Ashley is beyond amazing. We hired her a year in advance of our wedding and she assisted every step of the way. We are from out of state so we were nervous about planning the wedding. She was always available to recommend vendors, arrange meetings, and come up with creative ideas for all steps of the way. She was always available to meet up and go over concerns, whether it be in person or over the phone. Our wedding was a great success because of Ashley. We did have some inclement weather the day of the wedding but Ashley handled everything perfect and I didn't have to stress. Thank you to Ashley for making our wedding day perfect!

I have no words to express how thankful I was to have SRQtees take part in my wedding. Ashley Gruters is a gem and I felt like she was an old friend from the minute we met. After surveying multiple wedding coordinators in the Sarasota area, she was one of the few vendors who took the time to really pay attention to what we wanted for our destination wedding. Her professionalism, flexibility, resourcefulness, creativity and consideration far exceeded many other wedding planners we researched. She was always there to offer advice and called me periodically to be sure we were both on the same page. Most importantly, she was an incredible LISTENER (a rarity with wedding vendors) and loaded with great ideas. With her many connections in Sarasota, she made it feel like we weren't planning long-distance at all. And in spite of a moody florist threatening not to show up the day-of, record thunderstorms and last-minute changes, Ashley took care of each problem and everything ran smoothly. She was a lifesaver and we couldn't have done it without her. I loved chatting with her so much, I wish I lived nearby to help her plan weddings all year round!
