St. Paul Event Center is a new wedding venue located in the heart of downtown St. Paul, MN. An open-plan concept, this center features modern amenities, upscale décor, and unparalleled views of the Twin Cities skyline. Situated in the historic Dayton building, the venue blends accents of the retro with state-of-the-art facilities to create a charming and contemporary atmosphere. Host your wedding in this breathtaking location to experience the best of St. Paul’s vibrant nightlife in an effortlessly functional space. St. Paul Event Center is a stylish facility that boasts mid-century modern furnishings, wrought-iron chandeliers, potted plants, and pop art prints on the walls. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the city and allow in plenty of natural light during the day. At night, the lights glitter below as guests watch the sun dip below the horizon. This design will make you feel right at home in an art gallery and lends an air of sophistication to any gathering. The cavernous hall holds up to 450 guests and can be fully customized to your needs and preferences. Popular floor plans include a banquet setup or a ceremony spot accompanied by cocktail tables, round tables, and a dance floor. Rental of the St. Paul Event Center comes with event tables and chairs, a coat check, convenient parking, and professional and friendly event staff. Mood lighting and AV are equipped throughout the space and can be tailored to fit your wedding color scheme and entertainment needs. A get-ready suite with a stylist station is also available for you and your wedding party to relax and prepare together. All licensed caterers are welcome at the venue and we can also give you our recommendations. All your alcohol options are supplied by the venue. The staff will set up and serve full-service bars throughout the center to offer refreshing drinks for you and your guests. In-house coordinators will help you plan your event and an event manager will be on-hand on the big day to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

as helpful and communicative throughout our entire wedding process, not just in regards to the venue, recommending other vendors that matched our desires and budget. Our guests were very complimentary of the venue's esthetics (the lighting and sound systems were fantastic) and the responsiveness of the staff (security & bar). We highly recommend this venue and staff for any event!

hings about the St. Paul Event Center! I am in AWE of how much attentiveness and personalization they have put into us as clients! It has been an absolute dream to work with Cassie! She has made this stressful process so much easier and without any pressure! My fiance and I are a long distance couple and she has made our wedding planning experience so much easier, stress-free and honestly beautiful! She's willing to create our perfect day and work within our tight budget, everything is transparent, straight-forward and professional! The space at the St Paul Event Center is GORGEOUS! It's honestly the perfect melody of modern architecture and intimate gathering place. I JUST LOVEEE IT! It's a perfect backdrop for WHATEVER wedding theme you're going for. (We're having a modern bohemian aesthetic) The venue holds up to 450 seated guests which is perfect for our wedding. We LOVE the amenities that come with the venue: Hi-tech Sound System (were saving money on our dj bc they wont have to bring their own equipment, all they need is their computer), the down lights on each pillar create an intimate ambience AND the lounge furniture, waterfall table with stools and perfectly placed statement pieces all come with the venue so we didn't even need to rent anything extra! The floor to ceiling windows are my favorite! They look over DT St. Paul and it feels like the city is a part of your special day. The windows open up and you can look out into Nicollet Mall! (That's where we will do our sparkler send off!! All those who'd rather stay inside but see us off can watch from there) I honestly don't know why this place isn't on the map yet...oh yea because its BRAND NEW!! SOOOO if I were ya'll I would jump on this before the venue prices skyrockets in the next year! I cannot wait for my wedding next year! I know it will be my dream wedding BECAUSE Cassie and SPEC has had their part in it!
