The absolute best when it came to our destination wedding! Patricia and her team were available at all times and took away any insecurities or doubt when it came to planning out of state. Being all inclusive was fantastic, we didn’t have to worry about finding individual companies when it came to our big day. Everything was extremely stress free and professional. So thankful to have found the Sea Pearl team!

I am not sure exactly where to start! I would give PJ more than five stars if I could! I am an event coordinator from South Carolina and I recommended that one of my couples utilize PJ’s beach house for their wedding and reception based on reviews that I read. From the moment that I reached out to her, she was so attentive to the couple’s needs. She walked us through every single detail and helped the couple to customize a wedding package specific to their needs. She was always responsive and available to answer their questions as well as mine. When it was time for us to travel to Florida for the wedding, we found that she went over and beyond to make the couple’s stay at the beach house and their wedding day one to remember. I can’t thank PJ enough for jumping in wherever she was needed to accommodate each of us. I would recommend PJ and her team 1000 times over to any couples looking to have the wedding of their dreams in the St. Augustine area. Thanks for everything PJ! You’re the best!

Friends of ours got Married at this destination this past weekend. This is hands down the most magical wedding I have ever attended. The staff were amazing they made everything so smooth for my girl. Every single stressor that came her way they handle with ease and efficiency. I couldn't thank these ladies and gentlemen enough for making her day so perfect!!!

I don’t know where to start. PJ and her crew were amazing. They brought my vision to life and then some. You can tell the passion she has for making your wedding day perfect. The table settings, lighting, arbor on the sand were perfection. The officiant and the DJ made us feel so comfortable. If I could give 10 stars I would. Patricia and Seth hosted our wedding on 12/9/23 and it was MAGICAL. We were traveling into town for the wedding and they communicated so well through text and calls to bring our dream wedding to life!!! My husband and I were BLOWN AWAY by the beautiful set up. Any concerns or questions we had, PJ was on top of it. She was beyond helpful and considered what we wanted. The entire day, from the ceremony on the beach, to the reception on the back of the house, turned out absolutely BEAUTIFUL and made the day so much more magical. With her wonderful help and dedication to our vision, the day was absolutely perfect. We could not have asked for better hosts and a better location to get married. St. Augustine's Destination Wedding Chicks made our dream wedding possible 🥰 We gave them 3 weeks notice and a Pinterest moodboard to start with. PJ & Seth came through with amazing decor that reflected our beach whimsical fairytale theme 😀The arbor she created for us was beautiful and she pulled out all the stops for the decor and lighting. PJ even painted the fence white when I wasn't expecting she'd go through with it because of the timeline. We were going to do a courthouse wedding but going with the Sea Pearl was a better option as we were able to celebrate with family and friends in a private beach. Our wedding 11/18/23. We had a wonderful time. Stress free due to it being all inclusive. My husband forgot to pack our cake topper but PJ came thru with a spare. The entire staff was prepared for rain thankfully we had a beautiful day. I eould recommend PJ and her staff to anyone

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding, PJ was so helpful every step of the way. The venue was perfect for our beach wedding and we loved being able to have our rehearsal/wedding/dinner all in one place. PJ had great communication throughout the entire process, answered all of our questions quickly, and was able to make last minute changes when we had some bad weather. The house is super cute and we loved having different areas for our guests to enjoy throughout the weekend. We would 100% recommend Sea Pearl Beach House as your wedding or vacation venue ! We had an amazing weekend and wedding from start to finish. The house was perfect and one of the best parts was having your bridal party all together. PJ was absolutely wonderful. The venue was magical, the flowers and decor could not have been better, food was great with a great menu to choose from. She has great people that work for her. Her DJ was so fun and made sure to keep the energy going. The photographer was very on top of it, and made sure to catch great moments. My cake …. So gorgeous, and exactly what I wanted, actually better! The whole process with PJ was very easy, she communicated well, answers any and all questions I had quickly, and she goes above and beyond what you hire her for. She really cares about her brides, and I felt that. I am very indecisive, but with her help she made decisions very easy, and also suggested things which was so helpful. PJ made our wedding just so perfect, I am so thankful for her. Have to add this…. The ocean decided to be crazy and washed the stairs to the beach away while my makeup was getting done for the wedding. Everyone there knew about it but me, because PJ wanted to make sure I had zero stress. Before she told me, she had everything worked out and problem solved, so when she did tell me it was a funny moment, instead of a freak out moment. That is above and beyond. Thank you PJ, and crew. PJ and her team were beyond amazing! Having a busy life I did not want to spend a lot of time planning every detail of a wedding. I was sent questionnaires about what I wanted and sent pictures of things I liked. Every time I did have a question PJ would answer me right away. I showed up to the venue and everything was perfect and taken care of. The decor was beautiful, food was great, cake was beautiful and DJ was on point. PJ even made our plates of food it was so sweet! Every detail was taken care of so I just had to have fun! I would recommend everyone to trust PJ and her team!!! ❤️❤️❤️

