Mike was an amazing videographer! He made himself hidden to really capture the moments but made sure we were prepared for the important moments of the wedding day! His communication was amazing prior and after the event to keep us updated on our films. Will recommend him and his team to everyone to have their wedding day captured by video!

Never thought I'd cry so many happy tears, and that was just after watching the highlight video! Mike & Squirrel Films did an incredible capturing our wedding. They were so friendly and easy to work with, and knew exactly what to do to get the perfect shot. Choosing to work with Mike for our wedding is one of the best decisions my new husband and I made. He was so easy and accommodating throughout our wedding planning journey, which wasn't always easy or straight forward, thanks to COVID. On the day of our wedding, Mike did numerous things to help us out that were so far outside of his job description. This is just a true testament to what a nice person he is and the fact that he's willing to do whatever it takes to make your day special. Mike got our highlight video to us within 1 week of our wedding day! We were both speechless! The quality and editing of the video is unreal. Mike's talent is undeniable. The video is truly so special and is something we will look forward to watching every year on our anniversary.

Mike did an incredible job. Hands down this was the best money we spent on our wedding day. After the weekend ends the video is really all you have left of live footage to remember such a special day. I have been and will continue to highly recommend Squirrel to any futures brides to be!

Before I even got engaged I knew I wanted a videographer - and once the engagement happened I had to convince my future husband we needed a videographer too! My husband and I are a dual mil couple stationed apart so finding time to "meet" our vendors was hard. Mike took time out of his day to FaceTime us to tell us all about his business and even show us past videos. He was willing to edit the contract due to military obligations that could of came up (and thankfully didn't). From the time we booked him until the day we got married I would be constantly refreshing his Vimeo page to see what other weddings he had done - and I was so excited for him to capture our big day. Our highlight video was phenomenal and so many people commented that it was the best they ever saw- Mike was able to capture our raw emotions! Our full video was just icing on the cake - it had our actual wedding music in it which made it even better. We are so pleased with Mike's work, because of him we can relive our wedding day over and over again!

I hired Mike to do the videography for our wedding in May of last year. I had been on the fence about having a videographer at all since we already had a great photographer lined up, but I am SO glad we did. Mike did such an amazing job with our video and I can't imagine not having the footage he captured. He turned around our mini highlight in literally ONE DAY after the wedding and it was beautiful. Having a videographer is 100% worth the money and I highly recommend Mike & Squirrel Films.

We loved having Mike and the squirrel films crew capture our wedding weekend!! Mike was incredibly helpful with everything! My entire family loved him too. He was personable, friendly with everyone, and very professional the entire day. All of that said- the video and final product is amazing! He got it to us within a week. I was amazed because most of my friends that have been married videos took months to get their videos .The videos are unbelievable and capture every part of the day so perfectly. Many of times I didn’t even realize he was filming and I’m so grateful to have the moments on film. I can’t say enough great things about Mike and Squirrel Films!

Squirrel Films and Mike were amazing. They did our September wedding and nailed! For anyone that knows a thing or two about shooting and editing video, Mike is a pro and used the best equipment to make his work pop even more. They also didn’t miss a moment, in fact their cameras did a better job than some of our still pictures of those big wedding moments you want to remember and cherish your entire lives. Plus they use a drone! From a bride’s perspective, having a videographer is a must. You miss so much hiding in the back and waiting to come down the aisle. It was amazing to see those moments for the first time. And quickly; Mike turns a highlight video which is some of the best work I’ve ever seen within a few days. We actually got it on our Honeymoon and watched over and over again. Besides the amazing work, Mike and his staff are true professionals. Great to work with, they listen and also give pointers to make the best product, were on time for everything and quick to return any message you may have before or after the big date. Plus after some of those shots before the ceremony, we didn’t even notice or see the cameras. But they were there capturing everything and more we could have asked for on our big day. You cannot go wrong by selecting Squirrel Films!

