We loved our experience with St Charles! Not only were they reasonably priced, they were very professional, easy to work with, and had a huuuuge repertoire to choose from!
We love...
d that they were able to play so many modern songs on strings at our wedding- it gave everyone a magical Bridgerton vibe and added beautiful sound to all of our big and small events going on.
St Charles was also flexible in adding in songs that weren't on their repertoire which we so loved and appreciated. We would hire them all over again!
St. Charles String Quartet was a perfect addition for our wedding day! If you are considering having a string quartet, it is totally worth it if you book St. Charles String Quartet...
. They played beautiful music, were extremely professional, and made the ceremony very lovely. They are very talented and have a vast repertoire! Thanks for making our day perfect!
Music was one of the most important aspects of our ceremony for us because I grew up my entire life studying voice and violin and I wanted to the music to be very meaningful. After...
tons of research we were running into many obstacles, many quartets did not respond, they didn't play outside during the summer, the prices were sky high and more. Luckily as we neared our wedding, St. Charles String Quartet saved the day!
We wanted to have classical Latin music (due to our heritage) as well as modern contemporary pieces playing when guest arrived. And another special catch was that I wanted my cousin to play piano along side them during all our ceremony music.
St. Charles String Quartet was able to do all of that and happily agreed to play with my cousin. One of the things we remember vividly about our ceremony is the music, it was stunning! Even though they had never practiced before the wedding, St. Charles String Quartet and my cousin harmonized beautifully!
We chose St. Charles String Quartet to play for our ceremony and cocktail hour because we were very impressed with the quality of their music as well as their song selection. We w...
anted non-traditional music for our ceremony, and they had a ton of songs to choose from. They were also more than willing to learn any songs that we wanted that weren't on their song list. We chose the following songs for our ceremony: What a Wonderful World (Louis Armstrong), At Last (Etta James), Somebody to Love (Queen) and Signed Sealed Delivered (Stevie Wonder); and they all sounded perfect! We didn't get to hear them play our cocktail hour since we were taking pictures, but we got a ton of compliments on their music selection.
I would absolutely recommend them to play for anyone looking for non-traditional music - although they do know traditional music as well. Neil was a pleasure to work with, and was more than happy to answer any questions we had!
St. Charles String Quartet was awesome! I walked down the aisle to Sweet Child O'Mine and it sounded amazing (as did everything else that they played).
I had a great experience with the St. Charles String Quartet. They were on time, timed the music perfectly for my ceremony, and played all the songs I requested for my cocktail ho...
ur. They were very friendly and professional and wore tuxes just as I had requested. I have nothing bad to say about this vendor and would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family.
This group is extraordinary. They played through the ceremony and the cocktail hour on the veranda and many of the guests commented on the beauty of their performance. The repert...
oire of the St. Charles Strings is huge, and they play many types of music, from classical to modern rock, to Beatles, to movie themes. They are incredibly versatile. The strings added an amazing addition to a magical evening.
We booked our musicians late in the planning and our budget was limited- when we contacted St. Charles they were more than willing to work with us to accomodate our budget and musi...
c requests, even offering advice when I asked for it. I highly recommend.
We had a string quartet perform our ceremony and reception music. They were very professional and did a great job. Dancing wasn't the focus of our reception as out of our friends...
