After my trial, Stacie and I discussed a direction based on what I liked on trial day and come wedding day she hit the mark exactly to what I was looking for! The makeup turned out very natural and I felt like myself which is exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend working with Stacie and her team!

ant to me to hire a makeup artist who would keep things natural while still making me feel bridal. Christina hit the mark exactly! A few weeks before the wedding I decided I wanted to make a few tweaks to the look we practiced at the trial. I emailed Christina and outlined what I wanted to change, and on the wedding day, she followed the changes exactly. Multiple people at the wedding told me it was the best wedding makeup they have ever seen, and it lasted all night! I had a bridal party of 12, and Christina and her assistant got everyone done on time, and all of my bridesmaids said it was not only the most efficient wedding party prep they have experienced, but they all could not stop talking about how good and natural the makeup was. I truly felt beautiful and like myself on my wedding day, and it was all thanks to Christina and the Stacie Ford team. I cannot recommend them enough!

I had the pleasure of working with Christina at my makeup trial and on our wedding day. During the makeup trial, Christina was very attentive, tried to understand the type of look I wanted, shared and compared pictures of different bridal looks, and overall helped me understand the not-so-obvious intricacies behind creating an overall successful bridal look based on nuances of the venue, dress, weather etc. She listened to all my concerns (I have big pores from bad acne as a teenager) and after my make up trial I felt extremely relieved, comfortable and confident in booking them for my wedding (this says a lot coming from me, because I almost always end up washing my face off after getting make up done and do it myself). Christina's makeup look felt light, it wasn't cakey, she was able to blur my pores and just made me feel like a bride. Stacie's artists in general have soft and steady hands and they truly made me feel beautiful on my wedding day (my bridesmaids' also looked fabulous!). Stacie is very responsive, easy to communicate with and her prices were comparable to many other makeup artists in the NYC/North Jersey area. If she has availability, I wouldn't miss the opportunity booking her. I will absolutely be using her for all my future makeup needs!

I usually wear casual makeup, so I really wanted to make sure I looked natural and not too overdone on my wedding day, and Stacie Ford was PERFECT and everything I was looking for and more. I worked with Arielle (the best!) and my makeup turned out so beautifully - I felt like the prettiest version of myself without feeling cakey or overdone. Not only that - but Sam was so easy to work with. She made small tweaks to my look based on my feedback until we were both thrilled with the final result. n your wedding day and in the pictures. For my wedding day look, she did an "Autumn Look." It was so beautiful, elegant, and truly screamed "autumn." She worked with golds, coppers, and other beautiful colors that really captured the look I wanted and played off our venue, flowers, lighting, etc. It turned out to be a very rainy and windy wedding day and sadly my hair and makeup took a slight hit after our first look and couple pictures (we were outside under an archway for about 20 minutes and we got spritzed), but that was no match for Stacie, who got right to work with touch-ups when we got back inside. She was able to work her magic quickly and keep us all on track (and my makeup looked just as good as it did before we went outside). I also really loved that she genuinely wants you to look and feel gorgeous on your wedding day. She does not treat your makeup like it’s a gig or a job, instead, you feel like she is treating you like a muse for the day and she is creating art. I cannot tell you how many compliments I received about my makeup. Oh, and it held up all night! Stacie is also very professional, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. She is just so fun, kind, funny, and is so great about keeping you engaged during the makeup process (and is truly a calming presence in the room). Also, Stacie and her team did an incredible job with the bridesmaids' makeup and the moms (and were on schedule despite having a big group!). If you are busy or overwhelmed about your makeup (wedding research can be so time-consuming, especially when you’re juggling work and all other things in life), if you want a makeup artist that can be flexible in case the weather is a little bit crazy on your wedding day, and if you want someone who really cares and will make you look absolutely stunning on your big day, then I recommend that you consider Stacie.

My trial was relaxing and she made sure I felt good about the results and emphasized that it was about what I wanted and that she would not take offense if I wanted something different. This was not something I felt with the other trials I attended. My makeup on my wedding day was, magically, beautiful in person AND in the photos. She also informs you of all the products she is using every step of the way. This is great in case you a love a product, you can buy it for yourself (which I ended up doing because I loved the lip color she used so much). Stacie is also such a calming energy on wedding day and handled some tough members of my bridal party like a true pro. She never lost her cool, she just kept working with them until they felt satisfied. I had many people compliment how beautiful my makeup looked and a few of my bridesmaids comment how much they loved their own makeup. Stacie and her team are truly fabulous, they are punctual, professional, and only care to make you happy and feel your best on your wedding day. Highly recommend!

Through my trial and ongoing conversations, Stacie learned what I like and didn't like and applied that with her years and years of experience and expertise to deliver outstanding quality makeup artistry. The thing that may be mots telling of her talent is that my mother in law got her makeup done after maybe 40 years of not wearing an ounce of makeup. I was nervous that she'd find her makeup jarring but it was in fact the exact opposite - she was so happy, and I thought she looked like just a more polished version of herself.