WE had the BEST wedding EVER!!!!! EVERYTHING was included and taken care for us. The Beach House was wonderful and such a nice place to relax before and after the wedding (3 whole nights). The beach was beautiful and completely my DREAM wedding spot with an amazing view. The day of the wedding was great. PJ and her crew made sure that everything was set up and decorated for us with options that we picked. It turned out wonderful. Our guests were shuttled to the house and back. The area for the brides and bridesmaids to get ready in was beautiful and relaxing. Our wedding food was top notch (from The Spot in St. Augustine). EVERYONE raved about it being the best wedding food they had ever had at a wedding. Our DJ, Mr. Rivera, completely rocked! He used the HUGE range of music we loved and played it all, even when he had people requesting non- stop. I would hire him for any event in a heartbeat. Our bartender was always smiling and mixing whatever anyone wanted. She was so sweet and calm, even when we were running all over due to a little rain. The photographer, Yenz was creative and patient. He came up with great photo ideas and I cannot WAIT to see how they turned out. Everyone called me beforehand to make sure the wedding would turn out perfect. We ate, we talked, and we danced ALL NIGHT LONG! A really great time was had by ALL and I will be forever grateful! P.J. was an awesome planner! We wanted to get married on the beach✔️, she kept us in our budget✔️, she found an AirBNB for our reception where we and our out of town guests stayed✔️, she even found an officiant at the last minute! The DJ played our selections✔️ We ordered extra appetizers, and the caterer kindly served them! ✔️Our Guests Were Awestruck! The Weather cooperated (Florida, The Sunshine State) The Castle was fit for Royalty, and that’s how we felt! A Great Time was had by all! She was punctual even when we were not, and very patient, she kept things rolling!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Well where do I begin! We started or wedding journey two years ago! I knew in my mind what I wanted and I went to google. Up popped the Sea Pearl weddings! We met with PJ and instantly I knew this was what I wanted we happily picked out date and off we went to planning. But you see God had other plans. Unfortunately we needed to postpone our amazing day and pray we could book a new one. Well let me just tell you that process was painless. Pj went above and beyond to reassure a heart broken bride who just wanted to marry her prince. Well now our big day was upon us and low and behold it rained for 3 days straight! All while I’m crying and worrying our day would be ruined! But I have the most amazing planner who told me the night before my wedding to put my phone away enjoy my family and the rain would be over before my amazing day! Well I believe she has a contract with God because that rain not only stopped it was amazing blue skies and not a cloud in the sky! Thank you to everyone with Sea Pearl for making our day amazing! Words cannot express the gratitude I have for PJ and her team at St. Augustine Sea Pearl Beach House Weddings! PJ and I talked in early 2020 because Jack and I had planned on getting married that summer and then Covid hit. We moved the date a few times and PJ was so patient and was always there for me. We gave up with the idea of a big wedding and 2 years later on the spur of the moment decided to have a micro wedding. PJ never wavered, she went above and beyond to help me in every way possible. Since we only had 6 weeks and I was several states away, we communicated through phone calls and texts with lots of pics. She is a great listener, very timely, and creative in making the day magical. This was the smallest wedding she had ever done but she did not skimp on one thing. Every detail was amazing and my day was perfect because of PJ and her team. We got married here in Aug 2020. It was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect, so close to downtown St. Augustine and the house was so private you really felt like it was a destination wedding. PJ and her team went above and beyond with every ask and was very helpful. Can't wait to see all the improvements.

My wedding at the beach house venue was a dream come true! PJ went above and beyond to make the weekend amazing!! Pj and Seth are honestly the sweetest couple I have met. She strived to make my wedding day perfect, we had a couple hiccups but in the end it was everything I dreamed of and more. She loves what she does and it shows. Every step of the way she was there to guide me, and every time I needed her she was there to answer my questions or phone calls. She was the best host we could’ve asked for.

I used their services last week for my wedding. I came from across the country and was very stressed about planning not being local. They were great about responding quickly and the decor was absolutely beautiful!! We also used the beach house for the reception which was amazing. The view right out to the ocean was stunning! Highly recommend!

Venue is Beautiful and the staff is so friendly. Wide variety of decorations to use for event and the Cake lady offers a delicious cake which included in the contract.

If you’re hoping for an affordable stress free weekend that doesn’t seem cheap or one size fits all, I highly recommend this venue. The beach house is gorgeous, clean, and a great backdrop for photos (inside and out). The host/owner Patricia is a total pro and was really easy to talk to. The outside bar saved us a ton since we were able to supply our own bartender and alcohol. She had tons of decor for us to choose from and even bought a few pieces specifically for our wedding. Her entire staff was awesome and helpful. Everything went off without a hitch and I was able to completely relax and enjoy my reception with my guests and husband without having to worry about any day of type details.

