ecame wine club members and put in a huge wine order. As such, we’d expect to be treated at least as well as other wine club members, but despite this the winery made it painfully obvious that they view wedding clients as second class citizens. They were rude and even combative all the way through. Thank goodness we kept our flowers in our hotel, because the scrap of grass they give you for flowers, beer, soda, etc. is out in the open, and in direct sunlight they would have been totally ruined if we left them there overnight and all the next day until 6pm. The venue itself could not have been more gorgeous, but just prepare to be treated terribly. The wine is also passable, but not that good.

The venue itself is as close to the vineyards as you'll get - with a perfectly manicured lawn, alfresco dining under market lights, the beautiful mountains in the background, a lovely patio, and perfect dance hall, the evening flowed perfectly. It is such a naturally beautiful property which lends well to a perfect wine country wedding.

The food was absolutely incredible - our friends and family are still talking about it almost a week later! All of the staff we worked with were so helpful and professional, walking us through each step of the planning process. We were planning our wedding from a distance (Indiana), so knowing that they had everything handled made it so nice to just show up and have fun with our guests. They even worked with the florist so that the tables were decorated and set up when we got there - we didn't have to do anything except provide a seating chart. We are so, so happy that we got to create this memory at such a special place that means so much to us. Thank you to Katie, Andrea, Chef Dustin, and all staff for making our wedding celebration absolutely perfect!

When we were looking for a venue, it was hard to find a place as beautiful, spotless, timeless, and classic as St. Francis. We kept feeling like everywhere we went was a long list of rules. But Katie and the team at St. Francis wanted to work WITH us, not AGAINST us, to make our dreams come true. We had a magical wedding, and we have St. Francis to thank. Such a beautiful venue. Having dinner on lawn and cigars on patio was perfect! Only complaint all dancing had to be done inside and it was too beautiful of a night to go inside.

vineyards behind you as you say "I Do" is unbeatable. It is breathtaking. The lawn area was large enough to have our ceremony in one part and have all the tables (13 tables) setup for the reception already on another part of the lawn and it didn't feel squished at all. When you walk down the aisle the setting is gorgeous and you can't help but look around and take in the natural beauty during the ceremony. All our guests loved the location! There is also an indoor area for dancing and cake with hardwood floors and large enough for a cake table and the DJ and has a nice large fireplace for decor. It was beautiful. The slate patio is another area for smaller wedding receptions and you can have twinkle lights put up on the trees to add beautiful lighting during your event. The bell tower rings when you are "married" and makes for some lovely photo ops in front of it. it is also centrally located to Santa Rosa or Sonoma. Beautiful!

The only thing I wish had been a little different was to have had access to their outdoor speaker system for my music selections. I did not have live musicians because I wanted very unique and non-traditional songs played during the ceremony so I had to use an iPod and docking stations. The docking station and speakers worked fine but it still would have been nice to use.
Otherwise it was perfect! I have no complaints!
St. Francis was the perfect place to get married! The food and staff were outstanding and the location was beautiful.
