Hiring Ella at Spritz for my wedding was the best decision EVER! Spritz really sets apart from other bartending companies/services in so many ways. They truly provide an elevated experience. From the bar set-up that they have, to the beer/wine selection you’re able to choose from, down to the cups and napkins they use, everything is next level! The best part was their selection of signature cocktails. When I was working on choosing a few signature cocktails to offer at our wedding, Ella not only helped me come up with ideas but she provided me with a list of signature (seasonal!!!) cocktails that I could choose from! It was so nice to have some inspiration to help guide our decisions. We ended up going with a Gold Rush (my husband and I’s personal favorite drink), a Prickly Pear Margarita and an Espresso Martini. The drinks were a HIT. My favorite part is how she makes every drink look so GOOD with nice garnishes, etc.. It was the best version of any open- bar I’ve seen at a wedding and all my friends and family agreed. Also, Ella is just a joy to work with. She’s organized, helpful, flexible with new ideas and kept me updated throughout the process. And she’s just an overall SWEET person, her personality really comes through during the planning process and I can honestly say working with her was my favorite part of wedding planning! She made the whole thing fun and exciting and I had total faith that she was going to crush it on wedding day. Lets be honest, the bar is arguably the most important part of your wedding!! She was awesome with helping me make certain decisions, for example if I was stuck on deciding between two different types of wine she would give her recommendation on what is usually more popular in her experience. On wedding day, our guests LOVED Ella and the other bartenders she had on her team and everyone kept mentioning how great they were. More than one of my guest said “I went up to get a drink and they already knew what I wanted!” Even for a smaller scale (85 guest count) wedding, I think that’s super impressive. Ella also provided the option of creating signage for the bar and offered to make any other signs we might want for our special day. We worked together on the design and the signs she made to show our alcohol options and to show our signature cocktails were so adorable!! I definitely recommend adding this on to your service when you hire Sprtiz. All around, this is the best bartending service and experience that you can find in the region. I have recommended Spritz to all my friends, people at work, and anyone who I hear is having a wedding! I cannot recommend them enough!!!
