to send a bank statement to confirm that we paid for 3 cars and not 2 when they called to confirm 2 days before the wedding. (I had called the week before and they had confirmed we had 3). They repeatedly tried to get us to switch to an SUV over 2 limos and town car like we had paid for. After repeatedly telling them no, we’d like what we paid for 8 months ago and we have short girls with long dresses, they STILL SHOWED UP WITH AN SUV the day of the wedding. On top of that they threatened to rip up the contract and leave with no car when we asked them to correct the issue. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Everyone was rude when we were simply (and politely) asking to receive the service that we paid for MONTHS in advance. I don’t leave bad reviews but this is by far the worst I’ve been treated as a customer. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

4 passenger party bus for my wedding assuming the bus would be in decent shape, have a working air conditioner, and would fit out entire wedding party (which was a few under the 24). None of those things happened. We had to squeeze on a small, hot bus in the middle of June. I'm really not sure how this company sent this bus out knowing the A/C doesn't work. They may claim innocence, but you can see by other reviews that others had the same issue. Meaning they knew about it and sent the same bus to the next event anyway. Outside of the A/C issue, the bus was in pretty poor shape. Lots of rattling that was unsettling when in motion. From my experience, this company doesn't deserve your business until they can do right by their customers.

enough to seat our wedding party (we booked a 24-passenger bus and could only fit 16 people--and we are not large people). Our driver told us to call the company the next week and they would refund some of our money, but upon calling, corporate decided there was "nothing they could do" and would not give us any sort of refund. The only reasoning we were given was "that's what corporate said." This company is a joke and I highly recommend staying away.
