e else kept bringing us drinks but we heard some things from our guests. We did provide our own alcohol and I wish they would’ve promoted what we had. We had a lot of wine leftover that my mother in law brought because no one really knew it was there. Same with cheerwine we brought for all the kids at our wedding. Maybe if they displayed one bottle on the bar of each thing I think that would’ve helped people know what there was. We also ran out of sprite so he offered ginger beer (from our Moscow Mule signature drink). One other mention was that the dispensers on our beverage table didn’t have ice in them so the water and tea inside them were room temperature which for a hot day I think people were expecting a cold drink. Otherwise the couple drinks we had were good.

They made it super easy to shop for our own liquor (they have this option or will purchase for you) and were very knowledgeable about recommending drinks and how to purchase. Provided great guidance. Everyone at the wedding loved the drinks!

re not handled correctly and if someone shad not "untagged" my request to talk to Spunky on social media with no one reaching out. I emailed with photographs of barely filled champagne glasses and other issues and heard nothing back from the higher up leadership. I will say our onsite planner, Claudia is NOT to blame. She was pleasant, professional and thorough. The ball was dropped on the day of our wedding by the staff that was there. There must have been some drop in communication. These were things I said, we wanted done that were not done, but I don't think that our guests noticed (except maybe the last minute coffee machine our coordinator had to leave to go get from her office because Spunky did not bring one). I was told the replacement was "on it's last legs and not pouring through properly." The list of things i included in my email to upper management after the fact is way too long for this platform. No English speaking Emcee to help us (as promised) was a big one. Our coordinator's staff had to step up to do it and let us know about it afterwards. Lost personal items another issue. I will leave this negativity and not continue listing things. While I was happy with the initial meetings and the planning sessions, as well as our original contact with Claudia I was unhappy with the on-site implementation of the plan. I cannot in good conscience recommend this vendor if the most important details were not conveyed on the day of our wedding. We paid a lot of hard earned money and were very clear about what was needed. Right down to the type of water and sodas we wanted and it was not provided. The outdoor bins with crates were ONLY beer. That was not what was discussed. If one person had bothered to not make me feel I was an inconvenience during this post wedding follow up I probably would not be here writing this now because i do not like slamming small business, but to be honest i have heard the term "extremely busy for you right now" with this whole process more times than I care to count. My suggestion to newly engaged couples, elope.

ll my questions. The bartender the day of, I wish I could remember her name because she truly went above and beyond. She brought ice even though we were supposed to provide it but due to some issues that day it hadn't been picked up yet. She saved us a trip. She also was amazing to me. I had been battling a stomach bug for 2 days and still hadn't recovered by that day. Right before dinner I got super sick and she took great care of me. I am so appreciative and can't thank her enough!

once missed a beat! When my Husband and I finished our ceremony we were instantly greeted with our favorite drinks and asked if we needed anything water, shots, or even another drink on deck for us! They were so attentive and honestly the best Hospitality we have seen in bartenders in a long time!

hey offer the option of doing the shopping for you, so you don't have to worry about lugging alcohol to the venue on the day-of (very worth it). And we had the BEST bartender. Everything went perfectly and all of our guests were extremely impressed with the service. 10/10!!

When I had questions for Dana, she was quick and very personable in communication, and when I wanted to modify our order, she was great with updating my invoice quickly so I knew exactly where we stood. As I said, we don't drink much, so Dana gave us great recommendations about the average event would need, and I never felt like she was trying to sell us on things we didn't need. On the night of the wedding, our bartender, Jenny, was super sweet and personable. We gave Spunky a specific mix for our signature drink, and Jenny made it masterfully. Their customizable setups fit great with our decor theme, and the price of their services fit beautifully into our budget. Thank you to Dana, Jenny, and the entire Spunky Spirits team for a great night!

We opted to go the route of purchasing the alcohol ourselves, and the team at Spunky were great about making sure they gave us realistic recommendations for our event size. They also gave us some tips and tricks on how to save a bit of money through that process as well, which was highly appreciated. At the event itself, the bartenders were fantastic! They were funny and silly and loved the theme, so they got really into it - and I even caught them dancing along behind the bar at some points! In all seriousness, though, they were great and did a wonderful job of making sure our guests were happy and taken care of.

