St. Clair Ballroom is an exceptional wedding venue. We originally selected St. Clair for their high-quality food and beautiful space. I especially loved how easy their planning pro...
cess is - they have one highly knowledgable point of contact (Carla) for coordinating and offer one set price per guest. Everything was included in the per person price (food, alcohol, taxes, gratuity, linens, the room itself, etc). It made budgeting easy as there were no hidden fees. We comfortably fit 200 guests with a large dance floor.
Our wedding was so elegant! Our guests were blown away by the delicious food, experienced bartenders, helpful staff, beautiful cocktail bar area and the incredible ballroom itself. Carla was there every step of the way in planning beforehand, offering wonderful recommendations which I used for a florist and bakery. She was also there the night-of until well after all guests left.
We loved that St. Clair was connected to the Marriott. Many guests enjoyed the wonderful and spacious hotel lobby bar before heading to bed. It was a perfect area to show off downtown Cleveland.
We highly recommend St. Clair to any couple looking to host an elegant wedding for a fair price and who prioritizes high-quality food & drinks in a beautiful space.
Unforgettable. Exquisite. Impeccable. Truly world-class. These are just a few of the many words that come to mind when reflecting on our experience at St. Clair Ballroom. If you're...

When envisioning my wedding day, I hoped for three things: simplicity, elegance, and lasting memories. From our very first meeting, Carla understood this vision with remarkable clarity and dedication. She went above and beyond to ensure that every detail aligned perfectly with our wishes - not just for us, but for every guest who joined us in celebration. Our wedding took place in October 2023, and even now, two years later, the memories remain vivid - not only for us, but for our guests as well.
So much so, that we’ve made it a tradition to celebrate our anniversary each year at St. Clair Ballroom - a testament to the lasting impression this venue and its team have made on our hearts.
Carla and the entire staff are nothing short of extraordinary. Their thoughtful, personalized approach - from taking the time to truly get to know us, to seamlessly coordinating with our vendors, and guiding us through each moment of our special day - was executed with such grace and professionalism that we felt completely at ease.
Saying “thank you” hardly feels sufficient. Our gratitude runs deep. Thank you, Carla and the St. Clair Ballroom team, for being such an integral part of our story - not only on our wedding night, but every year since. May you continue to create magical experiences for others, just as you have for us.
Carla was fantastic to work with and very attentive in all of our wedding operations. I would highly recommend giving St. Clair Ballroom a chance for your wedding. The guests raved...
about the food from Marble Room, the views of the city during the day and night, and the overall layout of the venue.

ctor - she goes above and beyond and truly gets to know you and understand your wants/needs. She is available at all hours and gives sincere feedback and suggestions, if wanted. Planning a wedding from out of town can be difficult, but Carla was extremely helpful and flexible with allowing me to tour while in town, answering texts/calls, sending pictures and FaceTiming!
The ballroom is absolutely stunning. It is not your typical dark, stuffy, old ballroom. It’s bright, modern, and intimate. It was one of the few places my fiancé and I could actually picture having our reception at in downtown Cleveland. The vibes, drinks, food and service were exceptional. We received nothing but positive feedback from our guests during and after our wedding. People said that was one of the best weddings they’ve been too in a long time!
Looking back, I’m SO happy we went with the St. Clair Ballroom, and I would 100% recommend having your wedding reception here. Thank you, Carla and team for making our wedding reception a dream come true!

We just wanted to extend a huge thank you to Carla and her team. St. Clair was truly the perfect venue! Our guests haven’t stopped raving about how beautiful the space was and how ...
amazing the food tasted. The steak, in particular, was a standout — some even said it was the best they’ve ever had! One of our priests mentioned he would’ve regretted it if he hadn’t ordered it.
The service was excellent, and everything came together so beautifully. My coworkers who had the chicken and eggplant parmesan absolutely loved their meals as well. One of them even told me that our wedding was the best she’s ever attended. Thank you St Clair!!

ut 2-3 in Cleveland before we toured SCB and instantly knew! I wanted an upscale downtown wedding - and SCB is the epitome of elegance, class and beauty! The main ballroom venue truly speaks for itself with the gorgeous windows, but beyond that - the service, food and coordinator (ie Carla) were top notch! I could not have planned a wedding from several hours away without the help of Carla. She was so accommodating and gracious to me and my family throughout the planning period, as if she were my direct wedding planner. She went above and beyond emailing/calling me about all the questions regarding timeline, decor, seating charts, bar signs, etc. and I trusted her to give her honest opinion and not up-sell us. On the wedding day, I didn’t have to worry about anything until I walked into the ballroom with my new husband, with the reception set up for our own private tour of the space while Carla handed us drinks and private tray of apps. The food was the best I had at a wedding - all coming out perfectly warm and delicious. The drinks were amazing - my “her” drink was a French 75 and everyone loved it. Our guests even raved about the cocktail hour space - which became a nice area to hang out throughout the night. Our 9-person live band and stage fit perfectly in the space for 180 people, and sounded amazing - the band even raves about the acoustics in the ballroom. The servers were having a blast with us even and we invited them onto the dance floor! It easy truly the best night of my life and (not biased at all…) the reception I’ve ever been to, and my friends/family can vouch! I felt the price was well worth it in value especially once you account for everything included within it! Don’t hesitate to tour this venue!!
Also the hotel attached is so clutch. We got ready in the spa which was also gorgeous.

fect thanks to her and the entire St. Clair Ballroom team. The space is gorgeous (as are the views!), the food is incredible, and the service is second to none. So many of our guests have reached out to tell me the same. It's also amazing to be in the same building as the Marriott- our guests were able to just get on an elevator at the end of the night and head to their rooms, vs. worrying about driving home or to a hotel miles away! I would HIGHLY recommend the St. Clair Ballroom to anyone looking for their wedding venue!!

ge, and a generous space for our 140 guests, dance floor and larger band.
Carla is a true professional, patiently guiding us through the process of planning a wedding, down to the very last detail. She was prompt with communication and answered our often numerous questions along the way and assuaged all worries. We felt wholly confident that everything would go off without a hitch, which made our day stress-free!
The entire staff provided an elevated level of service from the moment you walked into the venue. They were attentive to us and our guests all evening and went above and beyond to make sure our night was perfect. Appetizers and dinner, which we knew would be a highlight since our tasting, did not disappoint and we received multiple compliments from our guests about the quality and portion sizes. The bar pulled off our specialty cocktails expertly, and made sure our guests were served promptly throughout the night. From the valet service to the adjoining hotel accommodations, every aspect of this venue is guest friendly. I couldn’t imagine us having our reception at any other location. It was absolutely perfect!

g. She covered every detail before, during and after our wedding event with ease and perfection! As the bride, I didn't have to be concerned with a single detail because Carla had it covered.
We chose St. Clair Ballroom because it is stunning inside with amazing views, a great location for guests visiting Cleveland, and offered a full reception package to cover ever detail. The service all evening was top notch. The food service was incredible top to bottom - many of our guests said it was the best short rib (our main dish) they had tasted!
If you're looking for a classy venue and elite service, I couldn't recommend a better place and person to work with for your special day!
