend! What a special day to remember!

I have worked as a DJ/MC at Springwater Lakes Estates many times, and it has always been nothing short of an ideal experience for me. The venue is gorgeous, and the staff are kind, approachable, easy to work with, and highly professional. It is without question my venue place to work weddings and events, and the guests seem to feel the same way! I highly recommend this venue both as a place to work, and as a place to host or attend weddings and events.

The venue was magical! The forest scenery is stunning and the barn is beautiful with so much natural light and fresh air. We especially loved that the ceremony and reception sites are on the same property so we could prioritize spending the most time with our guests rather than having to drive to two different venues. Rebekah is also very professional, supportive, and provides excellent recommendations. I highly highly highly recommend this venue!

The team at Springwater Lakes Estates is absolutely wonderful! We are thrilled with our experience working with them. Rebekah was responsive and helpful from the moment we booked a tour. She is incredibly knowledgeable and organized. The venue is stunning! It's great that you can bring in your own vendors, but if you need suggestions, Rebekah has recommendations. They also offer select decor rental options if needed. Pricing was transparent from the beginning, and we never felt pressured into anything. The venue is not only beautiful but also versatile, allowing for a ceremony by the lake and a reception in the Barn. Guests could enjoy dancing indoors, or play yard games outside, or we even saw our guests strolling around the venue and lakes. Such a stunning venue and an amazing team. We are grateful to them for making our Big Day that much more magical!

Not only was the venue insanely gorgeous, but Rebekah was a fabulous day-of coordinator. Extremely organized and attentive and thoughtful. She took care of everything under the sun so we could simply sit back and enjoy our wedding! Everything went very smoothly, and if it didn’t, I wasn’t made aware, which was perfect.

This venue is absolutely beautiful. We got married on 9/9/23. The ceremony site on the lawn was shaded and we went in the boat for sunset pictures. The barn is beautiful and was the perfect space for our reception. Rikki one of the owners was our day of coordinator and she made everything go seamlessly. Love!

If you are looking for a great venue with a barn, a lake, great scenery and maybe a row boat picture or two, this is the venue for you. Springwater Lakes Estate was amazing, stunning views and sunset photos hit just right. Everyone at our wedding gave so many compliments of the venue, how beautiful it was and how backdrops of all the pictures were going to turn out amazing. The professionalism of Rebekah Grimm, the owner of Springwater, was by far the best we've experience. She was easy to get in contact with and worked with us with any questions or concerns we had leading up to the day. Communication was brilliant, there was never any time that we didn't understand what was in the contract or was expected for the day for the venue. Response time was great, usually would get emails sent early in the morning, so it was never too long to get a response. It lessen the worry or concerns we had and she was willing to answer any questions we had, along with some advice to help make the day the best. The quality of service of the venue was great, once you understand all of their services they provide, it is reminded multiple times to lessen confusion. The value of the venue is exceeded, do keep in mind of what they do provide with the contract, once you know that plan accordingly, easily work with the venue and Rebekah to make the your wedding day exactly what you envision. We are still in awe of the views we had for our ceremony and backdrops for our pictures. The barn and patio were also very great for socializing. All in all, we were more than happy with our decision to book Springwater Lakes Estate.

As soon as my husband and I toured Springwater Lakes Estate, we knew it was the venue for us! Between the beautiful scenery and Rebekah's kind and helpful personality, we instantly fell in love with the venue. Rebekah & the SLE team were so amazing during our wedding planning process, and truly went above and beyond all of our expectations. They are so communicative and willing to help. You can feel the passion in what they do from Rebekah & the SLE team. The venue itself is stunning, and we got so many compliments from guests about how beautiful it was. We genuinely could not have imagined getting married anywhere else!

I can’t recommend this venue enough and Rebekah (Rikki) on my amazing day! I was hesitant on having a Friday wedding but so happy to have it on the day! The day couldn’t have been better- all because of Rikki! She helped with the venders and all the guests when they arrived. If there was an issue I had no idea. SO STRESS FREE! The venue was beyond beautiful too! Her husband Josh takes care of the property so there is not one bad photo! Everything flowed because we used her as DOC- and we have been told that is was their best wedding! Thank you to everyone who helped! Couldn’t had made it through with out you guys!

Springwater lakes estate was amazing to work with. Rebekah was quickly responsive to any emails I sent with questions and made wedding planning an ease. She has an amazing list of vendors I utilized and all of them were great to work with as well. My wife and I wanted to book a venue we felt was supportive of hosting an LGBT wedding and we can’t say enough positive things about Springwater lakes estate. We never once felt out of place for being two brides, and we always felt welcomed and accepted. A big thanks to Springwater Lakes Estate! They made our wedding day seem like a dream and the venue is BEAUTIFUL!