think any issues will accure but sadly that was not the case. We booked 2 bartenders and only one showed up. No one called me or my cordinator to give us heads up even though they had our contact numbers. My cordinator informed me that when the one batneder showed up he did not say anything about being only one until she actually asked him when his assistant arrives. They said it was emergency and we understand that but proper steps should be in place in situations like this and a phone call and heads up should be a must. Weddings in one time in life event so its not something we ca re-do. Knowing in advance would have allowed us to take some action to remedy the situation, insted we were left wondering when/if a second person in fact will show up. The bartneder that show up served drinks without napkins, stirs and traws which were provided by us. They had also promised signs for the bar for his and hers drinks which they did not display and our guest did not even know until our special drinks (we found out next day). The bar set up was absolutly terrible and I had guest saying the next day they had no idea what luqor was served because the bartneder had sodas out insted of displaying liquor.When I gave them my feedback and asked if they have a proper presidures in place for emergencies and questioned why we at least did not get a phone call about thte shortage of bartenders the response was pretty much none exsitnant and all they said was things happen. Unfortuanly i would not recommend based on these. There are plenty of other comapnies to chose from and we unfortnelty regret that we did not do so!

t off without a hitch. They were able to bring a rented AirBnB to life as a the wedding venue of our dreams. The service was impeccable. Dianne, the event coordinator, did a seamless job planning. The party pals helped serve food, box food, clean-up, take out trash, cut cake, literally almost anything you needed from them. It was AMAZING. I am so grateful for their services. The drinks were great, the bar looked nice, we had lots of left over booze, which we could take. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

all of my questions. When she sent the initial quote based on what I wanted and the size of the wedding, I honestly thought the alcohol was not included. It was really reasonable! It was nice to be able to add a cute bar and a party helper and still stay well below what I expected. My husband and I got to pick out a few signature drinks (which was fun!), and they were able to customize the package to meet all of our requests. The bartender and helper that attended the event were fantastic. I was worried about having a long line with just one bartender, but he kept everything moving beautifully! The bar setup they sent was super cute, and I was excited I got to keep the custom bar menu they made. Spunky Spirits completely met and exceeded all of our expectations, especially for the price. I highly recommend, and will definitely seek them out for all future events!

She was even an unexpected hero to the bride - when I found gum on the bottom of my shoe, Jenny pulled up a chair for me to sit on while she scraped off the gum herself! Now that’s above and beyond for a bartender or frankly anyone! Leading up to the event, it was great getting to customize the alcohol we wanted yet still have Spunky do the shopping for us. Communication with Dianne was excellent. Spunky Spirits was also a very affordable choice compared to some of their competition! I would definitely recommend them and would use them again for an event!

e. Shelly was great at assisting us via email/phone during our planning process! Couldn't have been better! On the other hand, we were sadly disapointed with our bartender, Chuck, on our big day. As the bride and groom, we received multiple complaints, even after the wedding. The professionalism and friendliness was not all there. One guest even told me he said "its just another wedding" to them while ordering a drink. I hope others have a better experience, as I was expecting more from Spunky.

They have additional services that also help bring all of the loose ends of your wedding together. I hired them for full, open bar service as well as a non-alcoholic drink station. Now on the wedding day - WOW!!! I work in the wedding industry and have seen Spunky Spirits in action, but they performed WELL OVER my expectations. We had Aly and Drew as our bartenders and they were absolutely phenomenal. Multiple guests approached us and told us how cool, helpful, and experienced our bartenders were. Many of our guests knew their names and spoke about them as if they were best friends. Drew approached me towards the end of cocktail hour and informed me that we were already running out of liquor (LOL) and asked if we wanted them to go get more. Our biggest goal on our wedding day was to have fun, so I’m like YES, PLEASE. Don’t run out!! They were absolutely so flexible and were worrying about getting their job done right rather than logistics like payment. Multiple guests told us such a memorable anecdote about how they saw Drew making a few liquor runs to the store across the street in order to replenish our supply. At the end of the night, we got to take home all of the open bottles and we were reimbursed for any unopened bottles. I can not recommend Spunky Spirits enough!!! Absolutely one of my FAVORITE VENDORS of my wedding day!! We’re even considering already hosting a 1-year anniversary party and having our friends at Spunky Spirits be a part of it, too. ough time communicating with Spunky Spirits, we did enjoy having Jenny as our bartender at both events. She was super friendly, very helpful and (what I love and appreciate most) is that when someone was letting their alcohol get the best of them, she had no issue intervening and being that bad guy so that neither my husband or I had to. You don't get that kind of service with just anyone! Additionally, we hired some party pals to help with various things throughout the night and while I did not catch their names I remember their faces and can say they were also extremely professional and very helpful throughout the evening. All in all, we would recommend this company for various types of events.
