About this vendor
Originally the Grand Union Hotel, Stagecoach Inn Museum is a Monterey-styled wedding venue located in the rolling hills of Conejo Valley in Newbury Park, CA. Built in 1876, the Victorian inn features spacious lawns and beautifully accentuated gardens that serve as a reminder of the era. Make this historical landmark a focal point of your big day to ensure your wedding event is like no other.
Stagecoach Inn Museum has plentiful outdoor spaces to host your event. The possibilities here are endless. Host your ceremony on the Grand Porch with lights suspended over the lawn. Alternatively, ensure history is in your wedding album and marry in front of the Carriage House. You can also enjoy an intimate soiree on the porch of the Newbury Pioneer House and enjoy the striking country vistas enveloping the area.
Your wedding day fees go directly into the Stagecoach Inn Museum to keep its doors open year-round. The one location fee allows you to have the wedding of your dreams, offering all of the flexibility and freedom needed to ensure it's undoubtedly yours. Prices include setting up the day before the rehearsal, all-day setup on the wedding day, and time for tearing down and cleaning up afterwards. You are provided with a dedicated museum site coordinator who will help you, and the venue also has costumed docents as an additional feature. The docents are happy to welcome you and your guests into the museum throughout the celebrations for added entertainment.

We got married at the StageCoach Inn in June 2024 and it was our dream wedding!!
The venue worked very well within our budget and we were grateful to get married at a historical s...
ite since we both love to travel and visit historical places together. We also loved the western theme with the stagecoaches, blacksmith shop, and the rose garden.
We had our small ceremony at the Pioneer house on site and it looked absolutely gorgeous.
Our wedding site coordinator Carol (in the photo with us) did an amazing job communicating, coordinating, and working with us to plan our best day ever!
Would highly recommend this venue for those who love historical places and the charm of a smaller intimate country rustic feel.
Highly recommend! We also enjoy coming back for StageCoach events during the rest of the year.
When we drove away from the Stagecoach Inn Museum after visiting, I looked at my husband and said, "That's the spot." We turned the car around and immediately put down our deposit....
Of course I'm going to gush about the space where I had my wedding. I loved the romance of this space, the Victorian double-decked house and lawn hidden away from the main road and tucked into a little space next to the park where my husband and I can have picnics and relive our wedding every year for our anniversary. I love that it's run by volunteers who dress up in Victorian garb and give your guests tours of the home and property during your reception. I love that for the price, you can start setting up on Friday and pick things up on Sunday. Of course, you have to do everything yourself (decorate, rent tables and chairs, hire catering, bartending, etc.), but my husband and I are such consummate DIYers that we'd have it no other way. I love that it feels like you're having your wedding in your friend's large, beautiful backyard. It rained a bit on my wedding day (July 19th - in the middle of summer!!!), but that didn't stop it from being amazing and beautiful in every way. If you're looking for luxury accommodations, this is NOT the place, but if you love productions and the entire experience of creating your wedding, then DO IT HERE! :)
Perfect weather. Perfect location. Very vintage and unique.
Tours of the museum were giving by docents.
Site is very flexible.
