About this vendor
The love of your life finally popped the question and now you are thrust into the world of wedding planning…For years you’ve thought about the perfect venue, time of year, the cake, and definitely the honeymoon, but what about the music and entertainment?
Do you want to go with a band or DJ?
Do you want a first dance or wedding party compilation?
Through 20+ years and 1,000+ weddings, this 2nd Generation Family Business of musicians have seen it all and done it all.
From your first interaction to the final announcement, you can be sure that your event will be our number one priority. Michelle will walk you through the explanation of services, scheduling, recommendations based on venue and number of guests, assist with music selection, as well as maintaining of client files. Want to meet with or setup a phone conference with a Technician/DJ? She'll make it happen and be on the call to handle the introductions.
Day of our Team sets up early to allow for ample time to test the system and determine perfect placement prior to each and every event. In most cases, there will be 2 Technicians/DJ's, on site for the duration of your wedding. This way you never have to worry about not having someone behind the booth and controlling the floor.
Should you choose to participate, we also offer Wedding Spotlights hosted on our Website and Social Media pages, that provide a little background on our couples and their wedding.
In addition to the Wedding Spotlight, we host S1M Curated iTunes Playlists on our website of different song choices our past couples have chosen for the different focal points of the Ceremony & Reception as a way of assisting new couples in song inspirations.
The Stage 1 Music Family feels it is our calling to celebrate love and help couples make memories that last a life time. To fully honor our calling, we work with clients of all ethnicities and religions as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community.
We would love to work with you to create your dream wedding.
Lastly, as our way of saying thank you to Military & Service Members (Active and Retired), we offer discounts to them on our services. Make sure to mention your service when inquiring about a quote.
COVID-19 Services Update:
Steps we’re taking to protect our clients, their guests and fellow vendors:
Our Equipment:
Prior to and following all events, our team will be wiping down and disinfecting all equipment surfaces.
During Events:
We will offer a dedicated microphone for guests that have requested a microphone for speeches, etc. This microphone will be wiped down between use. This includes the microphone provided to your Officiant.
We have created a custom QR Code for Song Requests that will be used to make requests, thus limiting the need of guests and our team to come within close proximity, where the highest potential for contamination can occur.
• This QR Code is accessed through the camera app and sends the song request directly to the on-site DJ/Emcee

I can’t say enough good things about Stage 1 Music LLC! I’m a wedding planner and working with them at a recent wedding was so great. The music was perfect for dancing and all of t...
he other events of the evening. While coordinating timing and setup they were very responsive and friendly - honestly a dream to work with. Rain on the wedding day kept us from the couples most anticipated thing - a rooftop dance party. The rain let up about halfway through the reception and we made a quick change of plans. Stage 1 adapted super quickly and was really flexible with the change of plans. They had to move all of their equipment upstairs at the last minute to make this happen but we’re so great about it. It honestly was exactly what the bride and groom wanted and it made for a great party! Would HIGHLY recommend them to any couples getting married, or anyone just looking for a great party.
