I’ve had the joy of bringing all kinds of celebrations to life, and I truly love the magic of a wedding day: the quiet of the morning before everything unfolds, the beauty of watching it all come together, and that electric feeling of seeing memories being made in real time. My role is to handle the details, smooth out the logistics, and keep the day running seamlessly so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment. From timelines and vendor coordination to tenting, layout, and on-site flow, I bring both the planning and the infrastructure together so your day feels effortless, beautiful, and intentional. Our sailcloth tents are designed to feel elevated and timeless, with soft natural light during the day, a warm glow at night, while still being sturdy, wind- and weather-ready, and thoughtfully laid out for dining, dancing, and gathering. Whether you’re hosting a mountainside celebration, a ranch wedding, or a backyard gathering, I help create a space that feels connected to the landscape and perfectly suited to your guest experience. With over a decade of experience in event and project management and as a certified PMP, I’m comfortable managing a lot of moving pieces and doing it calmly. I’ve worked across industries, with diverse teams and vendors, and in all kinds of environments, which means no detail is too small and no challenge is too big.