From the perspective of the groom, there isn't a better videographer out there. Michael produces an amazing product, but having someone like him in your corner on your wedding day is priceless. He made sure everyone was on the same page, helped keep all the groomsmen on schedule and was there to capture all the special moments of the big day. Michael helped solve a few issues that could have thrown the day off. For example, our priest was hesitant to wear a microphone and Michael tactfully explained the importance to him about 5 minutes before the wedding and the priest agreed to wear it. Whenever I had a question about timing, where I needed to be, etc. I would turn to Michael and he knew the answer. I can genuinely say our wedding day was that much better because Michael was part of it.

Mike was my videographer back in October ! He was great to work for and very professional. My video turned out great. He took the time to really capture the perfect moments. My one request for him was to make sure he got the reaction of my future husband as I walked down the aisle and he nailed it ! I was extremely happy with his business and I have been recommending him to anyone asking for a videographer. Not only was he great before and during the process but after as well. Great work !!!

Choosing Mike and Squirrel Films was easily one of the best decisions we made on our wedding day! He was professional, timely, and most importantly created the most wonderful keepsake for us to remember our wedding day! I can’t count how many family members and friends have told us how much they enjoyed the highlight film! I would recommend him to any friend getting married without hesitation!

Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience with Squirrels Films. First and foremost, Mike was in breach of contract. In our contract it stated my final product would get to me 45 days after the wedding. I didn’t receive my final product until 4-5 weeks after the date listed. I wasn’t told I’d be getting my product late either. When I expressed my disappointment to Mike and asked for some sort of refund I received some very nasty e-mails. Completely unprofessional. It’s not my fault he broke the contract and didn’t communicate any of this to me. In our highlight video my husband and the groomsmen are tossing a football and there’s none of that footage in my full film, which my husband is upset about. There’s also no footage of myself and my bridesmaids getting ready or my reveal to my bridesmaids. In fact, my MOH pointed out that Mike was often sitting on his phone while we were at my friend’s house. The quality of my film seems nice and yes I’m happy to have the ceremony, speeches, dances, etc. but I also feel like there’s so much more that could’ve been in there. Especially for the price I paid.

Mike did our November wedding in Dayton this year. He even made a trip up to our rehearsal dinner the night before to get some shots. We have received our highlight video and it is stunning. It includes all the speech voiceovers which make it so personal and I cry every time.Not to include some beautiful arial shots of our chapel and reception venue. He is very talented and was just a joy to have around on our big day. Would highly recommend.

Michael is hands down one of the BEST videographers. Not only does he capture everything to help you re-live your special day but he is so creative in doing it. He is timely and always super easy to work with. He helped make sure our day went smoothly and captured all the important elements. I couldn't recommend him more. A couple days after our wedding we were already seeing our sneak peek! You can't go wrong if you pick Squirrel.

Mike is the absolute BEST. He really knows how to capture your day allowing you to constantly keep the memory alive. He is a hard worker with temedous talent. if we could five 10 stars we would.

Wow!!! I cant say enough about squirrel films - I am totally blown away by the work and its something we will cherish forever!!! Mike did an incredible job keeping things moving throughout the day and doing whatever he needed to get the best shot - we absolutely loved having him be a part of our special day, he is the BEST!!!! Also, we have our highlight video 48 hours after our wedding and the quality was top notch, I dont know how he does it!

If you are on the fence about whether you need a videographer- it was the best decision we made and the second best was getting Mike to do it. We must have reviewed about a dozen videographers and decided on Mike as we thought he did the best quality work. We could not have been more right. He is complete pro, and the highlight film he made for us is right out of a movie. He was prompt, on time, and very responsive. He seemed to have the day all planned out and we barely noticed he was there during the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. We were married on a Saturday evening, and were sharing the final copy of the highlight video on Facebook by MONDAY afternoon, less than 48 hours later.

Easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Mike and his assistant captured our day perfectly. They were so friendly and fun, they seemed like a part of our wedding party and blended in so well. Our friends and family are still in awe about the highlight video, which he got back to us within a week of the wedding!! It was such a treat for me and my husband to watch on our honeymoon. The quality of his videos are spectacular and the moments he captured continue to make me cry. My husband, myself and our families can't thank him enough.

Michael is wonderful! He is super responsive, he usually gets back to questions within 24 hours, and when planning a wedding, that is super important and helpful :). He also has a great artistic eye and we loved the final product. we will be able to show our children one day our wedding, and that means so much to us <3
