Instead of doing a traditional video, Travis worked with us and allowed us to film our original wedding day and the rest later on when we were scheduled to have a celebration which was also canceled due to Covid. He drove around all of Northwest Arkansas and got the coolest shots of us playing around in our wedding attire. It was the BEST. Travis got us our wedding video back to us within a WEEK. Travis emailed me back right away and was not only able to do it, he was so genuinely nice and willing to help us get exactly what we wanted for the amount we could spend. The crew was very unobtrusive on our wedding day, they demanded so little of us and gave big in return. We were thrilled with our video and got a kick out of the amazing professional dvd cover complete with "credits". Adorable. The only tiny problem has to do with sound quality- the audio from our ceremony officiant's mic is muffled sounding in the video, which is unfortunate. Everything else sounds great. Not sure if maybe it had to do with the acoustics inside our venue or even how she had the mic placed, because the audio on all of his other videos sounds crisp and clean. It seems like a fluke, not worth more than half a star. Overall amazing job and we are so happy we were able to hire SS Pictures.

I couldn't have asked for a better photographer/videographer and I am completely shocked at how incredibly beautiful all of the pictures and video turned out! SS Pictures went above and beyond my expectations and they went to the moon and back to make sure they captured every second of the most important day of my life! I will enjoy reliving that day over and over again thanks to them!

His work is spot on. On top of the outstanding quality of the video itself, Travis was incredibly easy to work with. He and his team showed up before everyone else early in the morning, and were practically the last to leave. My husband is not a fan of being in front of the camera, and even he said he felt very at ease while Travis was filming. As we watched the video and saw the shots Travis got at the wedding and reception, we found ourselves remarking that we didn't remember him even shooting some of them! He was never in the way and most of the time we didn't even notice he and his team were there. Plus, some of the amazing shots he got were very much "one-take" shots and he nailed them. He even captured a hilarious candid moment during the garter toss that we couldn't believe he managed to get on camera! Someone who lost focus for just a second would have missed it, but not Travis! Speaking of cameras, they also took some absolutely beautiful still shots, which we had no idea they were even doing. I cannot recommend Travis enough. We were on the fence about spending the money for a videographer, and are so glad we did - and that we chose Travis. Your wedding day is a whirlwind. The next day you're going to wake up and go, "Whoa. That just happened." And you're just not going to remember every little thing! Your still photographer will also capture moments, but there's something about seeing it all on video just as it happened that is magical. We are so thankful we had the opportunity to work with Travis and will be forever grateful for his dedication and talent as we watch our video for years to come!

He showed up on time to our hotel and worked in the background so seamlessly to get great shots despite horrible weather on our wedding day. Now that I received the finished product I am even happier that I picked Travis out of the dozens of vendors I had looked into. Our wedding video is timeless and the quality is great. As I communicated with him throughout the process, I found he was so easy to work with. He wanted to make sure I got everything I wanted and needed. We ended up wanting to meet him before the wedding and he helped me more with how the day was going to flow more than any of my other vendors had. He is truly providing you a service! The wedding day he was calm and went with the flow. You really don't notice the cameras anymore, because they are so off to the side. Even though they spend the entire day with you! We got to see our video on our honeymoon, which was really cool! I am so happy with the video and I told Travis I would recommend him 10x over again. The reasons being 1. he is so easy to work with. he is there for YOU! 2. his videos are incredible 3. you will probably pay 1/2 the price of other videographers in the area. Very pleased!

after speaking with Travis and Arrow, I knew they were a perfect fit. They are sweet, kind, understanding, workable, knowledgeable, informative, thorough, patient, innovative and extremely professional. We fell in love with them as a couple as well as for their services. We received our video from Travis and we can't stop watching it. We have circulated it to our friends/family and they can't stop watching it. We are all moved to tears every time we view it. He did such an amazing job on every aspect of it. The words, songs, moments, toasts, dancing and every other aspect chosen for the video were perfect in defining our ceremony and reception. Our pictures are gorgeous...same as with the video, every moment was captured with perfect lighting and timing. We did not have any preconceived ideas of what pictures we wanted taken, but Arrow (and her team) were able to create some of the most amazing photo opportunities and settings. It so accurately captured the love and joy from our favorite day. On top of all of this, we had a preview video ONE DAY after the wedding, and we had the full video FOUR DAYS after the wedding! He has the fastest turn around time of anyone. This was unreal and the best quality we could have imagined. So if you are on the fence with having a videographer, DO IT. And choose SS Pictures. cer patient so this hit home & a videographer was added to our plans. I researched multiple videographers with a huge range of costs & narrowed it down to 2 choices – SS Pictures & one other. In the end, I loved the cinematic feel of the video on SS Pictures’ website & hired Travis. He was easy to work with & answered my questions throughout the process. On the day of the wedding, he was very professional & except for dropping a camera or other piece of equipment during the ceremony (which was very distracting) was very un-intrusive. The video arrive in 4 weeks – much faster than promised. The case was very well done & looked almost like a “real” movie. The video was organized with a main menu so that you could watch the ceremony in full, highlight reels from the reception event (cake cutting, 1st dance, etc) or the “Relive the Moment” reel. However, when we watched the video we found some issues. • We paid for 4 copies but only received 2. • There were glitches in the relive the moment reel where the video was very blurry • The menu song sounded glitchy whenever the menu changed screens. I contacted Travis about these things. He was able to correct the glitches in the relive the moment reel & produce the two missing copies. He explained that the menu would sound this way unless it was a major motion picture but did change the song to one that was instrumental only so that the glitch was less noticeable. The major disappointment though came when watching the ceremony video. There was nothing of the Groom coming in, Processional with MOH or Flower Girls, the families being seated or Mother’s lighting the Unity Candle. I hoped it had just been edited out for some reason but when I asked I was told that the environment was too constrained & that he was unable to shoot anything until I was on the front of the stage. I do not accept this reasoning. We were married in a very popular NWA wedding venue & though small I have seen multiple professional videos were capturing the entire ceremony was not a problem. Travis did provide a hard drive with all raw footage to try & make up for this but it does not change the fact that I am heartbroken to be missing so much of my ceremony – especially the parts that I was not in the room for. I would have loved to have seen our Mothers, Flower Girl’s, my Dad giving me away, My groom’s face when I walked in, etc. The only other issue was stylistic & not technical. I was not given the opportunity to choose the music that was used for the Relive the Moment reel ahead of time. (I probably should have confirmed this prior to the wedding but assumed I would be asked). When I hated the song that was used, Travis was willing to change it out but charged an additional fee for doing so. Make sure you share any requests for music on the front end. In the end, the video I did get is well done. However, I hired a videographer to capture the memories of my ceremony & feel that SS Pictures completely failed. I didn’t get bad footage – I got no footage! The quality of the video I did get was not worth the trade of missing part of the ceremony entirely & I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend this company to another bride. It’s just not worth the risk.
