Holy cow did these ladies over deliver in all the best ways! Meredith and Laura listened to my hair-brain ideas and made it happen, and I'm still not sure how! I had an "around the world" themed wedding, and when I dreamed up a crazy idea of be...ginning the cocktail hour with Spanish tapas, then moving to 5 food stations from different regions (Mediterranean, Indian, American, Italian, Asian), these ladies were so excited that they could create this vision for me. Moreover, the food was AMAZING, and my guests are still talking about it a year later!
