They gave me professional advice when I asked questions, and I absolutely LOVED my bouquet. You will NOT be disappointed. When my husband and I decided to renew our vows on Mackinac Island for our 10th anniversary, I knew amazing florals were an absolute must-have. I'm so glad we decided to go with St. Ignace in Bloom. I was absolutely blown away with how my florals turned out for our Mackinac Island wedding! Samantha and her team were willing to work with me frequently throughout the planning process, making tweaks to the designs and ensuring that the final product was what I had dreamed of. When I saw my bridal bouquet for the first time, it was even better than I could have imagined! I would definitely recommend the St Ignace in Bloom team to anyone in Northern Michigan looking for flawless florals!

I was pleased with the amount of communication following the initial proposal for bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, etc. But upon pickup the day before my wedding, I was a little underwhelmed. For the cost of the flowers, I was not very pleased, and did not love the bridal bouquet. Flower colors were not to my expectation and one color I had specifically requested NOT be used, was. Specifically requested amaranthus was not used in a way I had imagined. Perhaps that’s on me to have expressly stated be done differently, but for the cost of the flowers and service, I was not pleased. The staff, however, was very kind and personable! Just would not recommend them if flowers are one of your more important elements for your wedding.

The entire staff at St. Ignace in Bloom were tremendous and played such an integral role in our wedding day. Our floral arrangements turned out beautifully, and we've received so many compliments on the design and the color scheme. It was a pleasure working with Samantha and crew.

Samantha and her team hit my vision out of the ballpark! Her local peonies were stunning and smelled amazing! Her and her team even added a little bit of pink sparkle to the water of my centerpieces. I made a few small revisions/requests the week of to honor my grandparents and they were very understanding and accommodating. Communication was great and they made virtually planning a destination wedding as stress free as possible. My bridal bouquet is in the process of being preserved for us to enjoy forever. Samantha delivered. We were very happy with the bouquet, centerpiece, corsages and boutonnieres (sp?). Exactly as we expected and what she shared with us online. The online experience was pretty easy for locking in what you talked about and confirming price. The zoom call with Samantha is really helpful because there are so many nuances to a plan and clarifications needed to make sure you are both on the same page. She was very clear and asked the right questions especially on things we didn't think about. We had everything delivered at Mackinac Island and all was on time. Would highly recommend.

Our wedding was out of town so we put a lot of faith into this florist as they were recommended by our venue. There was minimal contact with them and hardly any as our date got closer. When the flowers were delivered they were the wrong color scheme and flowers despite me being very explicit as to what the colors the wedding would be and what i didn’t want. This florist even said she regularly had to redo the bouquets at the venues due to them not being as expected regularly. Our flowers were the worst part of our special day and I absolutely hate any of our photos documenting that day that have the flower/ bouquets in them.

Samantha and her staff were terrific to work with. My daughter wanted to use flowers (in her bouquet, on the tables at the reception, etc.) which represented the women from earlier generations in her family who all had floral/botanical names--lilies, daisies, ferns, and heather. Samantha gave us great advice in selecting from different varieties within these floral groups. Her shop is so vibrant and beautiful and yet there is a wonderfully down-to-earth feel to it all. St. Ignace in Bloom was one of the easiest vendors I worked with throughout my entire wedding planning process. Samantha was quick to respond and she made my vision a reality! Our flowers arrived early and were beyond gorgeous!!

After searching Pinterest for flower ideas, like all brides, I knew exactly how I wanted the centerpieces, bouquets, & other floral arrangements for my wedding. I had very specific flowers in mind. A big color that we wanted to use was red. At first I was really against using red roses. I wanted our wedding to be very unique & red roses were just too classic. However, when we met with Samantha for our consultation, she showed me a SPECIFIC type of red rose that was so unique & I fell in love with it! Last minute, a few weeks before our wedding, I added an arrangement for our welcome sign to our order. On the day of our wedding all of our arrangements were absolutely perfect! But I noticed that the arrangement was not delivered with the rest of our flowers. It turns out that it was never added to our final order, & I had already paid for it. It was not that big of a deal that the piece was missing (our welcome sign kept getting blown to the ground anyway & a floral arrangement on it would’ve made that situation even worse), but I of course wanted a refund for that piece. I called St Ignace in Bloom the week after our wedding & discovered that Samantha was in the hospital when I had discussed adding that floral arrangement to our order over email! They were very apologetic & prompt in refunding us the money for that arrangement. It absolutely blew my mind to find out that Samantha was in the hospital & still working out of her hospital bed! Just shows how awesome Samantha is & how much she really cares about her brides!! I tend to overthink things & set my expectations pretty high—I was afraid that things would not be just how I envisioned them, but Samantha & the rest of her team at St Ignace in Bloom absolutely exceeded my expectations in making our wedding day absolutely perfect! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Samantha & her dedication to her work & her clients! You will not be disappointed when choosing St Ignace in Bloom for your wedding day!!

I was recently married August 4th 2018 in Holland, Michigan. Saint Ignace in Bloom did an amazing job creating the pieces I couldn't have even imagined. My bouquet was absolutely beautiful. The most impressive part was that they traveled nearly 4 hours to make it happen.

St Ignace in Bloom was great! We had tea cups with books for our centerpieces, and Samantha let us drop the tea cups off about a month in advance. This helped us plan, as we had limited space in our car as we drove from Southern Michigan. St Ignace in Bloom set up all the flowers along with our venue. The first thing people mention when they see my pictures has been "Wow, your bouquet is gorgeous!" Fantastic job!

