When we first booked the church, we were working with the church's wedding coordinator at the time, Autumn, who was lovely. About 5 months before our wedding, I tried to get in touch with Autumn, and was told she was no longer with the church. I was informed that now, the pastor's wife was in charge of weddings, and her name was Lisa Raines. I immediately was nervous. All the good reviews I had read were about Autumn! And my dress was sheer in some places- would a pastor's wife be offended by that, and make me cover up? Also, would she still let our friend marry us? Would Lisa be strict about how the ceremony has to go? The nerves kicked in high gear. The first time I spoke with Lisa, however, all of this went away. Lisa Raines is truly one of the kindest, most accepting people I have ever met. She was unbelievably helpful, not at all overbearing, and such a genuine light to be around. Not to mention- this church is absolutely gorgeous. Also, on our wedding day, it was pouring down rain, and we didn't have enough umbrellas for the whole bridal party- so she ran back to the office to get some for us and told us to take them with us. I can't recommend this church enough. You can have any ceremony you want- no strings attached. They have a parking lot for guests, a wonderful separate space for the bridal party, and again- it is SO beautiful (photos don't even do it justice). Our wedding ceremony here was beyond perfect!