We would recommend using this venue a million times over! Rebekah was our coordinator and made everything go so beyond smoothly, we were shocked! The venue is beautiful, we got tons of compliments and everybody loved the views and ambiance. We wish we could get married all over again because of how perfect Rebekah made our day. Rebekah and Springwater Lakes Estate went so far above and beyond our expectations, we cannot be happier we went with them. The venue is BEAUTIFUL, from the ceremony tucked in the trees to the reception in the barn and on that awesome patio! Rebekah was our day of coordinator as well, and I'm not sure there is anything she can't do. She kept our day running smooth and stress free. We cannot say enough good things about this venue, and neither could our guests! We got compliments all night long on how stunning the venue was.

Where do I even start?! The minute we left the venue for the very first time both my husband and I knew Springwater Lakes Estate was the one! From the very beginning Rebekah was absolutely incredible!! I went ahead and used her as our day of coordinator and thank goodness I did! She was so involved the entire time, answered every question I had along the way with ease, gave me a bride guide with all the things I would need to know for planning and had a list of vendors for everything. The day of the wedding she kept the timeline on track perfectly and had the day running so smooth. She even got out on the dance floor a couple of times with us which was amazing and was so much fun!! You can tell she really enjoys what she does and she is just absolutely great at it! We also ended up using some of the vendors she had recommended to us and they were all fantastic as well!! Now as far as the venue itself, absolutely GORGEOUS!! The ponds are beautiful, the grass is kept up perfectly, all the trees make for beautiful spots for pictures, the barn is timeless and absolutely stunning! The atmosphere is just perfect for a rustic/country style wedding! Both my husband and I are beyond happy we chose this venue for our wedding and Rebekah as our DOC! Our entire experience from the very beginning to the very end was just perfect and we could not recommend it enough! :)

I had my wedding at Springwater Lakes Estate on 7/16/22. Overall, the venue was absolutely beautiful and our guests thought so as well. Loved the option to pick our own vendors, which definitely helps with cost! Rebekah, the venue owner was wonderful throughout the planning process and was always quick to respond to my questions. This is a great venue! The only thing I wish was different would be that they do not have a bridal suite/getting ready area. We made it work by parking a travel trailer near the barn and hooking up a generator. However, over our 1.5 year engagement they made a few upgrades which was nice, so hopefully a getting ready area is in the cards for the future!

Our wedding at Springwater Lakes Estate was simply perfect. The venue was absolutely stunning, and was a great location to host a rustic-style wedding. Our guests were blown away by how beautiful the property was. We hired Rebekah as our wedding coordinator, and I'm so glad we did. She was easy to communicate with, and made our planning process smoother by creating timelines and checklists for us. On the day of the wedding, she was our rock. She made sure everything was set up according to what we envisioned, and she flawlessly coordinated the flow of the ceremony and reception. She even went above and beyond by bringing us food and water, and checked in with us consistently to make sure that all of our needs were met. Overall, we had an amazing experience, and would highly recommend this venue.

Rebekah was absolutely amazing. She answered all of our questions and made the day run smoothly. The venue is stunning and offers many different locations for the ceremony/reception. All our guests commented on how beautiful it is. We are so glad to have had a wonderful venue and am even better staff to make our wedding day as seamless as possible. They also know every single line dance you can think of so don’t hesitate to bring them on the dance floor!

Springwater Lakes Estate definitely took our guests breath away the second they arrive, and continued to take their breath away as they wandered around the venue! It happened to rain on our wedding day, but this venue is so beautiful that our guests didn’t even mind the rain or remembered that it rained! Rebekah is absolutely amazing and always went above and beyond to make our big day come to life without stress. She was easily the foundation of our entire wedding and was so helpful with not only information about the venue, but everything beyond that throughout wedding planning (vendors, ideas/suggestions, checklists, emails, etc)! We couldn’t have had a successful wedding without her.

I don't think I could fit all the positive things about this place in one review so I'll just leave a few. First off this place is beautiful, so many amazing spots for photos and you barely need decor, the barn is gorg. The service you get is just as amazing, very quick responses, super helpful with ALL questions, they offered support I didn't even know I needed through the planning process and my goodness I felt like a queen on my wedding day with their team helping me all day, I didn't have to order a drink even one time, just had someone popping up with a new one. Rebekah and her team are rockstars!