If you are looking for beautiful flowers for your big day, look no further! We worked closely with Samantha for our May 2018 wedding and never had to worry about a thing. We wanted to use some flowers that weren’t necessarily “spring flowers” but they did everything they could to get them in for our day and in the colors we wanted. Samantha was there every step of the way - even though we live 7 hours from Mackinac Island, I never felt like I was planning a destination wedding with her on our side. From phone conversations to endless emails, Samantha responded very quickly and really worked off of the ideas that we had. They even sent us a PDF that showcased the inspiration, colors and flowers for our wedding with a easy-to-understand breakdown of everything we discussed incorporating. That was so helpful in understanding the cost and ensuring that I had included all of the pieces we’d need! We couldn’t be happier with the arrangements we had on our wedding day, my husband and his groomsmen really loved the magnetic boutonnières and my girls and I couldn’t stop looking at our stunning bouquets! From the bridal party arrangements, to the reception table center pieces and even bike basket arrangements, we couldn’t have asked for better!

The employees in this shop are wonderful! Planning a destination wedding isn’t an easy venture , but Samantha made the process way easy. She responded to emails in a very timely manner, which is exceptionally important when planning a wedding. I forgot to order rose petals for our suite for the night of the wedding, and with only a 2 day notice, she was able to provide exactly what we wanted. St. Ignace in Bloom far exceeded my expectations as a florist. I will admit, flowers were one of the details we wanted to save money on and you would have NEVER guessed that by the looks of the arrangements, bouquets and centerpieces they put together! I never thought that I would LOVE a bouquet but when I saw my bouquet I had tears in my eyes. It was perfect and gorgeous and better than any of the photos I had seen online. Sam was also amazing to work with, prompt with questions and requests and when we ran into a small snag on our wedding day she fixed it immediately!! They got all of our flowers over to Mission Point early on our wedding day so we could set up and they also helped with set up and brought extra greenery to fill things in. The Cypress Room at Mission Point is gorgeous on its own but the centerpieces that Sam and her team came up with provided just enough delicate beauty for our reception. I would highly recommend St. Ignace in Bloom as they were easy (and great!) to work with and respected our budget!

St. Ignace In Bloom provided the flowers for my wedding on Mackinac Island a few weeks ago, and they did a phenomenal job! We had a small ceremony and a just dinner afterward, so I didn't budget a ton of money for flowers. I purchased a bouquet and arch piece, and both turned out more beautiful than I could have imagined. It was also very convenient to be able to do a phone consult, since I'm not from the area. All I had to do was send Samantha a picture of a bouquet I liked, and she nailed it! First I want to samantha is wonderful to work with! Easy to talk to and will offer other suggestions to fit your budget. The reason for 4 stars was due to my bridal bouqet was nothing like the photo I sent them, the biggest issue was the size it was the same size as my maid of honors whose bouqet was in better shape then mine. From seeing photos of previous bouquets that st.ignace in bloom has produced my heart was seriously broken, I was so excited for this bouquet. After contacting Samantha she is making it right and refunding me the difference of my maid of honors bouquet and my own considering they were the same size. All other flowers were perfect from the centerpieces to the coursages!

I loved working with St. Ignace in Bloom as I was planning my Mackinac Island wedding! We aren't living in Michigan currently, and it can be nerve wracking for a bride to have to plan out details solely over the phone, without being able to see the flowers until the day of, but I had total confidence after speaking with them! They had me send photos of what I liked, and we talked through all the details. On the day of the wedding, I was so excited to see the bouquets, boutonnieres, and arrangements. They perfectly captured my vision and were absolutely beautiful! Everyone loved them. They were very friendly and also delivered everything for us, making the day extra easy on us. Could not have asked for better!

Samantha and the team at St. Ignace in Bloom made the most wonderful floral arrangements and bouquets for our wedding. They were vibrant and fresh and lasted for days after the wedding. Samantha expertly picked colors that coordinated with our color pattern and arranged them in a glamorous way. She also thought of creative ways to decorate the cocktail tables, card table, and bar area while still staying in our budget. Her team even added some beautiful drapery to our reception venue to really give it a magical feel. Not only are Samantha and her team wonderfully talented, they also were very responsive and thorough during the planning process. Every time I requested an addition or had a question regarding a certain element of the design, Samantha responded back promptly and professionally. We could not have been happier with the final product of our wedding day flowers!! They were absolutely stunning, everything we wanted and more!!! :) I unfortunately was unable to get up to St. Ignace before the wedding but Samantha and Co. could not have been more accommodating to our needs from afar. I was able to send several pictures via email of ideas of floral arrangements that I hoped for and from that they put together the most beautiful arrangements for us. Our wedding was held on Mackinac Island so our flowers were delivered by ferry to the island. We had no issues with delivery and all flowers arrived in perfect condition. Communication was great. Can not say enough great things about this company. Would definitely use them again!

Our daughter's wedding was set on a bluff in the woods. Samantha listened and was able to share our daughter's vision. She created gorgeous bouquets for the bride and bridesmaids and provided the perfect flowers to line pathway. The boutonnieres met the grooms hope to fit the setting and his included a mushroom. It was very cool. Lastly, the table arrangements were over-the-top beautiful. We are pleased that we used St. Ignace Greenhouse and Florist and their magical touches helped to make the wedding a dream come true.
