n the water, at one of the best prices in St. Pete. Nancy was very responsive and helpful with everything from layout ideas to places to purchase decorations on a budget. Our wedding ceremony was outside and I really liked that they have a good indoor option in case the weather doesn't cooperate. The outdoor patio has large fans and the inside has vaulted ceilings.

orget the details. The property and grounds are stunning with the old Oaks. You can dress this venue up or keep it casual. The air conditioner worked very nicely and all my guest were happy with the air flow. The flow of the venue was great and everyone loved the water too. This is a great venue and I highly recommend it. The cater had no issue working in the kitchen. My list was for 135 people and it was very comfortable. Dance floor was perfect size! Acoustics were great for the music and I absolutley loved everything about it! Highly recommend this venue!

il hour and later watching the sunset by the water. We had plenty of room for dancing and fitting our guests inside. They do weddings all the time and are so easy to work with. We choose the make it your day package and had plenty of time for everything that we needed.

at we were able to bring in just about any vendor that we wanted for food, decor, and entertainment instead of having to strictly stick to certain vendors like other locations. We also could provide our own alcohol which was a great money saver. Nancy was great, responded quickly to any questions and always made herself available as needed. Adam was great and helpful too. We would highly recommended the SPWC!

really excellent updates! We had ruled this venue out 4 years ago when we looked for places for my sister but when we looked again this year for our wedding, we were shocked at how great and different it looked with all the updates! It's a perfect place to do your ceremony and reception in one place, which is really the only way to do it in my opinion! They have a great outdoor space on the water and it seems like most people do an outdoor ceremony (which would be lovely!) but we decided to nix the hassle and stress of an outdoor FL wedding so we did the ceremony indoors, then the cocktail hour on the outdoor patio while the venue was flipped for an indoor reception. It was perfect :) we had plenty of space but the venue is also so cozy and antique with such fun history and personality. It's also very affordable!! We really really loved our experience both leading up to the wedding, during and after with the staff at the SPWC! I would definitely recommend it :)

easy to work with! Nancy was very quick to respond to emails. Adam was very helpful with setting up the room and helping me with the layout. Adam called me the week before our wedding and confirmed all of the details. When I booked with Nancy she told me other brides were not allowed to tour the venue on the day of our wedding however, about a month prior to our wedding, Nancy received a request from another bride to have a "rehearsal" on our wedding day. I was somewhat taken back by this change in policy and discussed my concerns with Nancy. She was quick to respond and sorted out the situation. I had previously received clearance to have our rehearsal on Friday, the day before our wedding however, when I showed up, another group was there (not sure if this was the bride from Sunday). Everything ended up okay but you have to be flexible because this venue is in high demand! Every weekend is filled with weddings and other events. We were able to book this venue two years in advance which was very helpful because at that time October 2014 was already filled! If you book with this vendor, book early or check out their calendar online. Such an amazing tool!

Nancy Howard is the contact for bookings and she is a delight to work with. The women's club cater's to the DIY bride. They let you bring in any catering company you want to use or you can serve your own food. They have tables, a trellis and 2 bars onsite. All you have to do is tell Adam (the site Manager) where you want the tables to go and he will set them up for you. They also have an area for both bride and groom to get ready onsite. The day of my wedding was absolutely gorgeous and we had a wonderful time. Plus we were able to get pictures on the white bridge next to the building. I would highly recommend the Women's Club.

You can bring in your own caterer and alcohol ($ saver!) It says that it will fit 150, but keep in mind that will be a pretty tight squeeze. We were very comfortable with 100.

The on-site manager, Adam, was so helpful and set up the reception just how I asked - he was great. My spring wedding was everything I wanted it to be because of the woman's club. Since the venue is from the 1920's, it brings a certain element of class and elegance that other venues simply cannot bring to the table. I would highly reccomend the woman's club for any bride who wants a beautiful classy, elegant, outside, traditional wedding!!!!

where! We LOVED this place because we could get our OWN caterer, bartenders (family friends), dj, baker, everything! It's all your choice, very reasonably priced and let's not forget the view! We took some amazing pictures on the bridge w/ sunset and the boats in the background! BEAUTIFUL! It is very much worth it! My only complaints are: the chairs are pretty old/gross so we rented the nice white folding chairs from a vendor (but we used them for the ceremony and then just moved them inside during cocktail hour). And the bathrooms- if you plan on using the bridal dressing area, plan on some people crowding the room to get to the bathroom. And the men's room is upstairs but I didn't really hear anybody complain about that. I was more just overwhelmed trying to get ready and people were coming in. Otherwise, fantastic place to get married!

the perfect place!;Make sure there is extra toilet paper in the ladies room (I just requested this on my form I gave to them) I did not have a problem at all! There are only 2 ladies restrooms but there was never a wait!