We got married here 5/6/22. It was a great day and experience with Springwater Lakes especially Rebekah! We toured several venues before deciding on this one. They had less restrictions that others and a great indoor/ourdoor space. And boy did we need it. Our wedding day rained torrentially. The barn was a great size space for our 90-ish person wedding. We used some vendors they recommended including decor rental and the bartenders. They all were wonderful to work with and we appreciated the recommendations. We also used their day of coordinator and it was Rebekah herself. She was so great to work with. She is incredibly positive and really made us value the importance of a day of coordinator. We couldn't recommend this venue more.

Beautiful venue! Our communication with the venue owner was easy, they were always very quick to respond to all of my emails and inquires leading up to the wedding and they were very helpful and supportive on the day of as well! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a rustic barn type venue for their wedding!

My husband and I had the wedding we both could've hoped for at Springwater. We just got all our photos back and were instantly reminded how awesome our day was, brought to life by our venue. Rebekah held my hand the entire way and answered all my dumb questions as i had them (planning a wedding is stressful lol)! After getting engaged and entering the bloodbath of 2020 couples who had to reschedule due to Covid, we really struggled to find a venue with any summer 2021 dates available. We live up in the Seattle area, so after expanding my search down to OR, I came across Springwater. Not only was the price unbeatable, but they had a July date! We drove down the next day, toured, and made our choice. I feel SO lucky that we got to experience this venue in its first realy year of coming to life, feel like I got to be a part of the venues history. A couple things that really helped us was renting a bathroom trailer - the bathrooms at Springwater (unless you are cool with a port-o-potty) are a bit of a trek and not super updated, but the trailers we rented were inexpenisve and fit well on the property. We also had a band that was THE BEST - great venue for a band. Great venue for lawn games! We also set up shuttles (er, school busses) to shuttle our guests to and from PDX for care-free travels home. Heads up that you will need to haul all garbage off site - that portion of the coordination ended up being a bit stressful since all our families are from WA and the dump near Springwater is closed on Sundays (we got married on a Sat), so my dad had to keep all the trash in his car overnight until he could dump it on Monday. We made do, but something to go into with expectations. And for out-of-state couples, final venue walkthroughs before the big day can only be accomodated on weekdays, which again was a little stressful since we both work full-time jobs and needed to save our PTO for our honeymoon. Again, we made it work and Rebekah found a day to squeeze us in, but I would imagaine that as the venue grows, there will be more out-of-towners exploring the venue so it's worth a note. Overall, I can't wait to watch how Springwater grows, expands and adds to the venue (they literally redid the ceremony spot from the time we signed the contract until our wedding date and it was/IS SO stunning, I couldn't believe the transformation). My friend had sent me the link for this venue and I fell inlove with it right away but we needed to meet the people that owned and also see it in person just to make sure it was the right fit! Driving up to the venue my stomach was full of butterflies from excitment and meeting Rikki everything clicked! We found our venue!! The entire process with amazing and the day of my wedding Rikki made everything go so smoothly and that even included them having to move everything from outside to inside at the last minute because it started raining but everything turned out perfect! I will never forget this day and I can not thank them enough for all of their hard work. Thank you again!

This venue was perfect for our wedding! My husband and I live in central Oregon, about 3 hours from this venue. I had looked all over the state for the perfect country/rustic venue and found that at Springwater Lakes Estate. Not only is the venue gorgeous with a couple ponds, one with a boat you can get pictures in, and beautifully landscaped, but the barn that hosts the reception is the perfect mix of an old rustic feel with modern updates (concrete floor, stringlights and drapped chiffon). The owner, Rebekah, was great to work with also! We chose to have her in charge of day of coordination for the wedding, which was one of the best decisions we made. She was extremely helpful with reminders, questions and suggestions during the whole process leading up to the wedding day. She also worked with us to get a timeline for the wedding day and made sure we got in everything we wanted through the whole wedding day. We didn't have to worry about a thing, we just got to enjoy the day! I was also very impressed with Rebekah's enthusiasm and genuine excitement about the details and events during the whole day. I highly recommend this venue and Rebekah's day of coordination. We were blessed with the perfect wedding day!

The venue couldn’t have been more perfect or beautiful!!! They have lots of areas for a ceremony spot. We chose down between trees and one of the lakes. Super beautiful setting. And great for a large group of guests. Rebekah was super helpful throughout the entire process and day of. I highly recommend this venue for your wedding. The barn is a great setting for reception and is huge for lots of different areas for dessert, photo booth and everyone to be seated.

We got married at Springwater Lakes Estate in August 2021. Everything was more than we could have dreamed. The grove was absolutely beautiful for the ceremony. The barn felt more than big enough, but still cozy, for our 60 guests. Rebekah went above and beyond of everything we asked of her and the day was one I will never forget!
