rking with us to maintain our budget. The hotel staff did an excellent job with all the food and service- leading up to the wedding, on the day of and afterward. Everything ran very smoothly and much of that was due to Whitney's help and involvement. I didn't hire a wedding planner so, at the hotel, Whitney was really my point of contact for everyone and everything could not have run smoother. She was always available to answer questions and get in touch with vendors to work out details (I didn't even know she had done some of this until afterward!). The hotel also did an excellent job accommodating all of our guests with dietary restrictions and I received great reviews of both the normal reception food and the special meals. Our only hiccup was in the design of the wedding cake. The cake flavors were all phenomenal and we had a very difficult time choosing just one. The final cake was beautiful but the final design wasn't settled on until the day before the wedding. That was really the only stressful part of the process. My husband and I loved all the special details that the hotel took care of to make sure that we had a wonderful wedding day. Whitney arranged for our reception dinner to be brought up to our room (still hot and delicious) after the evening had ended in case we didn't get time to enjoy it at the reception. There was always someone available with our preferred drinks for the evening and the staff made sure that we still had a chance to enjoy all the hors d'oeuvres between taking pictures. Touches like that really helped us to enjoy the day and feel like we didn't miss a thing!