We originally planned to elope and wanted to use the sea pearl beach house to have 8 family members there for our elopement. When we went to book the beach house, Patricia called me and told me they offer all inclusive wedding packages and she could set up all of the vendors, catering etc. My fiancée and I talked about it and decided it was a deal we couldn’t pass up, we wanted something very casual and for about 25-30 people. We gave them inspiration for decor and they gave options for the dinner menu. We chatted a few times prior to the event about the details. Ceremony was planned to be outside on the beach and a few days before the wedding the report said it would rain all day so they helped us find a tent rental company and changed up the layout of the event so if it did rain all day they had a cover set up over the dj, food and guests. When the day arrived they did everything to try to make it as special as possible, food was great, cake was yummy and we were even able to do the ceremony on the beach with a little bit of time flexibility, they set the arch and chairs up on the fly to make sure we got what we wanted. I loved that I didn’t have to be in charge of every single tiny detail, I gave them the ideas I wanted and they ran with it and made it their own. No stress just a nice laid back beachy wedding! Thankyou sea pearl for giving us such an amazing event without charging 50,000$! ❤️

Our fairytale wedding was April 24th and it was beautiful and seamless all because PJ and her amazing team gave their full attention to every detail! If you have a certain decor in mind, she will make it happen. We can not say enough wonderful things about Sea Pearl House, if we could give more than 5 stars we definitely would!!

My wedding was on June 15, 2021. Prior to my wedding there was no planning done at all. I asked for certain table decor which I was denied. Patricia called me the day before my wedding to go over “the plan” which included several last minute changes on our part. I had no idea what my wedding was even going to look like prior to the wedding due to lack of planning. The beach house that we stayed at for the “honeymoon” was dirty, had rotten food on the floor, had live bugs flying everywhere and dead bugs laying around everywhere. The window in the downstairs bathroom was replaced with a piece of plastic that bounced in and out of the window frame providing no protection against the weather intruders or bugs. The air conditioner did not properly cool the house and left the home very warm. The windows were all nailed shut which did not allow us to open up the windows to bring fresh air in due to the lack of air conditioning. I provided several things which came up missing before my wedding even started like my cake topper which I still don’t have even after the wedding. My cake which was supposed to have been done by a professional cake baker was made from Publix and half of it fell apart before the wedding even started. In addition it looked nothing like the picture I had provided. Because it was falling part we never got to have a cake cutting ceremony. The wedding planner was only present for the first half of my wedding then left without making anyone aware and even when present she did not assist in organizing the wedding at all and even watched as other struggled to help. My husband went around with the waiter taking orders from our guests so good could get served. The photographer helped organize the rest. At the end of the night, Everything from our wedding was left in the restaurant overnight and the next morning all of our gift cards and money that were left in our gift box that was provided by our wedding planner was missing. The cameras in the restaurant were “not working at the time” we were told. The vendors hired by the wedding planner at our wedding were drinking from our open bar all night. We were also asked (by the texting my maid of honor) the day of the wedding to provide additional meals to workers who came with the wedding planner. We were also charged an additional $300 for transportation that was not needed. We were told we would settle up finances after the wedding. The owner was provided with pictures and videos of everything stated here and is refusing to reimburse us (unless we sign a legal document stating we will not leave her any negative reviews) for what we are owed including the money that was stolen from the wedding that she was in charge of, the cake we didn’t get, the money we paid her for transportation that was not ever needed, and the cost of alcohol that the vendors she hired drank from our wedding guests open bar. I am extremely disheartened that we missed out on so much and now won’t have the memories or even photos to look back on.

We had a great experience with this wedding venue. There is plenty of space for all your family and friends. It was perfect for getting ready since it’s two story so the bride and groom don’t have to worry about running into each other. The owner goes over and beyond to make sure things run smoothly. She even stopped by to help put all the final touches out before I walked down the aisle. The location on the water was excellent. My only regret was not booking a longer stay. We will definitely be back since this can also be a great vacation spot.

I recently bartended a friends wedding here and fell in love with the venue. My fiancé and I are planning to have a smallish wedding (50-60 people) on a pretty tight budget that feels intimate but not cheap. This is Perfect for us. It’s gorgeous (duh) and totally within our budget. We’re planning on doing the ceremony on the beach and having the reception on the deck. The host had a bunch of really nice wedding decor on hand so I don’t have to waste money on stuff like an archway or centerpieces and we get to choose all of our own vendors. The host even has a list of local caterers, but since there are three full kitchens (2 indoor and 1 outdoor), we are probably going to have my family cook on site.
